Sana and Sidharth were walking in the school corridor while keeping their eyes everywhere. Sidharth was holding the gun firmly pointing it forward while Sana was walking behind him making a scared face.

Suddenly Sidharth heard a sound from a room and stopped. Meanwhile Sana didn't realise it and bumped into Sidharth's back.

"Kya kar rahi ho?" Asked Sidharth in a low voice, turning behind.

"Woh aap achanak se ruk gaye." Said Sana making a pout.

"Mujhe uss room se kuch awaz sunai diyi." Said Sidharth pointing towards the room. "Lagta hai woh smuggler idhar hi hai."

"Arrey woh toh store room hai. Waha se kuch na kuch girne ki awaz aati rehti hai. Waise bhi humare store room ka darwaja asani se nahi khulta. Woh idhar nahi chhupega."

"Phir bhi ek baar check......"

Before he could complete, Sana's eyes fell on a shadow and she whispered pointing her finger, "Officer udhar dekhiye."

Sidharth looked where Sana pointed and he also saw a shadow passed by.

"Uss taraf toh stairs hai. Maybe rooftop pe gaye honge." Said Sana.

"Thik hai. Main jaata hoon udhar se. Tum yaheen ruko, thik hai?"

Sidharth was about to go when she said, "Aise kaise? Yaaha tak saath aaye hai. Aage bhi saath jaayenge."

"It's risky. Why don't you get it?"

"Aap pura credit akele lena chahte ho na? Sab samajh aa raha hai mujhe."

Sidharth nodded his in disbelief and said, "You're impossible. Chalo mere saath."

Sana smiled hearing that and they started going upstairs.

They reached the rooftop and saw the smuggler standing at the edge of the rooftop and looking downwards to confirm the police were going or not. The little girl was still in his capture.

Sidharth and Sana hid behind the wall.

"I have to save her." Murmured Sidharth and said looking at Sana, "Listen ab tum yaheen rahogi. Bilkool bhi aage nahi aaogi."

"But....."

Before Sana could say, Sidharth kept his finger on her lips and said sternly, "It's my order."

Sana froze at her place when Sidharth's finger touched her lips. She kept staring at him while he removed his finger and left from there.

Sidharth came in front of the smuggler while he got scared seeing him and said loudly, "Aeee bola tha na hoshiyari nahi karna. Bacchi ko thok dunga keh raha hoon main."

"Ruk jaa. Meri baat sun. Main yaaha akele aaya hoon. Force mein se se koi nahi hai saath. Main sirf baat karne aaya hoon. Bacchi ko chhor de." Said Sidharth trying to stay calm.

"Gun neeche rakh. Gun neech rakh pehle!" Shouted the smuggler.

Sidharth had no option left. He understood that if he didn't keep the gun down, the little girl's life would be in danger.

"Rakh raha hoon...." Said Sidharth and kept the gun down. Then he lifted up his both the hands.

"Maine gun rakh diya. Ab bacchi ko jaane de. Tujhe kuch nahi hoga." Said Sidharth while coming towards him slowly.

The smuggler immediately pointed his gun at Sidharth.

"Zaldi yaaha se apne force ko bol chale jaane ke liye. Warna tu gaya aaj." Said the smuggler.

The other officers saw the scene and said, "Lagta hai Sir khatre mein hai. Humein ab jaana hi hoga."

But before they could do anything, a stone came and hit the smuggler's hand. The gun fell on the ground.

Sidharth turned behind and saw Sana who was standing holding a gulel and smiling at him.

The smuggler left the girl and was about to pick up the gun when Sidharth kicked his knee and he fell. The little ran towards Sana who hugged her.

Before the smuggler could get up, Sidharth picked up the gun. He then came on the top of the smuggler, twisted his one arm and pointed the gun at his head.

"Game is over. You are under arrest." Said Sidharth smirking while Sana became impressed by his bravery and attitude.

After sometime...

Sidharth dragged the smuggler whose hands were tied with handcuffs.

"Thank you police wale bhaiya." Said the little girl and Sidharth smiled hearing that.

"Aap ne sach mein kamal kar diya. Apni jaan khatre mein daal ke humare school ki student ko bachaya. Hum aap ke sukr guzar hai." Said the principal folding his hands.

"Dekhiye yeh mera farz hai. Aur waise bhi maine kuch nahi kiya. Jo kiya, aap ki iss student ne kiya hai. Bohut bahadur ladki hai yeh."

Saying that, Sidharth looked at Sana who smiled shyly.

"Naam kya hai tumhara?" He asked.

"Shehnaaz Gill... Aap mujhe Sana bula sakte hai."

"Hmm... Toh Sana tumne baataya nahi tumhare paas itna solid hathiyar tha."

