CHAPTER 49

   Mac's POV

   Today Demi woke me up early and said we're taking a long drive in the car. I don't mind it much. Demi always sings and it sounds really good. I hope that one day I can sing like her. I fell asleep halfway through a song that Demi was softly singing to, it was slow and sounded really pretty. 

I will not make the same mistakes as you did, 

I will not let myself, cause my heart so much misery. 

I will not break they way you did you fell so hard. 

I've learned the hard way, to never let it get that far

Because of you I never stray too far from the sidewalk. 

Because of you I learned to play on the safe side so I don't get hurt. 

Because of you I find it hard to trust not only me but everyone around me 

Because of you, I am afraid.

        I woke to Demi taking me out of the booster seat I was strapped into. She carefully lifted me up and I sleepily put my head on her shoulder, Demi covered my face with a blanket but I still saw the flashes. "Fucking assholes." I heard Demi say and I smiled to myself, I'm not sure what it meant, but it was funny. There was a sound of talking, but it muffled by the blanket and The flashes stopped. It got darker too. The slow rocking of Demi's body was enough to let me close my eyes and drift off. 

Demi's POV

        Today is the day before Mac's birthday. We took the four hour drive to Disney and Mac fell asleep on the way there. When we finally arrived the place was swarmed with paps. The word must have traveled that I was renting it out. Thankfully, Mac's booster seat un-buckled relatively quickly and I was able to get her out painlessly. I covered her body with a blanket as the flashes began. "DEMI IS IT TRUE WILMER IS MAC'S FATHER?" One of the paps yelled as he put the camera under Mac's arm and the flash went off in my face. I stumbled, dazed, and Max steadied me, he shoved the photographer away from me. "Fucking assholes." I muttered. I was led through an alley where I showed my ID to a security guard. Two people dressed in black Polo's and khakis led me though another door and a huge lobby was revealed. I gazed in awe, it was huge, and beautiful. We had to be inside the castle. "Welcome Miss. Lovato, to Cinderella's castle." One of them said to me. I nodded, my mouth gaping. "Your room-key." Another man said to me, handing me an actual key instead of a plastic card. I nodded, "Uhm, Thanks." My head swiveled in all directions. Hundreds of Disney murals were painted beautifully and decorated the walls. I walked over to the glass elevator with Mac in my arms and hit the button for 'PH' 

'Ding'  Went the button as the door opened to reveal a beautiful door, the only one in the hallway. A keyhole was in the middle of the door and everything was gold. I realized Mac should be here for this. I lifted the blanket off of her head and saw she was fast asleep. I bopped her on the nose and she woke up immediately. "Mama I wanna sleeep." She complained. "I know babygirl, but we're gonna eat dinner with everyone and then we can go to sleep, okay?" If she kept sleeping, she'd never wake up. "Fineee." She sighed, and sat up straighter in my arms. I opened the door and we stepped into a world of Disney. Literally. Mickey and Minnie mouses were everywhere, stuffed animals by the hundreds ranging from Lion King to Rapunzel. It was a little kid's heaven, and I knew as Mac squealed in my arms, that I would have to drag her out of here tonight. I put her down and she ran over to the giant plush Micky Mouse and tackled it, seriously the thing is bigger than me. I laughed and watched her run around for a while, then she turned to me, "Where are we mama?" I laughed, "The most amazing place on earth. I walked over to the window and opened it, from here we could see the entire park, all of the rides were lit up and there were fireworks going off over a lake, "Disneyland." 

     SURPRISE!!! HAHAHA WEL SINC TODAY IS LOVATIC DAY I THOUGHT I'D GIVE YA'LL A DOUBLE UPDATE! Who knows? it might turn into a tripleeeee xD havee fun!
