The name the dragon’s father gave to her, and the one she has kept, is Silverwings— this simple name, not unlike those of other dragons, was given to her on the basis of prominent features; she was born with environment-mirroring, shimmering silver wings, after all. Silverwings’ name was converted from the primeval dragon to the common tongue, due to the latter language’s increasing use throughout the world. It is more common for Silverwings to be called Silver—removing potential confusion since her wings are now black and white—but the dragon has no true preference over the two options. Nevertheless, she will assume a given conversation to be on a more formal level if her full name is spoken in its duration. On another note, past classic conditioning from her parents has taught Silverwings to react in fear whenever she is addressed under a combination of her human and dragon names, Sarisha Silverwings, since this action was taken whenever the dragon was in trouble.

Silverwings carries both the genetics of a dragon, from her father, and a weredragon, from her mother; due to this inheritance, hatchlings under the parenting of Silverwings and a shifter with a human form [werecreatures, hybrids, or changelings] would presumably be shifters as well. However, having never acquired the specific DNA herself which one needs to shift between a dragon and human form, Silverwings is unaware of these facts. She will therefore introduce herself as a dragon, nothing more.

Silverwings is female. Her feminine voice, despite the subtle growl in her vocal speech, hints to this fact—a sample of her mental, not vocal, articulation can be heard at around point 1:15 of this chapter's featured video. Silverwings, moreover, has a potential lifespan of 1440 to 1800 phases [equivalent of 120 to 150 years]—she is considerably young, though, having just lived a short 228 of these. In spite of this, since Silverwings is not a purebred dragon, she will, without a doubt, live on the shorter side of the possible numbers.

In comparison to other dragons, Silverwings is rather small. In fact, she has an exact height of 8 feet and 5 inches, length of 13 feet and 5 inches, and wingspan just over 18 feet. These measurements supplement her slender and flexible framework, though Silverwings does have the muscle mass which a dragon requires for efficient movement on the ground, within the water, and, above all, in the air. Silverwings' most noticeable feature is her smooth scales, which are a dazzling silver in color and cover a duller ashen skin— Running, furthermore, on either side of the dragon's figure, starting at the base of her horns, then transversing down her neck, across her back, and along her tail, are two aurating lines of dark and light energies; these nominal markings are, in fact, thick, translucent veins on the outside of her scales, and flow through the black and white colors in correspondence with Silverwings' inner forces. Her wings, likewise, are two black and white mirrors to the dragon's internal balance: ever-shifting and ever-changing depending on which of the two forces has a stronger grip on her. Through closer inspection, black and white speckles can also be seen swimming, fish-like, within the violet irises of the dragon's large, glowing eyes. Their natural violet hue, nevertheless, also colors the webbed crest and jointed horns atop Silverwings' head. Her chest plate, which has a unique shield-like shape, and stomach plates, her tail spade, which has a unique wing-like shape, her dual wing spikes, and her sickle-shaped claws on four-digited paws, with exception to a single black and red shadow blade replacing the leftmost one, are also violet in color. The dragon bears two rider's marks as well: an intricate black and white hexagram symbol on her left shoulder and a scar-like black and silver streak across her chest. Silverwings wears a single necklace, dangling a few inches below her neck, of a black chain holding a crystal of swirling gold and black colors; this was a gift to her from Garnet, her dearest friend and rider.

|| In the past, I have received a lot of gifts—necklaces, bracelets, horn cuffs, etc.—from friends, and while I appreciate each of them, I do not wish to fill up Silverwings' official design with dozens of accessories; I hope that no one takes offense to the non-inclusion of a particular piece.