Sana looked at her gulel and said, "Yeh? Yeh toh mujhe ek classroom mein padha hua mila aur main utha ke le aayi. Socha tha kaam aa jaayega aur aa bhi gaya."

Sidharth chuckled and said, "Sahi hai. Waise tumhari bahaduri tarif ke layak hai. Humesha aisi hi rehna aur kabhi kisi bhi situation mein darna mat."

"Ok Officer." Said Sana nodding.

Sidharth patted her head and left from there with his force and the smuggler.

Sana touched her own head and looked at his retreating figure being lost.

"Sana tune kamal kar diya." Said Navya coming to her and hugged her tightly.

"Kamal toh usne kar diya. Main toh puri ki puri phisal gayi. Lagta hai mera intezar yaheen pe khatam hota hai. I have found him." Said Sana excitedly.

"Kya bole jaa rahi hai?" Asked Navya being confused. "Mere dimaag ke upar se gaya."

Before Sana could reply, a boy came to her and said, "I'm so proud of Sana. Mujhe nahi paata tha tum pretty hone ke saath saath brave bhi ho. Mujhe toh humesha se aisi hi girlfriend chahiye thi. You are perfect for me."

Sana frowned looking at him and said, "Girlfriend? Maine tumhe haan kab kaha Rahul?"

"Matlab?" Asked Rahul being puzzled.

"Matlab naine tumhare proposal ke baare mein socha but I don't feel the same for you. So it's a no."

"But why? School ki saari ladkiyan marti hai mujhpe."

"Toh zaroori nahi hai main bhi tum pe maru."

"Par ek baar try toh kar ke dekh sakti ho. I really like you."

"I can understand. But it won't work. Main tumhare liye waisa feel nahi karti."

"Ek chance toh deke dekho. Tumhe bhi pyaar ho jayega."

"Nahi ho sakta Rahul." Said Sana trying to be as polite as possible.

"Sirf ek chance."

"Kaha na nahi?"

"Please Sana..."

Sana now lost her patience and shouted, "Abbe chup! Kab se bakwas kare jaa raha hai. Nikal pehli fursat mein warna ek lafa maarungi. Gadha!"

Rahul got scared and immediately left from there.

As soon as he left, Navya started laughing at her words and after sometime Sana also laughed along with her.

At night...

Sidharth returned home from duty and saw his parents getting ready.

"Aap log kahi jaa rahe ho kya?" Asked Sidharth removing his shocks.

"Haan Beta. Tumhare liye rishta dekhne jaa rahe hai. Chaloge humare saath?" Asked Rita Ji, his mother, giving a fake smile.

Sidharth widened his eyes hearing that and said, "What? Par kyu? Meri khushi dekhi nahi jaa rahi kya aap logo se? Mujhe shaadi vaadi kar ke apni zindagi barbaad nahi karni."

"Haan haan. Tune toh thaan le rakhi hai mujhe aur tere Papa ko paute pauti ka muh dekhe bina hi upar bhejega."

"Kaisi baatein kar rahi ho Maa? Paute pauti chahiye toh le aata hoon. Shaadi ki kya zaroorat hai?"

"Sharam nahi hai kya tujhe? Kaisi behudha baatein kar raha hai?" Asked Rita Ji being shocked.

Sidharth rolled his eyes and said, "Main adoption ki baat kar raha tha."

"Sun rahe ho aap? Yeh shaadi karega hi nahi. Mann bana liya hai isne. Humari khushiyon ki zara bhi qadar nahi hai isse." Said Rita Ji to Ashok Ji making an angry face.

"Arrey kyu gussa ho rahi ho Rita? Usse abhi nahi karni shaadi toh kyu zabardasti karna? Aur Sidharth tu fikar mat kar. Hum tere liye rishta dekhne nahi jaa rahe hai. Hum mere ek dost ke ghar jaa rahe hai. Bohut dino se keh raha tha family ke saath uske ghar aane ke liye, dinner pe. Tu aaj zaldi wapas aa gaya hai toh tu bhi chal humare saath. Sab saath mein jaayenge toh unhe accha lagega." Said Ashok Ji.

"Aap ke woh naye morning walk wale friend?" Asked Sidharth to which Ashok Ji nodded.

"Thik hai main change karke aata hoon." Said Sidharth and started going towards his room.

"Aur phir uss maharani ko bhi keh dena ki invitation aaj hai. Isliye selfie lena band kare aur zaldi bahar aaye." Said Rita Ji loudly.

After he left, Rita Ji said being worried, "Humara Sidharth kya sach mein kabhi shaadi nahi karega?"

"Arrey kar lega. Jab kisi se pyaar hoga toh woh kya uska baap bhi shaadi karega." Said Ashok Ji.

"Accha? Aap dusri shaadi karoge?"

"Haan.... Tumse." Said Ashok Ji smiling to which Rita Ji blushed and slapped his shoulder slightly.

