Prologue

"Nagpapatawag ng pagpupulong ang hari, ang lahat ng Silver Knights, sumunod sa akin!" Utos ng aming Command Captain. Mabilis kaming nagsitayuan sa aming mga silya at isa-isang lumabas ng aming cabin. Sa mga ganitong anunsyo, minsan may dalang good news ito para sa amin dahil kadalasan ang mga tinatawag ng hari sa kanyang mga anunsyo ay ang mga Gold Knights. Pero kadalasan kapag kami na ang pinapatawag, sa aming linya ng trabaho, may bad news ang dala nito.

Lahat kami ay tumungo sa Throne room kung nasaan naghihintay si King Medeval. His excellency has been reigning for about thirty-five years now since his father died of old age. He has three children from the Queen, there are two prince's and a princess. We all wish we could get the hand of the princess but we're out of our power and that's us being Silver Knights.

Pumosisyon ang lahat ng Silver Knights upang pakinggan ang anunsyo ng hari. Nakakapagpigil-hininga ang bawat sandali, malaki ang pasyo ng Throne room na kakayanin ang halos three hundred na mga tao at kahit nasa fifty-three lamang ang mga Silver Knights ay tila napupuno ng kaba at hindi magandang pakiramdam ang kwarto.

Napansin ko rin ang isang first-class person na nakatayo dalawang dipa mula sa hari. He's wife was standing beside him and they are showing pity and sadness into their faces. Kahit nagtataka kami sa kung anong meron, nanatili kaming nakatindig sa aming mga kinatatayuan.

Tumayo ang hari senyales ng pagsisimula ng kanyang anunsyo. Nangibabaw ang katahimikan sa paligid, tumatama naman ang sinag ng araw sa akin mukha galing sa bintana. Kakatapos lang ng aming tanghalian at ready na sa aming mga duty pero nandito kami ngayon kaharap ang hari... na hindi namin madalas ginagawa.

"I've called all of you because of an important news," aniya at ni isa sa amin ay hindi pinalampas ang magiging kasunod nitong mensahe. "If you all noticed that we have Mr. Lacsamana and his wife from the First-Class Citizens and one of my great friends, they've come here bearing a sad news which I think it needs an urgent action. You are all here because this announcement has to do with all of you." 

As he spoke those words, no gasp or anything surprising response from everyone because we were trained to expect this sudden events which needed our help.

"The Dankworth's daughter, Moira Dankworth is missing and I'm putting all the Silver Knights to find the missing heiress of the first-class family. Do I expect every one of you to do their duty and fulfill every given task to find the missing heiress. She may not be a princess or prince, or any of the royals but the duty of the Silver Knights remains in the First-Class Citizens and the Dankworth's are putting their trusts on your hands and we hope we all find the missing heiress. Do I expect everyone to do their best to find Moira?"

"Sir, Yes, Sir!" We all said in chorus, nangibabaw ang aming mga boses sa kwarto.

"Very well, said. Your Command Captain Salazar will inform you all about your tasks and where you need to find the heiress, for now, you can all leave the room." He ordered.

As we all bow to the king, we quickly turn around and fall in line as we steps out of the throne room. Nang makabalik kami lahat sa cabin room ay doon lamang nagsimulang magkaroon ng komosyon tungkol sa iniutos ng hari.

Lumapit at tumabi naman sa akin sa kama ang matalik ko kaibigan.

"Hoy, sa pagkakaalam ko, maganda 'yon si Moira pero mataray nga lang daw."

Napangisi naman ako sa sinabi niya, "If her family is not a friend of the king, we wouldn't be even need to find her. May kakayahan naman ang mga First-Class Citizen to do it on their own job, but I guess they also want power kaya lumapit na sila sa hari."

"Yeah, I know, I understand it. Pero this only means na makakatakas na tayo sa usual duties natin! We would be free for how long 'di ba? Nakaka-excite 'to!"

Napailing na lang din ako, "Cameron, I won't be excited for that. Maybe that girl just wants attention, you know?"

Kibit-balikat naman itong sumagot sa akin, "We're not sure about that, Nate. If this girl is truly missing, it's our duty kahit ayaw man natin o hindi. And even we don't have to do it seriously, we still get paid at the end of the day." tinapik naman nito ang braso ko.

"Yup, that's what matters." Tawa ko pa.

"Brody!" Tawag ni Cameron sa isa pa naming kasamahang Silver Knights na napadaan sa harapan namin. Iniwan naman niya ako para puntahan si Brody. 

Nanatili naman ako sa kinauupuan ko at itinukod ko ang aking siko sa tuhod ko at pinagdaop ang palad. The King just told us the news, hindi pa namin alam kung may reward ba kaming makukuha rito o wala but I'm sure na meron. The King always had something when his orders was being fulfilled.

And now, the Silver Knights are on duty to find the Missing Heiress.
