Her name is Beta, and she's Gaster's assistant.

she's a bit grumpy usually, but does have a sweet heart and good intentions. If you're able to break throuh her ice-cold exterior and gruff personality, you'll most likely find a warm interior and a caring personality. She can use special magic, and can make wings made out of magic appear behind her at will. Her eyes glow when she uses this power.

Think of her however you want to when it comes to her relationship with Gaster, it really doesn't matter.
