Nick and I are in New York to meet his father . We are together to a gala this night.

I hope to impress his father. I hope I don't mess it up. I hope to be the best girlfriend . I hope all my hopes will come true .

We are settled in a hotel because his father might not want to see me yet.  The room is very big.  It like a big apartment with stairs and  big everything. I wonder how much it cost to stay here.

" Nick ?"
" Yeah babe "
" Why not a smaller room"
" Why not "
" I might get lost here "
He cupped my face
" No you will not I'm here"
And kissed me
I gave him a soft smile.
" Let go swim and refresh " I nodded.
I remember when I was little I always wanted to swim but I couldn't talk to anyone and he.

The water was silent and calm . It looked happy and satisfied.
" Hey " He said
" Come on"
  I jumped inside and it felt like a new world .it my first time Ina pool .
    " You like it"
I nodded .
I just hope this is how I feel when I see his father .
    " Come here "
He pulled me into a hug
     " Everything is gonna be okay"
I decided to play along. I splashed some water on his face when he tired to kiss me . I wish I didn't do that because I can't swim and he isn't holding me anymore . The fear am drowning .
  Seconds later ,I was pulled up.
" Why did you let me go and you okay "
I nodded still trying to catch my breath .
  " Let go in "

  Now at the gala
I'm wearing a cute floor gown with off shoulders . It quite cute but I'm very nervous. ( The picture above) I hope I blend in .
"Hey Dad " Nick said
" Son, welcome "
"Oh Dad this is Kira the girl I told you about and Kira this is my dad. "
His dad shakes her examining her.
" Welcome enjoy the party and do nothing out of order "
" Thank you sir and I'll be of my best behavior sir"
" Good "

That's it ?

" Kira? It fine okay . Relax "
I nodded
" I'll be right back " he leaves me

I saw it coming ,he's the only son of his father. All the companies and other businesses are owned by him soon. He has a lot of responsibility coming. I wonder if he ever have my time  . As I was thinking I saw someone come my way. At first I didn't recognize it but then I say it was Isabel .

" Hey you " she said
" Hi"
" You know you should thank me for putting the hotel on fire back then. Look now you can talk like a human.   "

" What do you want from me "
" Oh just wanted to warn you , stay away from.my future husband."
" He isn't yours. "

" Maybe"

" What do you mean "

" You'll see. My cousin is also here. I'm sure you know her. Amanda Carly."

What ??
" You know she told me she did the same , she set the stage in fire,you should thank me . I have you what sh told from you.  A voice "

" Can you leave me to be ,I'm sick of people being fake. I used to have friends Al around me all the time. But I dunno every since I had a voice things changed. So if you think you helped me well you're wrong "

" You want to be dump?"

" No ,but anything to get my friend Amy back I could be. "
" Oh Amy. She works for me you know. She works at my dad's restaurant as a part-time.   I didn't know I could treat her badly because of you.  Well now I do "

Okay that it.

I took a cup of red wine and poured it on her white lovely dresss .

" I hate you. " Now on a loud voice" if you think you can ruin me by taking everything away from me well you're wrong again . Yiu know why?  Because I won't let y go easily. Yes I'm a mess and a nobody who's voice isn't listened to but I am human. I don't care what you think"

" THAT ENOUGH"
It was Nick's Dad. Oh no I'm done.

" Leave" he said
I looked terrified
" I SAID LEAVE"
  Then I worked out slowly. My head down and my gown clearing road for me.

  I don't know the way home coz he brought me here. So I went to the roof and enjoyed the fresh air. It was a beautiful sight at night. 
  I don't know how fancy parties are but I know I screwed this. And it just day one.    I couldn't help but cry. 

Hours later someone grabbed my shoulder and kissed it. I know his scent anywhere. I closed my eyes and enjoy his touch.  He bent down to look at me. He looks worried and stressed.

" Are you okay "
I cupped his face and smiled.
  " Talk to me " he said. But I dunno I feel like I shouldn't like I should stay silent and calm. Do nothing but stare at him .
But I can't coz I have a voice of mine. And I should use it right.  I had it for ten years but waisted it .

" Come on let go home ". He held my hands.
Everyone seemed to have left. I know I've been here for a long time was it that long?

We got home still saying nothing. I don't have any emotions on my face.  I  took my shower and freshen up. I too some ice cream and we played a movie .
   He gave me space and I like that. We cuddled to sleep and it felt nice.  I will. Open up to him I guess tommorow. I hope I can make up for what I did today.
We'll see tomorrow
