10 Rock me to Sleep

POV Elsa

"This song is called Too Young, a song not by me but I'm going to sing a cover for it," I said to the mic and then I went to Jack.

I hold my hand forward, "Could you give Anna's player for a moment." I asked and he pulled it out from his hoodie's pocket.

I attached the player to DJ equipment and I chose the right song. My eyes avoided looking at him. When the music began playing I quickly go back into the middle of the stage.

It was much slower phased song than what they had played so far in the party. This song is much more of my style right now, with my heart crying like this slow song of the desperate lost girl.

"Big lights

People

Rushing to grow up before you know

Stop signs

Denied

Everyone tells me I gotta go slow"

People began to dance together. They formed couples who dance together. I notice how Dennis asks Winnie to dance and the two little ones are nearly flying over the dance floor.

My eyes wander to look at Jack from time to time. I wish he would stop seeing me as a child and look at me as the person I am now.

"If I'm too young to fall in love

Why do you keep runnin' through my brain?

And if I'm too young to know anything

Then why do I know that I'm just not the same?

Don't tell me I won't

Don't tell me I can't feel

What I'm feeling is real

Cause I'm not too young."

Johnny was giving Mavis a dance. Even Frankenstein and his wife are dancing. Jack is just standing in the edge of the stage with serious look in his eyes, his arms are crossed. I just wish that he would walk over to me, let me sing while he dances around the stage with me.

"Rain drops

Deep thoughts

Pictures of you and me wherever I go

Laughing

Running

To a place where nobody says no

And it's gonna hurt sometimes

No matter what you do

But I've got to fall to fly, yeah."

Jack suddenly let his arms drop down, his eyes got confused looking and he looks around. He takes couple steps forward and my heart is cheering – what if he walks over here? What if he gives me a chance?

Suddenly I feel this strange feeling, like something pushes down to my heart. My sense is telling me to leave but I can't.

"What goes better together than cold and dark?" A voice whispered somewhere near me. My eyes wander around nervously. The voice was familiar from somewhere but I can't put a bet on it.

"And if I'm too young to fall in love

Why do you keep runnin' through my brain?

And if I'm too young to know anything

Then why do I know that I'm just not the same?—"

"Something seems odd," Jack spoke. He was now holding his staff in front of him and he began walking round the stage.

"Don't tell me I won't

Don't tell me I can't feel

What I'm feeling is real, yeah

Cause I'm not too young

Cause I'm not too young, no

Cause I'm not too young"

Suddenly the place got darker and a strange shadow came straight towards me from my right. It moved over the floor like a slithering snake and then it began rising up like a pillar. It formed a figure, taller than me. My hands drop the microphone down and the sound of electric noise exploded through the speakers.

The figure grabbed onto me, giving me a spin of a dance.

"One of you isn't dancing," the same voice from before hissed again. Now I was staring into golden eyes and I notice how the lips of it form a smirk.

"Have you thought of my... proposal?" He spoke quietly close to my ear, his tongue snapped with each word. His skin was pale gray and his black hair formed a spike above his head.

"JACK!" Mavis screamed. "You must take her out from here! Use the snow globe, don't worry about us" She added while yelling.

My waist was tightly squeezed as the peculiar man stared at me, holding me in a pose that a pair of dancers do when a man bends the woman backwards. Something made my heart go crazy when I look at him, the words didn't get out of me and I felt cold sweat forming on my forehead.

"Let go of her!" Jack roared and in seconds he had hit the man with his staff.

Jack's hand squeezed tightly into mine and he was dragging me down from the stage, mumbling something of not being able to battle. The man laughed while we ran, hotel guests were screaming.

When I glance over my shoulder I see the man who is wearing a black long gown picking up the mic that I dropped. His laugh gets louder when the speakers pick up his voice as the mic goes closer to his lips.

"Fear," he then mumbled deeply.

I barely managed to see how he exploded into this thick cloud of black sand that began spreading around the party area. The moment when I heard glass breaking I felt how my stomach twisted, the world was circling around and then I hit against the ground.

