Tara woke up in Stiles bed. She had fallen asleep on Vivian's shoulder while waiting for Scott to get back. Vivian was still asleep leaning on her own shoulder while Stiles was sleeping in his desk chair. Tara felt bad for taking over his bed but then was distracted by why they had taken over his bed. She scrambled off the bed and grabbed her phone checking it for any messages. In her haste she woke up Vivian who then also looked at her phone. They both didn't have any messages from Scott so while Vivian went to wake up Stiles, Tara immediately went for his phone. No messages either.

While Stiles and Vivian were both still half asleep, Tara was fully awake and on a mission. "We need to find Scott. Who knows if he got home."

"He's probably still asleep, or in the woods. That's where he woke up last time." Vivian theorized while stretching distracting Stiles for a second before he had his keys thrown at him.

"Let's go!" Tara said rushing out of the room before coming in a second later. "I should change first."

"There you go."

⭒☆━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━☆⭒

While they were leaving Stiles room to find Scott they passed Sydney who was also leaving her room. Probably to go do something with Lydia. While all of them paraded passed Sydney laughed to herself before commenting. "Are you all going to your clown car?"

"Sure are." Vivian said stopping in front of Sydney confusing her.

"Really?" Sydney asked. Vivian looked over at the other two and as they both turned the corner so they were out of sight she added.

"Bitch."

"There's the Vivian I know." Sydney said with a sarcastic tone. Vivian sighed giving her a cold look before she noticed that Sydney looked like she hadn't sleep and was cradling her arm. Her eyes softened slightly.

"You okay?" Vivian asked quietly. Sydney scoffed and pushed past her wincing when her healing arm came in contact with Vivian's.

"I'm fine." Sydney said in a cold tone. "Aren't you supposed to go to the circus with the rest of the clowns."

"You know we're going to look for Scott." Vivian said while Sydney stayed facing away from her. "If you need anything you know where to find me."

While Vivian walked away, Sydney called out to her just before she could turn the corner. "I saw him in the woods last night."

"Thank you." Vivian said turning the corner and meeting Tara and Stiles at the jeep.

"What took you so long." Stiles asked as they all climbed into the jeep.

"A good argument always wakes me up. Now let's go." Vivian said vaguely like most of her answers. Stiles gave her a look only looking away when Tara hit him on the shoulder.

They drove around the forest for a bit. After a bit They found Scott shirtless and holding his arm. They slowed to a stop and let him in. They all decided to give him space and waited for him to talk. Stiles kept stealing glances over at him, while Tara just stared at him struggling to hold back her questions. Vivian was focused on his injured arm.

"You know what actually worries me the most?" Scott said after a moment. He was curled into the corner of his chair.

"If you say Allison, I'm gonna punch you in the head." Stiles responded immediately.

"She probably hates me now." Scott said ignoring Stiles comment. Vivian scoffed and leaned back in her chair and covering her face with her hands. Tara was too worried to be fully effected by the comment.

"I doubt that." Vivian said her voice muffled by her hands but sarcasm still evident.

"You might want to come up with a pretty amazing apology." Stiles said back. "Or, you know, you could just.. tell her the truth.. and revel in the awesomeness of the fact that you're a freakin' werewolf."

"Stiles." Vivian said while Tara shot him a glare.

"Okay, bad idea." Stiles conceded. Scott sighed and looked out the window with a hopeless look on his face.

"Hey, we'll get through this." Tara reassured putting a hand on his shoulder earning two nods from the others.

"If I have to I'll chain you up myself on the full moon nights and feed you live mice." Stiles said also trying to reassure him. Vivian took a different road.

"Kinky." Vivian said quietly but everyone heard. They all let out surprise laughter.

"Did Vivian just make a sex joke?" Stiles asked amusement still in voice. "Mark the day and time."

They all fell into easy conversation after that. It was nice to go back to some kind of normal. While they all laughed Vivian kept thinking back to Stiles earlier comment about the full moons and couldn't help thinking.

She might have to do that for Sydney.

⭒☆━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━☆⭒

On Monday they dropped Scott off alone so he could apologize to Allison. They didn't really know how it went since Scott went radio silent. Currently Tara and Vivian were in the men's locker room looking for Scott. Tara had taken it personally and wanted to know what happened. She said it's because she cared about Allison's feelings, but Vivian knew a part of her wanted to know if Allison had dumped him.

"He better have apologized or I swear." Tara ranted to Vivian as they searched the locker room. The guys were use to them after a year so it wasn't really awkward, luckily.

"Tara, I promise you he has." Vivian said following behind Tara. "You know Scott. If he didn't then the guilt probably would have eaten him alive."

They found Scott a moment later, Stiles was peaking at him from behind the lockers. Scott was leaning against the lockers and looking just like he did in the car. It was pitiful. His eyes were confused and worried, his breathing was picking up, and he hadn't even noticed them yet.

