So it been two years and I'm 22 . I have multiple jobs. Not jobs that involves wearing a black and white or heels . No.
Mine are simple . I'm now the owner of my aunty second fashion company and I'm aslo a famous children books writer or family books. .

   I should say my life is going great.  Mason became my close friend and Amy and Kevin got married.  All is well.  Wait wait, Mason isn't my anything or what ever . I'm not ready to have another guy in my life. And yes I haven't moved on that is very clear coz I've been stalking him since I graduated from college. I have to say him and Isabel look good in pictures. They've been going for ceremonies together and his father introducing them as couples. I can see delight in her eyes each time they hold hands. I can't read the expression in his face . 

   I'm gonna check the new year design. I'm just in charge of everything but I don't do anything. Just read and sign papers. Cool right? Not really.
" Good morning Miss Arnason "
"Good morning Emily "
" So what's up?"
Emily is my  PA. We are kinda close.

" Oh you got an invitation to a dinner at stars "
" Stars? Isn't that one of the best fashion industry here. ?"
" Yes she invited important industry to celebrate the awards ,they are Gonna collect best fashion industry in America. "

" That a really important event "
" Are you going? You have to. We are the only fashion industry invited which means they think highly of us. You really can't let the opportunity go and you will meet a lot of important people too. Ohhh it gonna be fun "

" When is it "

" Un March 31 "
" That my birthday"
" Oh ಠ_ʖಠ"
" We'll go "
She squeeze my arm. And I giggled.
   I don't actually celebrate my birthday so that doesn't bother me in any way. But my dad remembrance and I can't skip that day for nothing so I might make it there a little late.  I told Emily to get one of our finest dress ,I wouldn't want to look simple as I always.

But again I don't want to be extreme. Lucky for me I got a simple blue dress. I actually love it. It speaks me . Wonderful.

  I'm going home for the weekends . I really miss my little brother and his girlfriend that happens to live with us now. Sam came back. And he broke up with Nona. I'm not going any further with them. Sam is living with us till he get an apartment that he really like. Don't  get me wrong. Sam is very rich, like very very very very very rich. He just doesn't show it. He is the heir to the mables stars ,my mum favorite company.

   At home.
" Hey sis " he jumps on me like it has been ages. Well it months. Yap I don't leave with them. I can't , because I want to be free. Who doesn't .
" Little Rock star"  my brother loves music and I think he's gonna be a good one.
" Staying for the weekend?" I nodded.
" Sweet ,we would go to the concert live then. It that last day of this month ,31 "
  " Um I can't"
" Why sis ?"
" That my birthday and I have a program that day ". Since my dad died , nobody remembered or celebrate my birthday with me .so ,I shouldn't blame him for not remembering. By the way it was dad remembrance day. He always try to get distracted,he really wished he knew dad longer. Stupid me for having a birthday. But then again my dad told me I shouldn't blame anything about the incident in my self.

" Where's Sam?" I asked.
" Oh he went for an interview " I nodded and asked
" And Gracie?"
" She went to the market with Mom they should be back soon "
I nodded again and went to my room.
After some minutes I heard a knock and my brother entered. I might have to teach Kurt some manners ,why didn't he knock before Entering ?

" Sis " he enters
" Yes " he said in the bad facing me
" We need to talk "
"Okay ,what about?"
" Nick"

No no. Just had to mention the name after two years. That right , everyone gave me space since out break up. I didn't explain what happened but they all thought it because of the engagement but you know the real truth.
" What about him"?
" Sis tell me what happened, please!!"
" Okay so we broke up,well I broke up with him "
"Why ?"
" Because.." then I stopped I couldn't even say it
" Because?"
" He made out withlsabelinthehospital there that what happened" I said it together as fast as I can. I know he hears everything because my brother listen to faster raps than that.
" Okay that messed up , why didn't you tell us " I shrugged
" Did you talk with him?"
" I kinda did. I just had to give him space,his dad hates me after what happened one the first day and look at the news that look happy together"

" See sister it obvious you miss him ,how do you know they are in the news you hate news "
I bit my lips . Okay he got me there
  " Sis maybe you should talk to him instead it never to late " and he left.
Was that a speech or a I dunno?
  It never to late but it been more than years now how is it never too late .
I heard the door open and voices followed, I guess mum is back . I went to see her and saw Kurt and Gracie kissing. Hight school sweetheart for sure.
   Mum looked at me and smiled.
" How are you dear ?" She asked me that a lot. Do I look back ? Or she just want to know .
 
