Brick P.O.V

When the words flowed out of her mouth like smooth silk, I was shocked but I snapped out of it, when I saw how bloody she was and the permeninate burn mark form on her face. It was my fault that it was there! I couldn't save her!

I hugged her close to me, rocking back in forth, kissing every inch if her face as the tears rolled down my cheeks.

"BRICK, WE NEED TO GET HER TO THE HOSPITAL, THEIRS STILL A FAINT PULSE!" Butch yelled.

I shook my head and kissed blossoms forehead then picked her up 'bridal style', she was light, way to light.

We flew to the hospital, I didn't care about anything, just getting blossom safe.

We arrived in the emergency care, the heaters on full blast from the cold outside, that was still melting.

"HELP! YOU NEED TO HELP MY SISTER!" Buttercup screamed as 4 nurses and 2 doctors came.

They tried to take blossom out of my arms to put her on the gurney but I wouldn't let go, I couldn't lose her again. Boomer and butch pried my arms off of her frail body and they wheeled her away.

I fell to my knees, my world crashing, my baby was hurt because I wasn't strong enough. I couldn't save her, I broke her frail heart! I never deserved blossom, she was amazing in every way and I'm nothing, a nothing that couldn't save her.

I was so numb, I barely even noticed the nurses that cleaned our wounds. Or bubbles choking sobs while boomer conferted her and how buttercup hid her face into Butches chest as her body shook violently.

Nothing mattered, I could only replay blossoms voice , 'I love you too, brick......'

Tears poured out of my eyes, I promised myself, if blossom goes...... then I go. She was the only thing keeping me here keeping here, keeping me alive.....

*5 hours later*

I sat in a chair pulled up to her hospital bed, I stared at her beautiful face, even with her new burnt mark. I was all dried out, I couldn't shed another tear, even if I wanted to.

Everyone else including the professor, Mitch and Princess, was down in the cafeteria. I won't leave her side though, I'm never letting her go, ever.

After they did surgery, they said she was in a coma but her body should be stabilized. She lost a lot of chemical X and energy, so it's gonna take a while for her to recover.

"Bloss, baby, I don't know if you can hear me but I- I have to tell you something. When you were 14, and out on that cliff looking down at Townsville before the accident, you met a boy in a red hoody. I know because he was me, I told you things I'd never tell my own brothers but you talked me out of it, you kept me away from suicide. You were that girl I was talking about, the one that I loved but she'll never love me. I guess fate has a sick twisted ending huh? I just need you to wake up, please I love you, angel..." I whispered to her and kissed her lips one more time before laying next to her and slowly falling asleep, my arms tightened around her waist.