"Did you apologize to Allison?" Tara asked with her arms crossed.

"Yeah." Scott said still looking ahead and not at them.

"Is she giving you a second chance?" Vivian asked this time.

"Yeah." Scott said again not even sparing them a glance.

"Yeah! Great. So everything's good?" Stiles asked as they all started walking away.

"No." Scott said making them all walk back and look at him confused.

"No?" They all asked at the same time.

"Remember.. The hunters?" Scott asked. He had told him about his whole night. He left out Sydney because even though she had become a bitch in the recent years he still wanted to respect her request. "Her dads one of 'em."

"Shit." Vivian said.

"Her dad?" Stiles asked confused and not quite understanding.

"Shot me." Scott added.

"Shot you!" Tara said before noticing her volume. "Shot you?"

"Allison's father?" Stiles asked still in shock

"With a crossbow."

"A crossbow?" Tara whisper-yelled. They all stayed quiet for a few minutes before Stiles decided to repeat what he'd been saying the whole time.

"Her father-"

"Yes! Her father!" Scott yelled in a mix of emotions. He was starting to breath a little heavier. They all rushed over to him. Stiles lightly slapped him on the cheek.

"Snap back Scott." Stiles said trying to reassure him. Tara was just standing in front of him while Vivian stood behind them both.

"He didn't recognize you, right?" Vivian asked.

"No. N-no I don't think so." Scott said still a little panicked.

"Does she know about him?" Tara asked next.

"Oh, yeah. I don't know." Scott said getting more panicked. "What if she does? This is gonna kill me."

"Okay just focus on Lacrosse." Stiles said when he noticed everyone was leaving the locker room, he handed him his gear. "Take this, and focus on Lacrosse."

"That's all you gotta do." Tara said rushing out of the locker room when she heard Coach calling for her, Stiles following her. Vivian stayed behind for a second.

"It'll be fine. We'll get through this together." Vivian said staring at him with a look. A look that said there was more left unsaid. Sydney.

"Together."

⭒☆━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━☆⭒

"One-On-One from up top!" Tara yelled to the team with Coach next to her. Jackson was close to them. Coach stopped him and changed him to long stick. That made it certain that Scott would have to go against Jackson. Which in his current state wasn't a good idea.

They went for a while with player after player going. Coach threw out some insults and Tara yelled compliments or agreed with Coach. Finally it was Scotts turn he was just staring off into the distance which already didn't help Tara's worry.

"McCall! What are you waiting for!" Coach yelled gaining Scott's attention.

Scott lightly jogged towards Jackson who had an intense look to him. Tara gripped her clip board a little more tightly. Scott didn't even try and dodge Jackson as her threw Scott to the ground. Coach let out a laugh before throwing out his usual insults.

"Hey, McCall! Hey, McCall!" Coach yelled walking toward Scott who was still on the ground. From where Tara was she could see that Jackson say something to Scott before he smiled and walked away. It made her blood boil.

"My- my grandmother can move faster than that. And she's dead." Coach yelled right next to Scott who had just gotten up and was now leaning down trying to catch his breath, or calm down. Tara couldn't tell from a far. She glanced over to Stiles who also looked worried. Vivian had a blank face.

"You think you can move faster than the.. lifeless corpse of my dead grandmother?" Coach continued to berate now right next to Scott's face. Tara started to subconsciously pick at her skin. Jackson was back in his position smirking. Tara wanted to hit him with his own lacrosse stick.

"Yes, Coach." Scott responded.

"I can't hear you." Coach yelled into his ear.

"Yes, Coach." Scott said louder glaring at Jackson.

"Then do it again." Coach said finally giving Scott space. Tara finally got a glimpse of Scott's face when he passed her while going to the front of the line. His eyes were yellow and she could see his fangs poking out. She glanced back to Vivian who couldn't hid her worry anymore. Vivian glanced away from the field for a second but Tara couldn't focus on what she could be looking at. She looked back over at Scott and then got the signal from Coach, she blew the whistle.

From this far Sydney couldn't see Scott fully but she could hear his heavy breathing and slight growl. She made eye contact with Vivian before they both looked back at the field. Stiles was right behind Scott which Sydney wasn't a big fan of in his state. The whistle blew and Scott started at a faster pace then last time. He switched his lacrosse stick to the arm farthest from Jackson and ran straight at him. Jackson ran right back toward him and the collided sending Jackson to the ground. He clutched his shoulder and winced making Coach and the rest of the team surround him.

Scott on the other hand clutched his head and fell to his knees. Stiles, Tara, and Vivian ran towards Scott while everyone was distracted with Jackson. Sydney held back from following. Stiles was talking to Scott while Tara was rubbing his shoulder. Vivian was looking around making eyes contact with Sydney again before leaning down and telling Stiles to take him away from everyone. They all ran away from the field. Sydney was debating whether to follow or not when she looking straight ahead of her and saw Derek. He was looking right back at her like a challenge. She looked at the retreating figure of her brother and gave Derek one more passing glance before following them into the locker room.

