Chapter 2 - Whispers Begin

Yang sprang up from her sleep looking around her room frantically. She sighed gloomily before running her only hand through her hair.

"Blake. Stop running we're a team," Yang whispered a few tears sliding down her face, "Were a team."

Yang didn't bother to cry longer, it wasn't worth it if the one she needed to hear it couldn't. Who knew that one person could make you hurt so much worse?

Blake stood on top of an abandoned building her hair blowing in the wind that just started to pick up. She swore she heard something. Nothing violent or hostile but sad and depressed making her ears go flat against her head.

"Yang.... I can't put you in danger...." Blake wiped her eyes before any tears could fall.

She jumped to the next building and continued to do so before laying on one of the roofs looking up at the night sky and the shattered moon. She wanted to go to Yang, hold her in a loving embrace but she couldn't. They were only friends to begin with but what would they be now? After being separated so long Yang was bound to hate her right? She would never find out right away.

Yang looked out her window with silently with a tired expression. She heard a voice. Was it her conscious she was unsure but she was sure that this voice sounded scared. You had to listen hard to hear that though. She inhaled sharply and looked around the room. I must be going crazy from being in this room for so long. I stood up and walked to the window.

"I don't know why I hear theses voices, these sounds, so suddenly. I couldn't have snapped or could I? Maybe in some kind of way I already died without knowing it." Yang whispered looking at her reflection in the window.

Blake sighed quietly and sat down hugging her knees to her chest. She kept listening for that voice that sound. It was so familiar and she was trying to remember why. Her ears perked up when she heard it.

"I don't know why either. I just know that you sound familiar, like real familiar and it's frightening and comforting at the same time," Blake whispered not bothering to move her gaze away from the shattered moon, "If you are dead then I don't know if I'm happy that you're talking to me or worried that you chose me of all people."

Yang made a sound that would qualify as a yeah. As much as she tried to get in through her head that Blake didn't want her anymore or that she wanted to find her just to beat her up, just enough to keep her from walking awhile, it just wouldn't stay long. It seemed to leave her mind and be replaced with something else.

After awhile of silence between them both they both sighed muttering something with similar meaning behind it.

"I can't do this forever, I can't take this anymore, please forgive me Yang." Blake whispered to her self jumping to the next rooftop finding an abandoned building to sleep in for the night.

"Blake I want to feel angry towards you and believe me I do, but I can't take this. It's to much for one person and no one else understands. I-I love you not just as a teammate." Yang whispered laying back down in her bed staring at the ceiling blankly.

Oddly the last whispers they spoke were never heard by either. They both slept the thought of who the whispers were from plaguing there mind and filling their dreams.

Vote if you like. I had some time because I came into class early so I wrote this. I think it's an okay chapter especially since this is probably one of the best fluffs I've ever written. Anyway later people's.
