"Alright everyone today is the day. I hope you all are as excited as I am to see how this exciting event plays out. Usually the tournament lasts much longer than just two day but I guess the competition has just been that brutal this year." The male said looking at the crowd.

"Without any further delay I'd like to get this part of the tournament underway," the announcer said looking at the crowd. "Alright first match is Zero and Genil" the announcer said looking at them.

The two walked on stage and Chelsea noticed something different about Zero. He was wearing a jacket. 'Strange it must be eighty six degrees outside why is he wearing a jacket?' Chelsea thought to herself.

Zero looked as confident as ever even if he was slightly uncomfortable with his extra attire. His opponent however looked nervous and tense.

"BEGIN!" The announcer said looking at the two of them.

Like the first two rounds Zero was in he dashed forward and was planning to end the fight quickly however just before he had the chance to hit his opponent the male threw one of his hands in the air. "I FORFEIT!" The male yelled causing Zero to stop mid punch.

"Really? You're just giving up?" Zero asked taking his hand away from the males stomach.

"The person you fought in the first round Havil. He was my brother out of the two of us he's stronger and if you beat him that quickly then there's really no point in me even trying." The male said backing away slightly.

Zero sighed at this and walked out of the stadium. "Right well the second round of the semi finals is Scerea against Shori. Would the two of you please take your places in the arena." The announcer said looking at them.

The two began to walk down and Zero and Scerea passed each other on the stair. "Good luck," Scerea said as she passed Zero. The blonde gained a confused look and looked at Scerea when she said this.

The two were on the field and the announcer once again looked at the two and yelled out "BEGIN!" When this was said Scerea's lower body changed and she dashed at the blue haired male in front of her.

However she stopped when she saw that the male had two black circles on his hands. She sighed when she saw this and her lower body once again became human like.

"I forfeit," Scerea said looking at the male.

"Well this is starting to get boring," the announcer said as he looked at them. "Alright everyone we'll take a five minute break and be back so that the final round can start." He said directing his attention to the crowd.

Scerea then walked up and joined her friends. "You gave up against Shori?" Zero asked looking at the redhead.

"Yeah that's why I wished you luck. I never had any intentions of fight Shori," Scerea said looking at the blonde in front of her.

"I see but why not?" The curly haired leader of the group of eight asked looking at the redhead.

"Well he's already got my strength and then some to spare. I don't see the point in fighting him because it'd only make him stronger," Scerea said looking at him.

"Alright that makes sense then," Zenlu said looking at her. However the curly haired male then turned his attention to the blonde male in front of him.

"Think you can beat him?" Jason asked looking at his friend.

"No idea but at least I'll get to fight someone in this tournament who isn't weak and can actually keep up with me," Zero said looking at Jason.

"I hope you do well," Ryuu said looking at the male.

"Thanks," Zero said looking at the male.

"Alright our five minute break is over would Zero and Shori please enter the arena," The announcer said looking at them. Zero sighed and got up and walked to the arena.

Zero and Shori got much closer than all the other opponents had "I hope you're prepared to lose again cause when it comes to me and you you'll always be second best," Shori said looking at Zero.

"I hope your ready to eat your own words because I'm going to make you realize just how outclassed you are," Zero said staring him down.

"Is that an official challenge?" Shori asked looking at Zero with a smile. When Zero heard this he also smiled.

"Yeah it is," Zero said looking at him. Shori then let out a slight chuckle before turning his head to the announcer.

"Hey buddy we want a submission match," Shori said looking at him. When the announcer heard this he covered the small imperial arm that made his voice much louder.

"You sure about that? A submission match would just drag this tournament out more." The announcer said looking at the blue haired male.

"Yeah we're sure after all the semi finals was pretty boring so why not give the crowd a show." Zero said looking at the announcer.

"Alright it's your call," The announcer said taking his hand away from his imperial arm. "Alright everyone we have a slight change of plans it would seem as if we're having a submission match for the final round of this tournament," he said causing some of the crowd to cheer.

"Submission match?" Tatsumi asked aloud.

"Yes it's a special round that this tournament holds from time to time. Usually it's more of a publicity stunt though. The match is exactly what it sounds like your goal is to get you opponent to submit. That or force your opponent to realize that you're stronger than them meaning that you'd have to nock them out of the arena," Chelsea said looking at them.

"So is this a good thing?" Tatsumi asked looking at her. Chelsea then took a lollipop and placed to her lips as if she was thinking. After a few moments of silence Chelsea finally spoke up.

"It depends on how stubborn Zero is and how violent Shori is. If Zero is really stubborn and Shori has a low level of violence then Zero just has to refuse to give up until Shori gets tired and he gives up. However if Shori has a high level of Violence death is allowed in this tournament but only in submission rounds meaning that Shori could kill Zero." Chelsea said looking at the two males.

"BEGIN!" The announcer said looking at the two males. Zero wasting no time activated his imperial arm causing the eyes on his hands to turn red and shoot open charged at the male.