This should be fun.

⭒☆━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━☆⭒

Vivian couldn't think of much more than the fact that she was half carrying an enraged werewolf to the men's locker room. She was trying to think of ways to help calm him down and not get killed but Tara's panicked voice was making it a little hard.

They got to the locker room and Scott pushed off of them. He ripped his gloves off and fell to the ground using one hand to support himself against the wall. They all kneeled down in from of him.

"Hey, are you okay? What do you need?" Vivian asked trying to meet his eyes. When she did they were still yellow and his fangs were on full display as he yelled at them.

"Get away from me!"

They all fell back. Stiles fell towards the showers while Tara and Vivian fell towards the doors. Scott set his eyes on Stiles starting to chase him. Vivian grabbed Tara's arm pulling her closer to the door. Stiles went behind the lockers trying to hide only for Scott to jump on top of them. Stiles ran away from him while the two girls stayed frozen on the floor. At some point Vivian yelled out to Stiles when Scott was almost right on top of him. That made Scott focus on her instead.

He started to lurk towards Tara and Vivian, them both trying to get up but both kept slipping. Scott was almost to them when Sydney ran into the room. She made eye contact with Scott who was now on the floor with the girls. Sydney ran towards him and pinned him to the lockers starting to struggle. While she was keeping him at bay Stiles ran to Vivian and Tara. He was too scared to focus on that fact that his sister was there. He grabbed the first thing he could see. The fire extinguisher.

He sprayed it against Sydney and Scott. He didn't stop to see if it worked grabbing Vivian and pulling her and Tara up as they ran out of the room and hid on the wall outside. They all took a minute to breath before Stiles noticed Sydney hadn't followed them out.

"Sydney." He said mostly to himself in panic, running back in and stopping when he saw that Scott was calm and sitting on one of the benches now with Sydney standing behind him catching her breath.

Stiles and Sydney just stared at each other for a minute before Tara came running in. She ran right to Scott starting to check on him and asking him questions. Vivian walked in and stopped right next to Stiles. She looked over at him to find him already looking at her. She could see the gears in his head spinning and could see the question in his eyes. She couldn't call his curiosity but she knew would believe whatever lie or excuse Sydney gave. For now Vivian let some of her weight fall onto Stiles, content knowing he was next to her and okay. She let her eyes fall on Scott and Tara who were both starting to realize they weren't alone. From across the room Sydney saw Vivian lean slightly on Stiles. She shook her head and also turned toward Scott and Tara trying to ignore the churning feeling in her stomach.

"What happened?" Scott asked finally looking up at them.

"You tried to kill me." Stiles said bluntly looking directly at Scott while taking his own gloves off.

"It's your anger. It's like a trigger. Like Stiles said." Vivian explained walking closer to Scott and Tara who was still kneeling right in front of him. Stiles followed her nodding.

"It's your pulse rising." Sydney said from behind Scott drawing everyone's attention.

"But that's lacrosse. It's a pretty violent game, if you hadn't noticed." Scott said conflicted.

"Well it's gonna be a lot more violent if you end up killing one of my players." Tara said gaining Scott's attention again.

"That'd be an interesting game." Sydney quipped from the back getting 4 sperate glares. "Sorry."

"You can't play on Saturday." Stiles said "You're going to have to get out of the game somehow."

"I'm first line." Scott said.

"Not anymore."

⭒☆━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━☆⭒

After Stiles drove everyone home the car ride with Sydney was silent. Stiles wanted to bring up what happened but he also knew how Sydney was and wanted to actually get the truth and not an insult. When they pulled up to their house Sydney finally broke the silence.

"Lydia just texted me. Jacksons got a separated shoulder." Sydney says texting something quickly back.

"Tool deserves it." Stiles said parking the car making Sydney let out a laugh.

"About what happened back there-" Sydney started to say but Stiles put up his finger and started to get out of the car.

"It's- I. Scott's a werewolf." Stiles said after stutter for a minute trying to come up with an excuse before just blurting out the truth.

"I don't think Japan heard you." Sydney teased back.

"Shut up. How are you so chill about this?" Stiles asked while following Sydney inside.

"Because- I don't know." Sydney said stopping right in front of their door and turning towards him. "Look, I won't tell anyone and I'll have your back through all this if you need it."

Sydney then turned and walked inside leaving Stiles standing there trying to process what Sydney said.

"I think that's one of the nicest things you've ever said to me." Stiles said running after Sydney.

"It is not." Sydney said stopping while turning toward Stiles.

"Unless you calling me and I quote a 'fucking loser' is a compliment than it is." Stiles said with that dopey smile he always has. But Sydney could still see the underlying hurt.

