Kibas pov

I yawned as I headed out the door, ready to face the day when I ran into a wall of sand!

"Hold on a moment kiba" gaara scanned the room before lowering the sand wall "okay go ahead.

"Oookay" I gave him a sceptical look before walking on. Gaara followed behind me protectively. I guess it's kinda sweet-

"Wait!" I was stopped by a fan smacking me in the face. Gaara caught me as I stumbled back.

Temari shot a glare as so maids approached us "watch where you're going. Can't you see my little brothers pregnant!" She held me protectively. The maids scurried past fearfully.

"That seemed unnecessary" I muttered.

"Nonsense. You can never be too careful" temari insisted "You're carrying my niece or nephew"

"I get that but you're being a little-yah!" I stumbled back at the sight of crow.

"Isn't it awesome babe?" kankero appeared with that proud goofy smile "now you have two bodyguards!"

I stood up, heaving angrily "kitchen, now!"

The three of them sat in the kitchen looking awkward. I went into my angry rant.

"You can't hover over me like a helpless toddler. Is that what you three see me as? Cause I may be pregnant but I am not helpless!"

"It's not like that honey" kankero said gently "you're just a little more vulnerable right now. We just want to keep you safe" the others nodded in agreement "it's only till the baby's here promise"

"Oh you are crazy if you think I'm putting up with this for eight months!" I snapped. The three of them looked conflicted. I sighed "look guys I appreciate that you want to keep us safe but I need my space. Can you respect that?"

Kankero sighed "it'll be hard but okay honey. I'll try" the other two nodded in agreement.

"Thank you" I lay my head against his chest. At least that's over.