Now it was quiet, I couldn't hear the laughter anymore. I sit down on the ground and I look around. Jack has already got up and he is pacing around angrily.

"DAMN IT!" He roared and swings his staff to his front, a beam of shimmering blue light emerged and hit this really old and big tree which immediately froze.

"W-what happened just now?" My rapid heartbeat was calming down finally but I still clutched my chest.

"You saw what happened, we needed to ditch them," he groaned and sat down to a rock.

He was panting and then he ruffled his hair, his fingers squeezed to his hair and I swore that he might pull some of it off because of how tense he was.

"What if we go back and--," I whispered when I sat down next to him.

He glanced at me when I took his hand. He was still breathing heavily but he let go of his hair when I grasped to his hand.

"We only had that one snowglobe which Mavis gave me earlier. There's no way going back, I can't fly the same I could when I was at my most powerful," he said seriously and pulled his hand away from mine.

I look down to my lap. "Who was that?" I asked while hesitating.

"That man is the fear itself but... don't worry your pretty head with it baby snow," he said in a bit more cheerful way. He messed up my hair and when I look at him he is smiling.

I sigh and I lean my head against his shoulder quickly, it made him flinch.

"Uh.. so now where are we?" I questioned while looking to the direction where a thick forest was.

In here I could actually see the sky, the sun was almost down and night time was coming. There's no fog around here like in Transylvania.

"The only safe place I could probably think of," he said as he got up stretching.

We were standing on hard rock and Jack walked over to a cliff. I went to stand next to him.

"A mountain?" I questioned.

He grinned, "Well not exactly but close enough. Most importantly it is located at--."

He was then interrupted. He shoves me down and I fell on my butt on the rock. It really hurt.

Something flew down from the 'mountain' and then another object flew in the air which Jack dodged.

"Stop shooting at us!" Jack shouted and approached the forest.

One by one he hit the flying objects down with his staff as he got closer the forest.

I reach out to get one of them from the ground. It is a stick with a pointy end.

"Arrow?" I whispered.

"Stop right there," a woman's voice hisses from the forest.

Jack stops and slams the end of his staff to the rock. "Finally you listened to me," Jack cheered happily.

"Be careful!" I yelled while I got up.

"Jack?" The woman spoke when she pushed herself through the bushes which covered the entrance to the forest.

"Who else?" Jack laughed.

The woman wore a dark green cape, the hood covers her head. She is pointing her bow at Jack, tensing it as her arrow is ready to hit on the target. I get myself ready to stop her if she tries to hurt Jack who she apparently knows.

Suddenly she drops her bow down to ground and runs. She crashes at Jack's chest when she embraces him.

"Where the hell have you been lass," she sounded touched.

"Around," Jack shrugged as she let go.

I walk closer to them. The woman drops down her hood and smiles brightly, her turquoise blue eyes are shining. Her hair is long, really frizzly and fiery red. Her pale skin has freckles on her cheeks and she looks rather friendly.

"Idiot," she then groans and slaps Jack's head with her hand. Her eyes are slightly irritated.

"Merida, that's not nice," Jack whines and rubs his head with a painful look on his face.

The woman who apparently is Merida looked irritated but then her expression softens as she sighs.

"You were gone for too long, things are bad," she exhaled and went to pick her bow up. "Nowadays you can't simply trust everyone you see," she muttered.

"Jack," I spoke quietly when I reached him. My hand touches his shoulder and it is like he just now noticed me again.

"Oh, Merida. I would like you to meet my friend Elsa," he chuckled.

Merida stared at me while wondering, "That sure take you some time to do." She huffed and came to shake my hand.

"Names Merida of Dunbroch, mom wants me to call myself as a Princess so I guess that has to be mentioned," she grinned. Then she nodded towards Jack, "That jerk didn't have the manners to introduce me to you it seems."

Jack just laughed.

"So you two know each other?" I whispered.