"I'm sorry." Sydney said looking down.

"Eh you aren't all that bad." Stiles said the smile not leaving his face. "You use to be pretty nice."

"When'd I stop?" Sydney asked already knowing the answer.

"About a second after we were born." Stiles said getting a surprised laugh out of Sydney.

Sydney was turning to walk back into her room but Stiles grabbed her arm and stopped her. "I'm supposed to video call Scott later and tell him about Jackson.. wanna join us."

Getting no response just a confused and shocked look Stiles decided to explain further. "Tara's parents are making her go to a fancy dinner and mingle with their potential clients kid so she can't and Vivian wanted to do more research plus she had a shift at the hospital. It would help Scott not feel so alone."

If only Stiles knew how true that was. Sydney hesitated for a second before realizing this could be her way back in. Get Vivian to fully trust her again. No matter how hard she tried to deny it she missed them all. It's not like Lydia was a horrible friend. Sydney just missed her old friends, that she pushed away. She needed to start making up for them.

"Sure. Just don't be too geeky." Sydney said closing her door and walking with Stiles to his.

"I'm telling you it's not me it's Scott. He brings down my coolness factor." Stiles said back defensively.

"Yeah, and that stud muffin shirt in your closet says?"

"Shut up."

⭒☆━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━☆⭒

A little while later Sydney and Stiles were sat in front of his computer waiting for Scott to answer. When he did Stiles grabbed a little plastic gun pointing it at the screen and turning it on. Sydney rolled her eyes and grabbed the gun out of his hands. "What did I say."

"What'd you find out?" Scott said ignoring the little spat use to it after all these years

"Well, it's bad." Stiles said looking over at Scott. "Jacksons got a separated shoulder."

"Because of me?" Scott asked concerned.

"Because he's a tool." Sydney said back.

"Well is he gonna play?" Scott asked

"They don't know yet. Now they're just counting on you for Saturday." Stiles explained.

Scott sighed from the other end and looked down. Sydney felt the need to make him feel better so she started trying to reassure him. "Hey, you know Jackson. He's probably going to find some way."

"Ow what?" Sydney asked annoyed looking over at Stiles who had hit her and was looking behind Scott. Sydney then noticed the dark figure in the background.

"What?" Scott said freezing and glitching. Stiles started using the message part of the video call. He only got 'It looks like' before the video started reloading. After a few moments the screen started working again and Stiles typed out the rest.

"What?" Scott repeated after reading it. Before he could look behind himself the figure grabbed him and pulled him off screen.

"Scott!" Stiles yelled at the computer. "Who could that be?"

Sydney sighed and looked down. She already knew exactly who broke into Scott's room and is now probably threatening him.

"Derek Hale."

⭒☆━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━☆⭒

Tara isn't as helpful when she's around Coach. She gets this new personality where she's like a mini him but nicer. Scott was just learning this fact because he was expecting her help to get Coach to let him sit out on Saturday.

"What do you mean, you can't play the game tomorrow night?" Coach asked as the three walked into his office.

"I mean... I can't play the game tomorrow night." Scott said as Coach leaned against his desk and looked over at Tara who just shrugged.

"You can't wait to play the game tomorrow night." Coach corrected.

"No... I think he's bailing Bobby." Tara said back. Scott gave her an exasperated look.

"I'm not following." Coach said back squinting his eyes.

"I'm having some personal issues." Scott explained vaguely.

"Is it a girl." Coach said looking at Tara who blushed and quickly shook her head.

"No." Scott said blushing slightly as well.

"Is it a guy?" Coach rephrased making Tara laugh before covering her mouth. "You know, our goalie Danny is gay."

"Yeah, I know, Coach, but that's not it." Scott said back.

"You don't think Danny's a... good lookin' guy?" Coach asked making a laugh escape Tara again.

"Yeah Scott?" Tara asked not helping the situation at all.

"I... think he's good-looking. I- but- I like girls." Scott stuttered back.

"There's a word for that." Tara said waving her hands like a rainbow. "Bisexual. Or Omnisexual if you prefer. Maybe even Pan-"

"That's not it!" Scott said getting annoyed with the conversation.

"What is it drugs? Are you doing meth?" Coach asked "I had a brother that was addicted to meth."

"Was that Matthew?" Tara asked getting Coaches attention.

"No, it was Caleb." He said forgetting about Scott for a second.

"What happened to him?" Scott asked concerned.

"His teeth were so disgusting. He got veneers." Tara explained with a nod from Coach at the end.

"Is that what this is about?" Coach asked still trying to figure out why Scott didn't want to play first line.

"No."

"Are you afraid of getting hurt, McCall?" Coach asked with amusement in his voice.

"No.. I'm." Scott was struggling so Tara decided to help him.

"He's having trouble dealing with his aggression." Tara explained.

