Also I have a theory...

I think some of the cartoons (including the seekers too) MIGHT have the souls of dead workers in them... if you listen closely after you kill a seeker, you obviously hear a moan, but there's also a quiet exhaling sound, like a man trying to gasp for air but failing...

...yeah.

ALSO ANOTHER THEORY

I think Henry might be a father, and that's why he left for 30 years. I mean, it'd make sense. He'd leave because his wife had a child, then wanted to stay with said child until said child grows up and starts a life of his/her own.

Then after he gets the letter from Joey, he goes back, not having to worry about being with his child anymore, because said child has his/her own family to take care of.

So yeah.
