Key:

-The Red dots are the location of the camps.

-The magic looking tree is The Star Place, where the medicine cats meet. This tree stays forever green, even in leafbare.

-The white dot in the centre of the island like thing is the gathering place, where the Clans meet each full moon. No Clan is allowed to hunt here.

-The black dots on either side of the river, towards the left side of the FireClan camp are tunnels that go under the river. [Two-leg made and abandoned]. All Clans know about these and FireClan use this to reach the gathering. 

-The grey thing at the bottom right is the thunder-path area and across it are the two-leg nests.

-The portion up in the top left is the Two-leg Farm.

-The mountain terrain near EarthClan territory is called Starclan's Fangs.

-The Purple area is - AirClan Territory

-The Orange area is - FireClan Territory

-The White area is - WaterClan Territory

-The Green area is - EarthClan Territory
