"I'm bored." Sonic said as he was resting on the couch.

"Why don't we play a game?" Y/N said.

"But what game should we play?" Amy asked.

"I know!"

Knuckles ran into the closet and grabbed a VR set.

"Perfect!" Tails said.

"I guess it's alright." Sticks said.

"You have that set too?" Blaze asked.

"Wait? You played this before?" Y/N asked.

"This should be easy then!" Sonic said.

"Let's play!"

They got it installed and Sonic puts on his headset.

"So how do you use this?" Silver asked.

"We'll show you."

They began to watch Sonic play as the others cheered and laughed. Silver and his friends looked at each other confused.

"That's it?"

"Yeah! Pretty cool huh?" Knuckles asked.

"Yours is definitely different from ours." Neon said.

"How so?"

"We have something similar as well." Spice said as she walked into her room.

She came back and was holding a box that had a VR set as well but it was glowing neon.

"So how is yours different from ours?" Y/N asked.

"Neon? Wanna do the honors?"

"Sure Spicy!"

Spice rolled her eyes as Neon puts his VR headset on and a holographic television appeared.

"Whoa!"

"So how is this one different?" Sonic looked at it curiously.

"Anything that happens in the game effects the player in real life." Spice said.

"How?"

"Just watch."

Neon was given digital swords in real life as he was against another player. Soon his character was hit by a spear as Neon hissed in pain in real life.

You and the others were shocked to see a small scar on his shoulder. He continued fighting the character while getting a few minor injuries.

"That...is...awesome!!!" Sonic said.

"Alright Neon. You can stop now."

Neon took off his VR headset as his swords and injuries disappeared.

"Man. He had an impact on me."

"I have so many questions." Y/N said.

"I'll only answer a few."

"What would happen if kids play it?"

"There is a safety setting but sometimes it's more fun to not have it."

"What if it nearly destroys the house?"

"It can't. It can only effect the person wearing the headset and the items that appears in the room, go through anything that it accidentally hits so it doesn't break."

"What if you get badly hurt?"

"When you're done playing, the injuries disappear."

"What if..."

"That's all I can say. Sorry."

"Aww man."

"I wanna try!" Sonic said.

Spice gave everyone a headset and they began to play and take turns. After playing for awhile, they all went outside to grill some dinner.

"This grill is a very interesting invention Amy." Spice said.

"It is. It's a nice way to cook your favorite meals and to enjoy a nice day outside."

"Very creative."

"Smells good Amy." Knuckles said.

"Thanks Knuckles. Nearly done."

Spice smiled at Knuckles as he smiled back at her.

"This is gonna be amazing!" Sticks said.

"Can you get the plates ready?"

"Sure!" Sticks walked towards the table and got it set up for everyone.

"So Silver, how are we gonna plan for your brother's next attack?" Blaze asked.

Silver looked around and saw his friends and new friends laughing and having a great time.

"You know, we shouldn't worry about that right now. Let's just enjoy the day together."

Blaze smiled and said,

"Sounds good Silver." Silver and Blaze hugged each other as you called their names.

"You coming Silver and Blaze?"

"Coming Y/N!"

They walked towards the table and sat down to eat.

"To our new friends." Y/N said.

"New friends!"