"Yup. He causes trouble everywhere and I almost shot him when he dared to freeze the ground under me when I was 10. That's when we met," Merida laughed. She was about in her 20's.

"That was after I met you," Jack said while looking at me, "—and four years after you left to be exact."

I frowned. From the information I got, I left when I was 8, so I would've been 12 when Merida met Jack.

"So you're 19?" I asked.

"Well done, you know your math," she said sarcastically.

I ignored her sarcasm, "So we're in Dunbroch?"

Merida snorted with laughter, "I wish. My kingdom is in chaos and my family is scattered. I found this lass who helped me out."

Jack cleared his throat. "I wonder if you could take us to village called Berk. I need to meet the chief. I don't know where exactly the snow globe brought us."

The smile on Merida's face faded off and I knew that something was up.

"I can't take you to the village but I can take you to my camp," she mumbled.

"But I need to speak with the chief--," Jack insisted and Merida hushed him.

She was walking towards the forest and I quickly followed after her. I could hear Jack sighing and then coming after us. Merida was quiet, almost like she didn't wish to communicate. She grabbed a pouch from ground and marched deeper into the woods.

"Did she get mad," I whispered to Jack.

"Nah," he hummed.

I saw a glimpse of opening coming up ahead once we had been walking about thirty minutes or so. The sun had already set and stars were leading our way.

Merida took a couple of running steps and we hurried after her. There were two tents set up and a campfire that was already burnt out.

"Geez, is he still looking for wood," Merida groaned and threw her pouch to ground.

She sat down and took three rabbits from the pouch which she began to prep. "Sit down, you'll meet a friend of mine soon – I hope... because there's no way I'm cooking these rabbits without fire," Merida spoke grumpily.

Jack and I sat down and suddenly we heard some branches cracking followed by these strange uneven sounding foot steps.

From the dark a figure came in, he walked straight to the old camp fire and dropped down some wood before sitting down. He wore this helmet of some sort on his head.

"What took you so long," Merida snapped at the guy.

"It will rain soon--," he responded, "—so it was hard to find some wood that would be completely dry."

He took couple stones from his pocket and he began to hit them together in order to make a fire. The stones clicked together and formed spark but nothing was coming out of it.

"I see that we found the chief," Jack said mischievously and the man raised his head. I couldn't see his face in the dark.

"Maybe. I see that Merida found couple of people while hunting," he hummed and hit the rocks together again.

"Can't you set a single--," Merida whined.

"STUPID ROCKS!" the man shouted and threw the stones away. They flew almost at me but Jack placed his staff in between me and the rocks. The rocks snapped against his staff and fell to the ground.

"Sorry about that," the man apologized and then whistled.

The ground started shaking, loud thump sounds coming with it. Something was coming towards us.

"W-what was that?" I gulped but no one replied. Merida just chuckled by herself.

"Give us a hand buddy," the man spoke.

A sudden glow appeared. They were like two lightbulbs in the dark but the more I looked the more I realized that they definitely weren't light bulbs.

A burst of flames lightened the night. They hit the wood in the camp fire and lit it.

"A-a .. dra...dra," I pointed at the black large figure with emerald green eyes. My voice was shaking as my body shivered. It blinked and tilted its head while examining me. A fume of smoke rose from its nostrils.

"A dragon, did that help you out?" The man asked while taking his helmet off.

He ran his hand through his overgrown brown hair which had two braids behind his right ear. His eyes were green and really tired looking. He wore an armor of some sort and I notice the prosthetic left leg of his.

"S-sure," I gulped.

"Hiccup!"Jack cheered.

"Jack," Hiccup said shortly.

Merida brought the prepared rabbits to the fire which was now in charcoals. The dragon curled down to ground to lay, it whipped its tail as he stared at me. Merida sat next to me.

"Go on, pet it... it won't bite –there's no teeth," Merida urged me and I glance at her with hesitation. The dragon yawned and I saw no teeth inside which gave me a bit of courage. I felt a bit curious but a little bit of scared as well.