"Well, here's the good news. That's why you play lacrosse. Problem solved." Coach said obviously not wavering.

"Coach, I can't play the game tomorrow night." Scott said more assertive. It didn't work.

"Listen, McCall, part of playing first line is taking on the responsibility of being first line. Now, if you can shoulder that responsibility, then you're back on the bench until you're ready."

"If I don't play this game, you're taking me off first line?" Scott asked worried about his newfound popularity.

"McCall, play the game." Coach said getting in Scott's face. Just then the bell rung, Tara let out a breath and grabbed Scott by the shoulder.

"We should get going. Thanks Bobby." Tara said steering Scott out of his office.

"You were no help at all." Scott said as they walked in the halls.

"I told you, you should fake an injury. There's no reasoning with him." Tara explained right when Scott got a text. Tara looked over his shoulder, being as nosy as she always was, and saw it was from his mom saying she got the night of his game off and she'd be going to see his game.

"I don't know what to do Tare." Scott said looking into her eyes with that helpless expression that always made her want to help him. His brown eyes staring into hers making her lose focus. She wasn't able to respond because Allison called out to them. Well Scott.

"Hey." She said walking down the stairs more focused on Scott then Tara. He just stared back at her with a dopey smile that made Tara want to set her on fire. "Busy?"

"No, no, it's just, uh, my mom, she's nothing." Scott said stuttering over his words in the cute way he sometimes does, then he realized his phrasing. "I mean it's nothing. uh I'm never too busy for you."

"I like the sound of that. But I'm don't want to distract you from your friend." Allison said giving Tara a polite smile which she returned. She always returns them. Why wouldn't she. "I have to run to French class, but I wanted you to know that I'm coming to see you play tomorrow."

"You are?" Scott asked surprised. Tara held back a scoff. She always went to Scott's games whether it was required or not. She then tried to lighten up, Allison wasn't her enemy. She wasn't trying to rip her heart out and break it into a million pieces.

"And we're going out afterwards. You, me, Lydia, Jackson, Sydney, and Mikayla. It's going to be great. Tell Stiles to come, he can bring that girl he's always with. You can too if you'd like." Allison said directing the last part to Tara but she had to focus on not laughing at the thought of Stiles asking Vivian to voluntarily hang out with Jackson and Lydia. Sydney was iffy for now, Vivian seemed to be getting more friendly with the other twin as of late. "Uh save me a seat at lunch. I gotta go."

Scott watched her leave before turning back to Tara the same helpless expression. She just held up her hands in surrender. "Vivian's the only one you can help you now."

"Isn't the saying 'only god can help you now'?" Scott asked as he continued to walk to class with Tara.

"Vivian's the only god that's probably willing to listen to your girl problems."

⭒☆━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━☆⭒

Vivian was pretty good at math. Scott was okay at it. Lydia was great at it. That didn't surprise Vivian as much as it should've. Vivian always knows who her competition is. Vivian, Scott, and Lydia were at the front of class each solving a different equation. Vivian expected silence, but Lydia is never what she expects.

"Why is there a rumor going around that you're not playing tomorrow?" She asked focusing on the board but drawing Scotts attention to her.

"'Cause I'm sort of not." Scott responded.

"I think you sort of are." Lydia corrected in that stupid tone of hers.

"What's it to you." Vivian said from next to Scott.

"Well since he brutally injured my boyfriend by ramming into him." Lydia said giving Vivian a quick glare.

"He brutally injured himself ramming into me." Scott said back now looking at Lydia and ignoring the problem.

"Jackson's going to play tomorrow." Lydia said looking over at Scott. "But he's not going to be at his peak."

"When is he ever?" Vivian muttered but Lydia still heard.

"I prefer my boyfriend at peak performance." Lydia said ignoring Vivian's comment, but still giving her a look.

"Then why are you dating Jackson, your majesty." Vivian said voice dripping in sarcasm giving Lydia a quick sarcastic look.

"I date the captain of the winning lacrosse team, and if they start off the season losing, I date the captain of the losing lacrosse team. I don't date losers." Lydia explained to Scott once again ignore Vivian's little quip.

"Losing one game isn't going to kill anyone." Scott said his patience wearing thin. "In fact it might even save someone."

"Fine! Don't play. We'll probably win anyway. Then we'll go out after, like we were planning... and I'll introduce Allison to all the hot players on the team, and Scott McCall can stay home, surfing the net for porn." Lydia threatened making Vivian scoff.

"Well we're betting Allison's not as shallow as you so I feel pretty safe." Vivian said finishing her own problem before giving Lydia another sarcastic smile and walking away. Lydia was done a second later and Vivian knew she only finished first because Lydia was distracted threatening Scott but she still counted it as a tiny victory.

"Mr. McCall you're not even close to finishing your problem."