Sidharth went to his room, kept his gun at its place and changed his uniform. He wore a casual t shirt and then went to his sister Preeti's room. There he saw her taking selfies making pouts.

Sidharth silently went to her and pulled her hair making her scream.

"Aaaaaa.... Bhaiya! Baal kharab kar diye mere." Said Preeti complaining.

"Maa bula rahi hai. Yeh selfie lena chhor aur chal. Paata hai aaj tujhse chhoti ek ladki ne ek bacchi ki aur meri bhi jaan bachayi. Aur tu bas selfie hi leti rahe."

"Mujhe accha lagta hai selfie lena. But leave it. Aaj aap phir se kisi mission pe gaye the kya?"

"Mission toh nahi par ek smuggler ko pakda hai. Hua yun tha ki........"

Sidharth told Preeti the whole story and she became surprised hearing it.

"Ek 12th standard ki ladki aap ke saath smuggler ko pakadne chali gayi? Wow! She is so brave!" Said Preeti.

Sidharth smiled and said, "Haan. Ladki thodi pagal hai warna aise apni jaan koi khatre mein nahi daalta. Par saath mein bahadur aur bohut acchi bhi hai."

Seeing him smiling, Preeti said teasingly, "Ohho pehli baar aap ke muh se kisi ladki ki tarif sun rahi hoon. Chakkar kya hai?"

"Kuch bhi, haan? Bacchi hai 17-18 saal ki. Main toh aise soch bhi nahi sakta."

"Aap kisi bhi ladki ke baare mein sochte kaha ho? Yeh hi toh problem hai. Aise toh aap ki love story kabhi suru nahi hogi."

"Zaroorat bhi nahi hai. Because.... love is a waste of time. Pyaar vyaar waste of time."

Preeti sighed and said singing, "Phir bhi socha liya hoon mann mein, ek baar toh iss jeevan mein, kar le waste of time...."

And they started giggling together.

"Wah! Kya baat hai! Pehle ek nahi aa rahi thi. Ab dono yaaha baith ke khi khi khi kar rahe hai." Said Rita Ji coming there and they stopped giggling.

"Aur yeh kaisi t-shirt pehni hai? Har jagah ek hi t-shirt. Woh nayi t-shirt hai na? Woh pehen ke aa." She said further.

"Maa kya fark padta hai? Kaunsa main apne sasural jaa raha hoon?" Asked Sidharth making faces.

"Waisi kismat humari kaha ki tu apne sasural jaaye. Bas jo maine kaha woh kar. Change kar ke aa."

Sidharth sighed and left from there.

On the other hand, Sana was lying on the sofa and scrolling her phone. She was reading some fiction on Wattpad when a romantic scene came.

A beautiful smile formed on her face and she started imagining herself at the place of the female lead. Earlier whenever she imagined, she couldn't see the male lead's face as it was blurred. But this time she saw the face. She imagined Sidharth with herself.

"Kitna handsome tha. Mera toh dil hi aa gaya uspe. Lekin mujhe uska naam tak paata nahi. Kya hum dobara kabhi milenge?.... Haan haan, kyu nahi milenge? Main Delhi ke saare police stations ke saamne jaa ke khadi ho jaungi. Kabhi na kabhi toh mil hi jayega. I'm so smart." Said Sana in her mind and kept smiling.

"Oye! Itna kyu muskura rahi hai?" Said Parminder Ji, her mother breaking her thoughts.

Sana immediately sat up and kept her phone aside.

"Bas aise hi." She replied.

"Laksan thik nahi lag rahe mujhe tere. Par jo bhi ho... Filhaal kapde badal ke aa. Ghar mein mehmaan aa rahe hai."

"Toh uss mein kya hai? Mere sasural wale thodi aa rahe hai jo saj dhaj ke baithi rahu?"

"Thappad khayegi ab tu." Said Parminder Ji raising her hand, making Sana scared. "Har baat ka ulta jawab dena hota hai. Jaa kapde badal le."

Sana made a sad pout and said whinning, "Papa dekho na Mummy kya keh rahi hai. Kya burai hai mere t-shirt aur trouser mein?"

Santokh Ji, her father sat beside her and said, "Kuch burai nahi hai beta. Waise bhi mere dost aur uski family hi aa rahi hai. Koi pareshan hone wali baat nahi hai."

"Aap bigadte raho bas isko." Said Parminder Ji nodding her head in disbelief.

"Don't worry. Jab sasural wale aayenge toh pakka suit yaa saree mein ready hoke baithungi. I promise." Said Sana further making her parents laugh at her childishness.

Suddenly they heard the doorbell ringing.

"Lagta hai woh hi log honge. Main kholti hoon." Said Sana and ran towards the door.

But as soon as she opened the door, she became shocked.