Slowly I go closer to the beast. It lifted its head up and tilted its head again, letting out this peculiar curling sound.

"I'm sorry that I vanished few years ago--," Jack was chatting to Hiccup while I approached the dragon.

"What is done is done," Hiccup said sarcastically.

My hand was reaching towards the big dragon. He smelled like sulphur acid, the black scales looked thick.

"Well – I was looking for you because we need to get to--," Jack continued.

"Like there's a way that I would help you. Besides my village is gone," Hiccup snapped.

I hesitated for a moment. I stopped to look at the dragon more closely. It was whipping its tale from side to side and I notice that it had something attached to it.

"What do you mean by gone?" Jack gulped.

"Everyone taken, some killed like--," Hiccup said angrily and then quieted down. When I glance at them I see that Hiccup is staring at the flames.

"Like?" Jack questioned with his voice cracking.

"Like my wife, Astrid," Hiccup's voice broke down.

I paused just when my fingers were about to touch the dragon's nose. I stare at Jack and Hiccup. Jack is squeezing his staff tightly, the atmosphere is tight.

Then I scream out of a sudden because of being surprised. My body slams to ground and the dragon is standing over me, staring at me. It is like it's purring and then I see how the tongue of his comes out and begins to lick my face.

Please, not now. Not in this kind of situation.

"Ah, stop!" I laughed.

I hear how everyone else starts to laugh. My desperate order to the dragon didn't help, it is just continuing.

Someone is walking towards us, chuckling a bit.

"Take it easy boy," Hiccup said with his voice being bright.

The dragon backed down and I see Hiccup's hand resting on its side.

"I.. I'm sorry that I laughed. I'm really- really sorry because of your--," I gasped while I stared at him.

"It's okay. Astrid went down fighting like she always wanted," Hiccup exhaled and gave me his hand which I took, letting him pull me up.

I nod my head and I swallow the lumpy feeling quickly.

"—Besides Toothless knows how to cheer me up and he only does like that to people he really likes," Hiccup smiled faintly. "You're the fourth," he added.

"Oh so who else--," I began.

"Me, Astrid, Merida and you--," he said and emphasizing the 'you' part like he wanted to know who I am.

"Elsa. I'm an old friend of his," I smiled as I nodded to Jack.

"Okay," Hiccup nodded his approval. Then he turns over to Jack, "So where you need to go?"

"Arendelle," Jack grinned.

I saw how Hiccup's eyes widened and he looks back at me.

"That grip... it was rather... cold," Hiccup wondered aloud.

"What? Maybe she is feeling chilly . It is night," Merida snapped.

"Nope. There's more to it, isn't there?" Hiccup questioned when he looks back at Jack.

Jack just shrugged and smiled mischievously. "Geez, you caught us. Well, you're smart," Jack laughed.

Hiccup frowned quickly, "Just spit it out and don't try to circle around the matter."

"Umm... she might be the other one of the lost princesses of Arendelle," Jack chuckled.

"Wow, nice. At least three out of four are royals," Merida spoke in sarcasm and then Toothless huffed a puff of smoke. "—Okay. three out of five."

Toothless huffed again his disapproval and Merida groaned. "Fine lass!" She raised her voice, "—Four out of five."

"Which leaves me out," Jack said in a friendly manner and Merida nodded her head.

Toothless purred in satisfaction and curled back to ground after making couple circles around to find a comfortable spot. He reminded me a bit of a cat right now.

"You better keep her safe," Hiccup hissed to Jack really quietly.

"Sure. So can you take us there so I can do that?" Jack asked a bit cockily.

Hiccup sighed and sat around the camp fire and we joined him.

"I can take you closer in the morning but by the border you need to go alone. I need to be in here to keep an eye on Berk. Also I'm searching for the enslaved villagers of mine," Hiccup hummed.

"Yeah, that's how he find me. Not a villager but a handy bow user to keep him fat," Merida laughed.