" I'm fine mom "
" Hey sis , we missed you you know" Gracie said. She always made me smile every time.
" Dinner willl be ready soon, Sam won't be back tonight too"
I nodded and took my phone and called Mason. He lived close so why not have a little chat. He changed a lot and is actually the nicest friend I found since Amy got married. They leave far away.

Mason met me at the beach ,I wasn't starring at the water but the road , crazy?  Me and my dad used to count colors of cars passing whoever wins will get extra ice cream. He's were red mine were blue. I started that since I was 10 but stopped when I have part time jobs and friends too.
" Counting cars again" Mason said ?
" Yes he's leading" I smiled
" Can I play it "
" Sure. You count the blue mine are red s"
" Okay, so you never told me why you and Nick broke "
" Okay why is everyone giving that look ,do I really look like I miss him ? "

Oops I just said that out loud?
He laughed still looking at the road
  " You might miss him but you look different from then and it not really good. "
  " But he doesn't even remember that I exist"
  " Then explain why he doesn't smile , he's my cousin I know him well , when ever I bring a topic about you he's face go soft. Like wow "
    He does ,I smiled. Wait no is shouldn't. He's Happy already with Isabella right. 

" I don't think you have been forgotten as you think"
" But I am "
" No"
" How can you be sure "
" Because the guy freaking like YOU"
" No, he doesn't"
" He has nightmares ,the time I spent a week in his house,I couldn't sleep with him shouting your name at night. "
" He does. "
?????
" Well he did. "

I'm sure that was like a year or two ago
" He doesn't sleep anymore to avoid it , coffee and work all the time. And if he sleeps he probably used drugs to help him "

I couldn't say anything,did he. Really still care about me or am I forgotten ? 

I got home a bit late. My mum  came to embrace me.
" Mum ?"
" Dear, your brother told me your birthday is soon and I haven't once celebrated it for you. Even when you were little it was always your dad. Please forgive me dear " and now she's crying my mum is so emotional.

" Mum ,it okay ,I'm okay with it. At least now you know "
She pulled away
She looked like she wanted to say more but couldn't
Then she spoke

" Are you ready to tell me what happened?"
" What ?"
" What Happened to Nick ,you guys look so good together what could have possibly break up two"
She looked serious. Why is everyone asking me this after two years. I'm clearly not over him. And I know he's Happy where he is but still why now.

I actually told my mom everything. She kissed my forehead and went to the kitchen. She brought out cookies and milk. I wanted to laugh. I'm not a kid anymore.
" I know I know I just never did this to you. You never told me about your boyfriends So I thought why not. Why don't we have a mother daughter day "
I smiled,my classmates always told me how wonderful that is.  I nodded and she smiled.
  We went to a shopping mall , thought we could start with girls stuffs. .    " Mum I don't need a prom dress ,I didn't even do that then ."

" A mother should help there child with prom ,you will Sommer or later "
" Yh mum you do know I'm 22 already"
" Oh come on things changed don't be a party pooper"

We both started laughing.

Later we stopped at the ice cream shop telling each other about boys." When your father was 20 , he wanted to own a house on his own and start a family with me . When he told his father , his father locked him up up for a week and told him to think about his life first because starting a family. "
" Father was so happy wh n he got a job and a year after he married me "
" Father must have really loved you" I said
" But I don't deserve to be called his wife. I didn't take care of all his children. He's mother hates me till now. And I don't just belong"

" Mum no you do you are ye best mother anyone could ask for ,if you don't think you are at least Kurt and I do. "

She smiled. We went home with pizza and everyone was having a good time. We all decided to play truth and dare when Sam walked in . I thought he wasn't coming home tonight .
"Hey guys "
We all said hi. Then he saw me and smiled
" I've got good news and bad news. "
" Good first" my brother said with Grace besides him. There isn't any air between them,so close.
" Well I I finally found a home I really like "
We all shouted and woo him
" And the bad news is that in moving and I'm gonna miss y'all"
" Well if you are going at least you would enjoy the fee days , come-on we are having family night and you are one of us "

" Thanks Mom,hi Kira "
" Hey,we are playing Truth or Dare "
He nodded
It was bro turn to ask
" Okay Mom t or d ?"
" Truth"
" Sweet,so when did you have you First kiss and who was it"
She blushed
" I was 16 and it was your father".

We all said awwnn. The night was pretty fun . When this got to my turn they asked about Nick just ask expected and I explained.

Later in the evening it almost mid night. I'm in the roof drinking some juice .
" Hey " Sam said from behind
I looked back and " hi"
" How have you been,it been a while we had a real chat "
I smiled " like four to five years now "
He nodded .
" So how is life and you and business "
I laughed a little.
" I'm okay and not dumb any more like the last time you saw me "
" I knew you would change sooner "
" I guess"
