She tried to tune the voice out. Meanwhile her coworkers stood there, bodies shaking as the new prisoner held his bleeding hand. Yet, the blood searches nostril began to flair. Then their faces sunk in to showing their bones. Their eyes rolled into the back of their skulls before turning pitch black. Afterwards one of the three soldiers jumped on the male.
He screamed as the blood searcher sunk their teeth into his shoulder. With a single move of their head they jerked the flesh out of the prisoners neck. Another blood searchers joined in as well. Then another. And another. They all began devouring him like it was the end of day. Like they had been starving for days.
Yet, somehow, she stayed where she was. The youngest, tiniest blood searcher held onto her mind as the voice got louder. He heart raced as her nostrils failed. Her eyes started to roll into the back of her needs but, she quickly bit her lip trying to focus. It was hard. Soon she found that she had bit her lip so hard that black blood dripped down her chin.
The blood searchers igrnoed the smell of blood searchers blood. It was just how they worked after all. They Hunter others, not each other. No blood searchers had even been able to control themselves either. Yet, some how she was able to. Some believes it was because her mother, another blood searched, had breed with a human. Others believed it was because she was part demon. No one knew how but, it made her useless to the queens' army at times. At other times it made her the best. As for now however, it was driving her insane.

The voice whispered in her ear over and over again. Her heart raced before looking around. She didn't see anyone. So, she did her usual plan. She quickly slid down her sleeve. Then quickly she bit off a chunk of her arm. Black blood dripped down her chin as she chewed her flesh. As for her arm, it remained injured before glowing black and healing completely, leaving a big bite mark where the flesh had been taken.
Once it was done, she took a deep breath. Then just like that she was back to normal. She quickly slid down her sleeve to hide the wound. Yet, she still watched looking disgusted as the blood searchers ate the man while. In his place was just a pile of bloody bones. She looked away as they headed back to the cells.
Then like always, she was placed outside Ban's cell. She sighed leaning against the wall humming. Then she watched slowly as the other guards left. Once they were gone, she grabbed a bottle out of her back pocket. It was a tiny bottle of something new called rum.
"Hey Ban, I got you the booze I promised you." She whispered holding it out. Ban instantly stood up walking over, still ass naked. She quickly blushed looking away making him laugh. Yet, he still took the booze within seconds.
"Why can't you ever put on clothes?" She blushed.
"Hey your friends took them. I haven't got much else to wear since...you leaving soon?" He asks looking at her.
"Nope, sorry. I mean I just had to see your escape plan and how it fails." She joked. All she got in turn was an unamused glare as he downed the rum. Then she sighed looking away.
"Plus you know...someone killed the blood searcher I was supposed to sign off for  today.."She sighed looking upset a bit. After all blood searched were practically immortal. That is unless you used demon or goddess made weapons. At least as far as she knew.
"Well I suppose I owe you one firework show..and thankfully I will be keeping you alive so you can get me more booze."  He smirked.
"Okay then, whenever your ready, I'm ready for a fire show." She smirked leaning against the wall on the opposite side of the cage. Ban rolled his eyes before walking over to the wall, hitting a few bricks. This kept going before a few bricks fell out. Then he dug out a box full of something.
Little did the tiny blood searched know what was to come.