Hiccup raised his eyebrow, "Yes. That was about two seasons ago."

"The Witch Queens are causing trouble here as well?" I asked.

There was a moment of silence.

"Indeed they are," Hiccup broke the silence and took the rabbits out from the flame. He shared them into four equal portions, mentioning that Toothless already ate some fish while he was out to search for wood.

"Why are they doing such things?" I wondered aloud.

"To gain power. Also to find their leader," Merida shrugged.

"What leader?" I questioned.

"Someone who is really powerful, a queen like them and evil. A prophecy says that the Queen of --," Hiccup spoke but Jack glared at him which made Hiccup frown.

"Yes?" I insisted him to continue.

"Well the prophecy says that the Queen will make the war end quickly if she's found. We don't have a chance against her power but while they're after her they enslave citizens and get dominance," Hiccup explained.

"That's why my mother, the queen of Dunbroch is running," Merida stated.

"And why Astrid died, as I was the chief... she was..." Hiccup whispered.

"T-they are finding Queens?" I gulped and I look at Jack quickly.

His eyes were looking at me like he was trying to say that I need not to worry. If what he has been telling me is true, I'm the heir of Arendelle and since my parents are gone...

We ate the dinner and Merida gave me her tent, saying that she'll stay in outside air tonight but Hiccup promised to share his tent with her. They went to sleep before us.

"Don't worry," Jack insisted.

I just stared at the glowing coals. The sound of snoring Toothless was silent and calm.

"But they just told us that the witch queens are after--," I began but then I quieted down.

"Technically you're still a princess – I think. Besides you didn't even believe that Arendelle story which I told you before," he laughed quietly.

I exhale and I pull my feet closer to my chest. I wish Anna would be here, she would know what to do.

"You must admit that everything you say seems a bit crazy," I mumbled.

"To someone who thought that magic doesn't exist it might," he said quietly.

I watch at him quickly, he is staring towards his hand. He is wiggling his fingers while a snowflake is flying between his fingers. His eyes are focused and he seems to be deep in his thoughts right now.

"Well I didn't precisely say that I didn't believe in magic. I mean I have similar power to yours but I thought that I'm only one," I said and I inhaled again when I lifted my face up to look at the moon, "- so how many people do you even know around here?"

"Everyone," he replied playfully and I look back down.

"Nonsense," I laughed it off.

"Everyone who ever has been a kid, those I know. Everyone who knows how to laugh and have some fun, not all of them believe in me though and can't see me. But some do still, like you do and Merida, Hiccup and some other's probably," he shrugged while he placed his staff down to ground. When he let go of it I notice how the thin layer of frost covering it disappears.

"Still that seems a bit impossible and I'm not a child," I insisted, "—besides what do you mean about people believing?"

"Maybe it is impossible to you but I'm a Guardian of Childhood, I'm supposed to know and--," he grinned when he pointed his thin finger at me and poked my chest with it. "—and your heart still has something similar to child's."His face then flushed when his finger sunk into my soft breast a bit and then he pulled his hand back while clearing his throat.

"Okay but why do you need people to believe?" I tried to change the subject.

"Mm... Well if there aren't enough people who believe we Guardians lose our strength and powers in some way," he replied.

"That's why you can't fly much?" I gasped and he nodded his head. "B-but there are people like me, Merida, Hiccup and everyone at Hotel Transylvania who believe. There must be others, right? What would happen if no one would believe," I wondered.

"Sure there are. Let's not talk about that subject if we may," he smiled.

I exhale, he still has these odd secrets to keep. My eyes stare at the slowly dying camp fire, then I see his staff down on the ground. Quickly I took it into my hands.

"Wow, be careful! That's fragile!" He gasped. His hand was up while he was about to reach it back but then he stopped.

"This is just an old stick," I muttered while I rolled it in my hands. This is the first time I've managed to imagine this wooden staff of his which he has kept close to him ever since we left from his friend, Mr. North's place.

