I redrew Zephryoseon and now he looks better than the original. Here's the new Zephryoseon.

He also has an ability, description, and way of evolving from Eevee.

How it evolves from Eevee:
1. Max happiness
2. Holding a pretty wing
3. Leveling up
Description:
Zephryoseon is capable of causing whirlwinds, which look like Sylveon's feelers. With one whip of its currents, it can cause a slight breeze. If you see it about to whip both of its currents, watch out, this causes whirlwinds strong enough to blow away a Snorlax!

How it evolves from Eevee:
1. Knowing a ghost type move(most likely Shadow Ball)
2. Max happiness
3. Holding a Spell Tag
Description:
Though this Pokémon may be cute, this Pokémon is a big trickster. For some reason, when it evolves from Eevee it's gender changes to the opposite sex. Pokémon scientists are making theories of why this happens, but no official conclusion has been made.

I'm still working on the name. Here's a little contest. Anyone who can think of a better name will be announced in the next part and I'll draw their OC the best I can. They have to post a picture so I can see what their OC looks like. I won't accept the following names