⭒☆━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━☆⭒

"Scott please don't tell me you believe Lydia's little threat." Vivian asked later at Scotts locker.

"I don't know V." Scott said with uncertainty.

"If she was truly the right girl for you she wouldn't even go out with them. She'd be with you." Vivian reassured him.

"I guess you're right." Scott said closing his locker.

"Hey, come here." Stiles said coming out of nowhere with Tara next to him and dragging Scott to the next wall near the stairs. Vivian followed and looked at what Stiles was pointing at.

"Tell me what they're saying." He said pointing at his father and the principal down the hall.

Scott focused on them while the three around him tried to stay as quiet as they could. Tara was never really good at that. "Can you hear them?"

"Curfew because of the body." Scott said looking back at the three.

"Unbelievable. My dad out looking for a rabid animal, while the jerk-off who actually killed the girl is hangin' out, doing whatever he wants." Stiles complained.

"Well, you can't exactly tell your dad about Derek." Scott reasoned.

"I can do something." Stiles said with determination in his voice.

"No, no, no." Vivian said standing directly in front of Stiles. "I don't like what you're planning."

"You don't know what I'm planning." Stiles defended.

"I just know it involves another trek in the woods." Vivian said deflating.

"You know me so well." Stiles teased back giving her a dopey smile, the same one Tara saw on Scott face earlier. Stiles then walked off with a determined Tara right behind him. Vivian just knew they were planning how to find that stupid body.

Vivian was about to complain to Scott but saw his eyes focused elsewhere. Vivian looked to her side and saw Allison talking to some random Lacrosse guy. Lydia and Sydney right next to her.

"You've got to be kidding me." Vivian said before storming over. Scott stumbled over a lot slower but Vivian was on a mission.

She threw on a really fake smile and walked over to them. She waved at Allison and saw Lydia face drop for a second. "Hey guys. Sorry to bother but I need to steal Syd for a quick second."

Vivian then grabbed Sydney's arm and dragged her to the next hall over while 'accidentally' hitting the random lacrosse guy in the shoulder. She finally let go when they made it far enough away that they weren't able to be seen. Sydney leaned against the wall with Vivian in front of her with a frown. "Ow, what was that for."

"Why are you helping Lydia set up Scott's girlfriend?" Vivian asked trying to keep her voice down but struggling.

"Allison is like a fucking bunny. She doesn't understand what those guys want. She only likes Scott. Plus when'd you get on team Allison, I thought it was Scara all the way." Sydney said with a teasing tone and smile to match.

"Since Scott is a werewolf that transforms when he gets mad or jealous. Just- I." Vivian said again struggling to keep her voice down. She stopped and took a breath for a moment trying not to smack Sydney and her stupid face. "I'm mad at you."

"When aren't you?" Sydney said a laugh in her voice before she softened when Vivian looked her right in the eyes.

"Can you check out Derek Hale for me?" Vivian asked making Sydney stiffen but joke none the less.

"He's not really my type."

"Stiles thinks he's the one who killed the girl, and I just don't want him doing anything that could get him killed before it's confirmed." Vivian explained further with her arms crossed.

"Most of our conversations are you asking me to do something. Let someone help you, don't go to the party, talk to a murderer. Where's the give Vivian." Sydney teased. Vivian rolled her eyes with a flustered look after Sydney leaned closer.

"I'm gonna leave now. Thank you for going." Vivian said back.

"How do you know I'm going to go?" Sydney asked furrowing her eyebrows but not backing away.

"Cause you care." Vivian said starting to walk away but still adding "No matter how much you say you don't"

Sydney stood there for a second missing Vivian's warm. She then shook her head and sighed. She was going to have to find Derek and see if he knew anything. All because Vivian was worried about Stiles. But Vivian was right, Stiles was planning something stupid.

Sydney wasn't gonna let him do that alone.

⭒☆━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━☆⭒

Sydney didn't follow Scott to Derek's but it was surprising how much they crossed paths. They both went after Scott. Scott rode his bike while Sydney just ran there. Stiles was the one who got the car cause Sydney didn't want it. Didn't deserve it.

Sydney got there a few minutes after Scott. He had thrown his bike and bag to the side and was yelling at Derek's charred house. Sydney just stood there not really knowing how to procced. She felt a little weird, weaker than usual. She could also smell something weird but couldn't place what with Scott screaming.

She followed Scotts eyes to the freshly dug and filled pile right next to the house. Then she placed the smell. Blood. She looked back over to the house and saw that Derek just appeared on the porch.

"Stay away from her!" Scott yelled over at him. Sydney didn't know who he was talking about but she could guess. "She doesn't know anything!"

"Yeah? What if she does." Derek said walking closer to them and jumping onto the dirt ground. "You think your little buddy Stiles can just search werewolves, and now you got all the answers, is that it?"

"Don't bring Stiles into this." Sydney said with a slight growl.