"That 'old stick' is me. Snap it and I die," he said seriously.

I flinched and I nearly put it down to ground. Suddenly he began to laugh quietly so he wouldn't wake Merida and Hiccup.

"S-sorry, no.. it wouldn't kill me but--," he chuckled while wiping his eyes.

"What?" I asked while pouting.

"If it snaps to two, well, it feels like heart attack or... like your soul is being ripped to two halfs. Extremely painful," he shrugged.

"H-how do you know," I gulped when I gave it back to him. When it touched his hand the frost layer returned.

"It has happened before but I managed to fix it," he winked his eye.

I sighed. Do I even want something to do with a person who is just after fun and games? He doesn't take things seriously at all.

"Let me rephrase that question from before. Who do you think that still believes in you?" I exhaled.

"The ones with strongest belief," he told me. I just huffed which made him let out a slight laughter.

"If you want that badly to know, I bet that Rapunzel, Eugene, Jasmine, Ariel and some others do as well," he said cheerfully.

I got up quickly, "Just how many girls do you even know?" I snapped at him.

"Many, I think. You should meet Toothiana, she's really awesome!" Jack cheered.

I groaned and I began storming towards my tent. "You sleep outside," I hissed. "Casanova," I added really quietly with sarcasm.

"I was going to sleep on a branch anyway and what got into you?" He yelled after me.

"SHUT UP YOU TWO!" Merida shouted from her tent.

Toothless covered his ears with his legs and whined. I just crawled into my tent without saying anything. Jack sure had a lot of trinkets from girls at his home so he probably was a ladies man. Figures, I'm actually happy that he doesn't notice me. Yeah, that's right!

I went under my blanket and after most of the anger faded away I exhaled. I cursed him in my mind for a little while longer and then I fell asleep.

A strange dream which I've seen before appeared. It was similar to before but this time I was adult, going through some long corridors inside a place that reminded me of a castle.

A presence was following me. My heart was beating, I just knew that I needed to get off from the corridor quickly. I go around a corner and when I look over my shoulder I see how darkness swallows the end of the corridor.

Quickly I try on one door knob but it doesn't open. My palm is sweating and my grip is slipping when I ran from door to door, trying to get one open. Finally one door opened and I push the doors in. My heart jumps up to my throat when I see where I've come into.

There's no time to find another place. The lurking darkness is getting closer, eating all the sources of light. Something tells me that I need to stay away from it. I lock up the door and I barricade it with a chair.

Something slams against the door and I scream nervously while I swift my hand in front of me. A layer of ice covers the door, securing it. The beating continues while I back up step by step, my eyes wander around – looking a way out and the lights turned out.

I ran to a window but when I was about to open it up so I could escape something covered over it. It reminded me of a black curtain but something was telling me not to touch it. Quickly I go away from the window. I can't see anything.

My body slams against the wall, my breathing is heavy and the room gets chillier as fear takes over me. The ice on the door is cracking while it's being beaten.

"No, please no," I cried as I let my body slide down against the wall. I pull my legs against my chest and I sway myself, then I cover my ears.

The beating gets louder and violent. The chair starts to slide on the floor, it scratches the wooden surface. I realize that something is getting in.

I managed to open up my eyes when I had a feeling that something was in front of me. My eyes quickly adapted to the dark and I realize that it was a figure of someone who stood in front of me.

A hand was offered down to me, for a moment I hesitated but then I saw the person holding a crooked staff on his other hand. A smile spreads to my face and I wipe my tears away before I reach to the hand that gave me hope in this nightmare.

"Thank you," I whispered when I buried my face against his chest.

Then the pressuring bad feeling returned, I lift my face up and a gasp escaped from me. I point up to the ceiling, the corner is darker than black, slowly approaching. It drops down like slimy black substance and then rises up as figure.

"Behind --," I began but then my safe haven in person grasped into my shoulders.