Zero tried to punch the male however Shori caught the male punch and looked at him. Zero's eyes then grew wide as he saw that their were two black circles on the Shori's hands.

Shori grabbed Zeros hand and threw him at a nearby rock. Zero completly went through one of the rocks shattering it and becoming embedded in a rock that was just a few feet away from the one he had been sent through.

Shori then appear before Zero had any time to react and punched Zero in the gut sending him through the rock and into the wall of the arena. Shori then walked over to him grabbed Zero by his head and pulled him out of the wall.

"I'm outclasses am I?" Shori asked in a mocking tone as he let Zero go before using his other hand to uppercut Zero and send him into the air. When Zero reached the climax of his airtime Shori jumped up and used both hands to hit the blonde male in the back sending him towards the ground.

When Zero impacted the ground a creator was made it was a small five foot creator. However this creator became slightly bigger as Shori landed ontop of Zero. Shori then got off of Zero picked him up by his head and looked at the blonde male.

"Submit," Shori ordered looking at the blonde.

"No," Zero said his breath heavy and his eyes dull,"

"Very well," Shori said as he threw the male into the wall of the arena and smashed a rock into the male. When Jason saw this he got up from his seat only to feel a hand grab his wrist.

Jason turned his head to see a white haired male looking at him. "What the hell Silver? Let go of my hand," Jason said looking at him.

"No just think about this for a second and you'll see that Zero's got Shori right were he wants him," Silver said looking at Jason.

"What do you mean?" Jason asked looking at Silver.

"He's right just think about it," Zenlu said looking at Jason.

"Think about what? He's in danger we can't just sit by and do nothing," Jason said looking at them.

"Jason why do you think Zero's wearing a jacket?" Ryuu asked looking at the male.

"What?" Jason asked looking at the male.

"Why would Zero of all peolpe wear a jacket when it's this hot out. What could he possibly want to hide?" Shade asked looking at Jason. When he said this it only made the male more confused.

"Let's put it this way at this moment what could Zero have on his arms that he wouldn't want his opponent to see?" Silver asked looking at Jason.

Jason's eyes widened slightly as he realized what they meant "his trump card of course," Jason said as he slowly sat back down.

"Yes you should know better than anyone what he's doing. His trump card isn't instantaneous it needs time to activate. He knows that while Shori is busy trying to get him to submit that he's not going to notice what's happening until it's to late." Silver said looking at Jason.

"Alright but it's still hard to watch," Jason said as he continued to watch his friend.

"Submit," Shori said looking at Zero.

"I've had colds tougher than you," Zero said looking at Shori with a smile on his face. Shori's face was finally started to show some forms of anger he dropped Zero and punched him in the gut hard enough to force the male to hot the ground and come back into the air.

Shori then once again hit the male and like before he came into the air. Shori repeated this action several times until he broke this pattern by kicking Zero in the side sending him into a rock which stopped him and caused him to hit the ground.

Shori then walked over to Zero who was trying tk get up off the ground. Shori then placed his foot on the back of Zero's head "Submit," Shori ordered looking at Zero.

"Never," Zero said before his head was slamed into the ground causing a small creator to form.

"Submit," Shori said looking at the male beneath his foot.

"I refuse," Zero's muffled voice said through the rocks. Shori then picked Zero up by his hair and had him face the crowd.

"Submit," Shori said looking at the blonde male in front of him.

"N-No," Zero said only to feel a fist hit his side repeatedly.

"Last chance, submit," Shori said looking at Zero.

". . . N-No," Zero said weakly.

"I guess this is a little late but I think I can hit you out of the stadium if I use all the power that've taken." Shori said looking at Zero. Shori then turned Zero around to face him and was surpised at what he saw.

Two black lines had made there way last Zero's mouth and only an inch away from his eyes. Shori then looked at the lines and ripped off Zero's jacket to see that the lines connected with the glowing red eyes that were on his hands. Shori's widened when he saw this and went to hit Zero.

When he did a huge cloud of dust appeared and the crowd went silent. "Geez I know that Shori and Zero have something of a rivalry but Shori could have held back a little." Sheele said looking at the cloud of dust.

"That wasn't Shori. The person who won the fight was Zero," Akame said as she looked down at the arena.

"What? Are you sure?" Chelsea asked looking at Akame.

"Yeah but it all happened so fast so I guess I shouldn't be surprised that you didn't see it." Akame said looking at them. When she said this the others fell silent and waited for the dust to clear. When it did theh saw that Zero was the one that was standing in the arena.

"Akame you said it all happened so fast. What exactly happened?" Najenda asked looking at her.

"Well to put it simply when those lines hit Zeros eyes Zero must have gotten a lot stronger. Because he ended the fight with a single punch." Akame said looking at her team.

They then watched as Zero made his way back up to the crowd and him as well as several others walked out of the arena. "Seems like luck does favor us even if it is just a bit." Najenda said looking at the male.