"Okay fine, Vivian and Tara. Those two are very nosy aren't they?" Derek said directed at both of them.

"Don't." Scott said with no real threat behind it. Sydney was fuming.

"You don't get it yet, but I'm looking out for you. Think about what could happen. When you're out on the field. Or when Vivian presses the wrong buttons. The aggression takes over, and you shirt in front of everyone." Derek inquired walking closer and closer before he grabbed Scott's Lacrosse stick. "Your mom, all your friends. When they see you..." Derek then sticks out his claws and rips three long holes in the lace. "Everything falls apart"

Even though the last part was more direct at Scott, Sydney still felt anxious about it all. She'd almost lost control more times then Scott. A second later Derek disappeared and Sydney was left with Scott again.

"Scott?" Sydney asked quietly trying not to startle him.

"I'm telling Stiles." Scott said glaring holes at the fresh dirt on the side of the house. "You're in or you're not."

Sydney looked over and thought for a minute. She'd prefer if she were there with Scott to help protect the three humans but she also didn't want to lose her only help with this whole werewolf thing. But when she thought back to what exactly Derek had said she really wanted to see him in cuffs.

"I'm in."

Vivian wasn't alone in her house so she tried to keep her voice down. Her mom had just gotten back from a shift and Tara was hanging out in her own room. Vivian was at least alone in her room. Sydney called her about 30 minutes after she left school.

"I was waiting." Vivian said while sitting on her bed with a bored tone.

"Talking takes time princess." Sydney teased and could tell even through the phone that Vivian was blushing.

"Don't call me that." Vivian said through her teeth. Sydney had use that nickname one other time and Vivian didn't exactly how that interaction ended.

"Is Stiles the only one that gets to give you a nickname." Sydney said referring to his frequent use of 'gorgeous'.

"He's the only twin on my good side." Vivian said with no real heat behind it. "I don't have time for banter."

"I went there and smelt blood. He also had a freshly filled hole." Sydney explained. "I can tell you that he definitely buried someone. Can't confirm its Jane Doe."

"How should we tell Stiles without alerting him about you?" Vivian asked.

"About that." Sydney was interrupted by a crash on her side. "Scott was with me."

Vivian heard a crash of her own. She let out an amused breath before finishing the call. "You coming?"

"Someone has to keep you crazy kids out of trouble." Sydney teased. Vivian heard some muffled talking and then a door shut. "See you soon princess."

Then the call was over. Vivian heard a knock and looked over to see her mom peaking her head through. "Will you be home for dinner?"

"I hope so, but I might have to stay at Sydney's." Vivian explained getting up and walking out of her room. She looked over and saw Tara standing in their driveway.

"Haven't heard it called that in a while?" Naomi said raising her eyebrow at Vivian. Vivian let out an embarrassed laugh.

"It's nothing." Vivian said softly looking down

"Doesn't sound like nothing." Naomi said bending down to force Vivian to meet her eyes.

"You should be focused on Tara." Vivian said looking at her. She was still standing, almost bouncing. She let the silence hang for a minute before continuing. "Scott got a girlfriend."

"Is that why she was drenched the other night?" Naomi asked now also looking at Tara. Stiles had just pulled up letting Tara jump in.

"Yeah." Vivian said. "Do you think she'll ever get over him"

"I don't know. But if it's meant to be, it's meant to be." Naomi said with a soft smile before laughing when the honk blared outside. "I think they're waiting."

"I love you mom." Vivian said hugging her mom before walking away.

"I love you too sweetie." Naomi said as Vivian walked out the door yelling one last thing before she closed it. "Don't get into too much trouble."

Vivian quickly walked over to the car and saw they left the passenger side open for her. Sydney was behind Stiles and Tara was behind Vivian. "This is giving me Deja Vu."

It was quicker to get to Scotts house. When they got there Stiles and Tara sprinted up the stairs while Vivian and Sydney walked at a quick pace already knowing what this was about. When they got to the top of the stairs and to Scott's room they saw Tara and Stiles standing in front of a sitting Scott out of breath.

"How did you find it?" Stiles asked his voice filled with excitement. Vivian couldn't help find his excitement cute. When ever he got into something his excitement always doubled and it was always adorable.

"Where did you find it?" Tara asked right after Stiles was done, same childish excitement.

"And, yes I've had a lot of Adderall, so..." Stiles continued shaking his head slightly.

"I found something at Derek Hales." Scott explained holding his fresh laced lacrosse stick.

"Are you kidding? What?" Stiles asked.

"There's something buried there- I could smell blood." Scott responded

"That's awesome!" Tara said before quickly correcting herself. "I mean, that's terrible."

"Who's blood?" Vivian asked after being quiet the whole time.

"I don't know." Scott said standing up and coming face to face with them. "But when we do, your dads nails Derek for the murder. Then you help me figure out how to play lacrosse without changing. Because there's no way I'm not playing that game."

