Dear Chris,

By now I should be on a train to Portland. Some weird things happened over the past week. I was pretty sure someone had been following me around Seattle. At first, I thought I was just being paranoid, but I kept seeing the same guy wearing a black fedora with a red feather in it all over the place.

The next thing I noticed was the Reddit group Josh was in. It's been showing exactly three hundred members basically since I found out it was a thing. I thought that was weird. So, I decided to creep a few of the members who posted in the subreddit. That's when I noticed that a large number of them only belonged to that subreddit and only started posting shortly after it was created.

And when I was doing some maintenance on my laptop, I found that I had a virus that was sending information to some unknown website. I removed it and did my best to trace where it had been sending my data. Based on when it first showed up on my laptop, I started to piece things together. It first showed up on the day I hacked into Josh's email.

Then yesterday when I came home from work, I found my apartment door open. It looked like a tornado had touched down in there. I called the police right away, but I quickly found that nothing had been taken. My guess is they were looking for my laptop, but I always take it with me. I decided it wasn't safe to sleep there, so I went to a hotel.

Last night, my tracing of the virus finally paid off. I found a database that it was sending data to. Before their firewall detected my breech, I found an image of an hourglass with a sun and moon with faces on either side of it. The name under it said, "Keepers of the Hours." A google search of that name brought up zero hits. But at this point, I'm pretty sure that Josh wanted me to find everything that I found.

I'm not sure what we're up against with him, but he's definitely up to something and he's not alone. I should be at the rendezvous in three days. If I don't show up, assume the worst. I'll be careful, but I can only do so much. So consider this a heads up and a warning. See you guys soon, hopefully. They can't stop all of us.
