hello all hope you all are doing well!!

so last chapter ends when sid gets a call from his best friend Nikhitha...who had called him to remember about the interview that was lined-up by him...

Nikhitha Rai is a friend of sid who is also a senior software developer at INFY-TECH&SOLUTIONS played a vital role in sid's life although sid was not a outspoken person she had clarity on sid's life...kyun na ho ....both were good friends since their college days.

After having a small chat with nikki...sid was waiting for doctor to come out with a hope to hear something good at least this time from the doctor.

Nearly after 20 min doctor came out from the ICU....sid felt a fear in his nerve..but tried to calm himself and asked doctor regarding patient's condition.

doctor - Mr.Sid can you please come to my cabin ?? need to speak something important regarding the current report that has come out..

Sid was now drained-off completely before doctor could even start speaking about current reports that were out...he knew he had to face this...also knew he could not runout from these situations....so without any delay he rushed into the doctor's cabin

Sid - how is he doctor??all ok?? what about the new reports that we were waiting for??? doctor it's already been 10 days since he has been admitted here.

doctor - calm down Sid......so the report we received today also remains constant like other reports...there's no change i mean am sorry to say but there is no progress in his reports.

Sid was numb.....he felt like the world was collapsed all over him....he felt his life was scattered and things were getting out of his hand. As these were certainly the last hopes...since they were coming to the end of treatment procedure.

Sid - doctor science has developed so vastly that.....there is medicine for every problem....every disease is curable ....how can you say there is no progress in his report??

Doctor - I agree with you Mr.Sid although science has developed ... and there is medicine for all type of diseases...but medicines can be effective only when patient tries to respond.

Doctor - Moreover this is cancer Mr.Sid that the patient is fighting with...even though medicine is being given...he need to respond equally along with the medicine....only then we can expect for positive change in the report.

Sid - Doctor what do you mean by patient's effort???it's been 10 days since he is admitted in hospital...and now how can you say he is not responding to medicines???

Doctor - sid your father Mr.Amith shukla is mentally disturbed .....and let me tell you cancer is not something big....its curable only when the patient shows interest, only when he starts to reciprocate with the medicines that is being given...but sadly your father is not trying respond to anyone of these

Sid - doctor can you please tell me....what exactly has to be done for him to start responding to the treatment??

doctor - Sid i think...you know it well!! you the know reason why he is not able to respond to the treatment...he needs to come out of his stress and stay calm & happy and try recover himself....from the past.... am sorry sid but need to say this...he need to come out of shock....and not only him even you need to come out of shock..that you both are facing since your mom's death. if things go in this way with him am sorry...but we can't expect something good to happen..hope you understand.

sid was completely taken back now....he was broken....he felt his life was over when he heard the word mom from doctor's mouth

he felt like a dead soul...not knowing where he was...what was happening in his life...he felt like screaming loudly on top of his lungs...break everything that was present inside that cabin and remove his pain...but without saying anything he came out from the doctor's cabin went near the ICU...saw his dad laying down on the bed lifelessly..connected with tubes and wires....he had tears...but without standing there for more than a minute he ran outside to the parking lot...removed the keys from his pocket and drove off.

after 15 minutes he parked his car...and went to a dargah...this is not just a holy place for him...this place is his everything whenever he needs peace and sanity..this place connects him with his mother..this place has a connection with his past...soon he tied a fresh white cloth over his head and entered the dargah...then he rendered his prayers..while he had droplets of tears...he just asked god...to save his father...his father who was his guiding angel....his father was the one on whom his life depended on....he surrendered himself to god seeked blessing for his father...when he was about to leave the dargah...the baba told him

baba- beta....aap bura na mano toh ek baath bolu??

sid - ji boliye..

baba - apko dekar yeh laga mujhe ki...koyi chinta hai apke mann mein...apke zindigi mein kuch aisi baath hai jo aap boolana chathe ho...aur aage badna chathe ho..

baba - beta agar apke mann mein kuch baath hai..toh.. yeh liji ye.

Sid - yeh kya hai baba??

baba - yeh dhaga(taveez) hai..

sid - dhaga??

baba - haa beta yeh dhaga sirf dekne keliye hai...lekin agar aap es dhaga ko uss mazar (i hope mazar is the place where u tie the taveez..if i am wrong..kindly forgive me) mein bandh kaar apna mannath mango toh apki mannath puri hogi.....apka dard ko meetha ne ke liye takath miljaya ga.

(usually they say before you tie the dhaga you need to make a wish and once those wishes are fulfilled you need to go back to the dargah and untie the dhaga.)

Sid was not a religious believer...as he thought his only god has his dad and mom...but all of sudden there was some hope that he found when he happened to meet a baba in the dargah...and he could not say no...to him..he just took that DHAGA from baba...and made his way to mazar...and before tying the knot he prayed for a better life and health of his dad...and tied the knot of the dhaga...and left that place...with the hope..for some miracle to happen...

But due to heavy breeze ya Bhagwan ka iccha..the dhaga that he tied was not strong enough...it was about to fall..when a girl...picked that dhaga and then...