Scott threw down his stick and walked out with Tara, Stiles, and Vivian all following. Sydney stayed for a minute and stared at his stick. She was still conflicted but for some stupid reason she still cared for the four. No matter how hard she tried to hide it and make it go away. It was persistent.

So she followed them.

Their first stop was the hospital so that they could confirm for sure that the blood Scott smelt was the mysterious victim's. When they got there Scott made a b-line for the morgue, Sydney following him while the others weren't looking. That left Stiles, Vivian, and Tara with some time to kill. Vivian went to sit down in one of the chairs when she heard a voice she wasn't expecting.

"Hey! What are you guys doing here?" Mikayla asked getting up from her chair which was right next to a very annoyed Lydia Martin. "Oh duh, your mom works here."

"Hey Mikayla. What are you doing here?" Stiles asked making Mikayla beam.

"Getting one last check on Jackson shoulder before the big game. We're planning on going out after. You're going right?" Mikayla asked and god her smile could make anyone feel better.

"Plannin' on it yeah." Stiles responded. Up until this point Lydia had been ignoring them all but then she decided to add.

"Mikayla's bringing a date." Lydia said not looking over at them just studying her magazine.

"Oh yeah, Boyd." Mikayla responded flustered but still trying to gage Stiles reaction.

"That's great. He seems nice." Tara said. Boyd was another player on the team. He was like Stiles and Scott, he rode the bench but Vivian's has talked to him before he's sweet and so great for Mikayla. Vivian felt a little pity for Stiles, still thinking he had a think for Mikayla. His mind couldn't get off the fact that Boyd was able to get a Martin. He gave Vivian a lingering look which Mikayla and Lydia took notice of.

"I was going to set him up with Allison since she has a think of cute nice guys." Lydia said making it a point to glare at Vivian with a smug look.

"We should go and wait now. Great seeing you Mikayla." Stiles said when she noticed Vivian's expression. He gently dragged her down the hall to another set of chairs before she started trying to fist fight Lydia.

Vivian sat down and crossed her arms glaring at Lydia who was intently listening to whatever Mikayla was telling her. For once Lydia looked friendly, like a real big sister. Vivian was distracted by Stiles tapping onto her arm.

"Bet you I can make this pamphlet." He said pointing to the trash can. She shook her head with a small smile. Tara then joined the bet. In the back of her mind Vivian wondered why it was taking so long for them to sniff a body. There was a reason.

When Scott and Sydney entered the morgue Sydney almost immediately pinned Scott to the wall. "What are you thinking?"

"What am I think? What are you thinking?!" Scott responded pushing Sydney off with the type of anger that came with love.

"Allison won't leave you cause you don't play one game. Derek is the only experience werewolf we know. We need the help." Sydney tried to reason while Scott looked for the body.

"He also might be a murderer Sydney." Scott said back.

"Why do you want to know that." Sydney asked desperately.

"Why don't you?" Scott asked stopping to look at Sydney. "Why shouldn't we stop him before he kills more people."

"Like Allison." Sydney said making Scott stiffen for a minute. "Or is this not just all about some girl you've known for less than a month."

"Sydney." Scott said finally finding the body. "I've basically known you for less then a week. You left us, why are you trying to get back in."

"Scott, he talked to Stiles and Vivian. He knows who they are." Sydney said again trying to reason as he pulled the body out. "He could get back at us through them. Through Tara."

That got on Scott's nerves. "Why are you here if you don't want to find out. Why didn't you stay home, gossip with Lydia about how much you brother is a 'fucking loser'"

Scott slammed the body back in and walked still he was face to face with Sydney. "Are you in? Or are you out?"

Sydney took a second, she smelt that body too. It's the same body, she sighed. "In."

"Then stop complaining." Scott said walking out and leaving Sydney to follow slightly behind.

Vivian and Tara were talking about something random when Scott walked out and went straight to them startling all three of them. Even Stiles who was just looking at Vivian. "The scents are the same."

Vivian looked at Sydney who had just gotten to them. She nodded and that's all Vivian needed. Vivian stood up. "So he did bury the other half of the body on his property?"

"Which mean we have proof that he killed the girl." Tara confirmed standing up as well.

"I say we use it." Stiles said as he stood up. They all started walking out of the hospital Stiles leading the way.

"How?" Sydney asked from the back with Scott.

"Tell me something first. Are you doing this because you want to stop Derek, or because you want to play in the game, and he said you couldn't." Stiles asked stopping just at the door. Scott was starting to get annoyed by both the Stilinski twins.

"There are bite marks on the legs Stiles. Bite marks." Scott said confirming it for the rest that Scott was in this for the right reasons. Stiles looked over at Vivian who sighed and said what she already knew he was thinking.

"We're gonna need some shovels."