In few seconds I was turned towards the danger and then a single push threw me into the heart of darkness. I screamed on top of my lungs when the deep abyss swallowed me in whole. My body began shaking and I closed my eyes.

"Open your eyes," I heard a voice calling out.

The shaking was still ongoing and I shook my head. "No, I don't want to," I said against the voice.

"It's just a nightmare, open them up," the voice of Jack was desperate.

The shaking paused, my body still trembled when I gathered my courage to open my eyes.

The tent door was open was the first thing I took a note of. Then the worried looking cyan blue eyes caught my attention. I realize that he is keeping me from my shoulders and I quickly shove him off.

"You were yelling, I heard you," he mumbled.

"Nightmare," I managed to mutter out when I turn my face to other direction. I didn't want to see him.

Slowly my heart begins to beat more regularly, the feeling of being afraid is easing up and I exhale.

"Feeling better?" He asked and sounded concerned.

The first drops of rain start to hit the tent. They sound like music of nature.

"Yeah," I sighed while I pulled the blanket better on me.

"Good. The night is still young so... good night," he said while he started to crawl out from the tent.

"Wait," I quickly said.

"You want company because of the nightmares?" He asked mischievously while smirking.

"N-no. It is raining, that's why you stay," I said. Thankfully it is night so he can't see my cheeks blushing. I patted the place which was right next to me.

He laid down and I wiggle myself closer. We didn't say anything but he let me rest my head against his chest.

Even though he is here something is worrying me and making it hard to fall asleep. The figure, that person, who threw me into darkness... reminded me so much of...

"Night baby snow," Jack whispered and kissed my forehead.

I breathe in deeply and the clear, fresh and sweet smell of mints fills my nose. My mind must be playing tricks on me, it was just a bad dream and not a bad reminder of my instincts.

POV Anna

It took us maybe about one hour to walk so we could reach the cave entrance. Now we've been walking in this cold, damp cave for another hour.

"Why do you think that Elsa is inside this cave?" I broke the silence. My voice echoed from the wall.

Kristoff turned around, he held torch flash light which he pointed at me. He was right behind Grandma.

"Dear, she must be on the other side of the tunnel," Grandma said warmly.

"Tunnel? No one mentioned a tunnel," I gasped. "Where's it taking us?"

"Let's chat while we walk. Soon we get there, we're just ten minutes away if we keep moving forward," she was convincing us.

"I didn't know that we had a tunnel near the cabin," Kristoff questioned.

"Because it is a secret of course," Grandma laughed.

"Why is it a secret?" I insisted.

"You will find out... right about now," she chuckled when we got into a narrower path.

"What's that?" Kristoff gasped and pointed forward. I walk behind him and I peek over his shoulder.

It is like the air has waves, everything that we see is moving like air just above hot pavement.

"A portal made by a friend," she said mischievously and walked in.

"She disappeared!" I cheered when she was out of sight. It was like she went deeper into the tunnel but her body just vanished.

"Maybe we should turn back," Kristoff hesitated. Then I felt his reindeer Sven poking my back. He had been following us.

"We should follow her," I say when I push myself past Kristoff.

He tried to stop me when I walked into the portal. My stomach twisted but then the feeling went away when I noticed myself standing on the other side of the portal. I look behind of me and I don't see Kristoff on the other side of the tunnel.

"That's strange," I mumbled.

"Isn't it? A good way to protect the secret passage way," Grandma hummed behind me.

"Wow," I gulped when I saw Kristoff suddenly appearing with Sven.

"You shouldn't walk into things that make you poof into somewhere," Kristoff groaned and I flash him an innocent smile.

"Come on you three. We're almost there," Grandma urged us.

"This place seems.. strange," I wondered while I look around.

"This is a cave honey," Kristoff mumbled.

"I know but--," I insisted when I saw the light. It was a sunrise.

I began running, straight past Grandma. The outside air felt nice and I inhale deeply.

Suddenly some rocks began to roll and move towards me.

"Where are we?" I gulped when Grandma and Kristoff reached me.

