VALERIE ADAMS POV

TIK.   TIK..  TIK...
      I wake up hearing the annoying sound of my alarm at 7am and I must say I'm very tried but what can I do when I have work and college to go to.
 

    I entered into my bathroom looking at the mirror to see my hair like a bird's nest, anyway what can I say it's my bed hair. After brushing my teeth,I had my bath,washed my hair with my vanilla shampoo,tied my towel across my chest and lazily walked out of the bathroom to my room.  I picked up a Jean trouser and a white crop shirt, brushed my long dark brown hair and tied it in a low pony tail.

I picked up my bag from my reading table alongside some books and walked around my room to get the remaining books, after collecting some books from my bed I made the bed and stuffed the books in my bag. Entering the kitchen I picked up an apple. I wore a blue snickers before dashing to the door.

      Immediately I opened the door I came in contact with Mrs Olivia who was about to knock at my door, if you're asking who Mrs Olivia is ,well she's the owner of the apartment I live in and here comes her drama...

"Valerie"

"Good morning Mrs Olivia"

"And what is good about this morning"she says with anger

"Sorry ma" I say calmly

"I have given you a week to pay up your rent which expires today so unless you have my money there's nothing good about this morning".

"I will pa-" she interrupts me.

"Young lady if u don't have the 3 months rent fee to pay me I need you out of my property before tomorrow morning" she says sternly.

"Ma please I will pay later in the day"I pleaded with her not wanting to be thrown out.

"You better pay up as promised or I  will throw your belongings out and change the locks" she says.

Wow can she be a little bit patient I thought but off course I decided to be polite

"Thank you ma" I said

"Thank your lazy ass"she says I walked away

All I want to do right now is to scream out loud but as usual I kept calm, locked the the door and walked to college .

Hopefully Mr Liam gives me my paycheck for this month so I can pay my rent fee.