"Valley of the Living Rock," she stated. "Similar to the one on the other side but this is our home," Grandma laughed.

"Pabbie!" Kristoff cheered to one of them.

"Wait... so your family is originated from here?" I muttered.

"Yes, that is true. We just occasionally come through the portal," Pabbie nodded his head.

"So we got through a portal but no one has said in where – don't just say that 'To the Valley of the Living Rock'. Please," I groaned when I sat to the ground.

"Why did you bring the young ones here?" Pabbie asked from Grandma.

"Elsa, she was taken to somewhere in here," Grandma said worryingly.

"Here?" Pabbie gasped.

Sven was playing with stone troll children. They tried to climb on top of him, forming pillars by climbing on each other but whenever they were about to succeed, Sven ran off from under them which made them fall and laugh. Obviously even the tiniest, youngest, stone troll would be too heavy for him to carry.

"Yes," Grandma replied.

"Oh, this is not good at all," Pabbie whined.

"Why not?" I questioned.

"There's bad magic in here, really strong this time," Pabbie said and exhaled.

"The Nightlight brought her here," Grandma continued which is when Pabbie began gasping loudly.

"Why is Jack worrying you guys so much and you guys must be kidding with that magic stuff, right?" Kristoff laughed.

"My dear, you two really forgot," Grandma said sadly.

"Forgot what?" I said while feeling irritated. While we're here chatting Elsa might be who knows where and in trouble if they're right.

"Before everyone knew magic until we had to protect you and Elsa by sealing you on other side of a barrier. In here everyone remembers that there's other side but the side without magic forgot everything about magic. We tried to keep all kinds of magic away from you, the evil and the good," Pabbie explained.

"And Jack? What about him?" I insisted.

"He tried his best effort three years ago to find you two. He even came here for advice and there's no telling if his intentions were completely pure which is why we didn't help him," Pabbie responded.

"Now Elsa is in danger while being with him, Nightlight is often known to go after his own goals and to use people to his own amusement," Grandma said as if she was scolding someone.

"You mean that you don't know what he is after by kidnapping Elsa?" I gulped.

"We don't know for sure that she was kidnapped. What if she wanted to go?" Kristoff questioned.

"She would've told me something first," I snapped.

Kristoff sighed, "That's true."

"Is there any way to find her?" I gulped.

"Do you have anything of hers?" Pabbie asked.

I nod my head before I take a snowflake hairpin from my hairpin. She always had these in her hair, she made them by herself when she was avoiding people and staying in solitude. When I got her out of her shelf she gave me one.

Pabbie took the hairpin from my hand and went to the solid rock. There was a small puddle of water where he dropped the hairpin.

We walk up closer when he is mumbling some strange words. I narrow my eyes when I see images appearing. It shifted quickly from a forest area to an open area. It focused into tent and then I saw Elsa climbing out from there.

"There she is!" I cheered.

I see how Jack gets out from the tent right after her and I gasp. "How does he dare!"

He even smirked which made me angry. If he even tried something to her I'm killing him. Jack pauses for a moment when he takes out a piece of paper from his paper which he then examines. Elsa comes to him but then he quickly hides the note. There's something fishy going on.

The image vanished from the water surface and Pabbie sighed, "It must have been some time since she used this last time?" Pabbie questioned.

"Yeah," I muttered. "So where's my sister?"

"Somewhere in Berk area. I can't tell you the exact location because the Water Mirror didn't get enough to work with," he explained.

"Then we need to go to Berk. Right Pabbie?" Kristoff spoke.

"Yes. Go to south where you can find a person known as Kenai, he is an excellent tracker. He is nearby when you see a baby bear moving around," Pabbie smiled.

"You won't come along?" I questioned and he shook his head.

"We need to protect the portal for now and try to protect this sacred location from evil. Be careful on your journey, there are lots of dangers ahead," Pabbie informed us.

We thanked him before we took our leave. I just hope that we can make it in time to get Elsa back home.
