Few days passed, Shehnaaz shift to her new home. She try to ignore shiv as much as possible, she try to keep their conversation small so that he can't get hurt by her behavior but the damage was already done, shiv got hurt by her sudden changed behavior. He thought he failed as a friend.

Right now they both are in hospital. Shehnaaz had a surgery and Shiv was doing some work there. He was in his office when he hear some screaming and loud voice from outside, he went outside and saw a lot of peoples was there they are shouting on a person. He went toward them and saw Shehnaaz and her team was standing there. Her face show how much tensed she is, her eyes was filled with tears, she look scared. He hurriedly went toward her and stop everyone from shouting on her.

"Ek minute ek minute hua kya hai, shant ho jaao sab" he yelled on them while holding her hand and entangled their fingers. He turn and look at her, he blink his eyes in assurance.

"Collector sahab aap bich me mat aaiye are is ladki ne hamare bhai ki jaan le li hai" a man from the crowd said angrily, other also agreed with him.

"Na.... nahi shiv meine kuc... kuch nahi kiya" her voice cracked.

"Shhh mein hu na" he press her hand to comfort her. "Hua kya hai theek se batayenge aap".

"Collector sahab is ladki ne mere pati ki jaan le li hai bilkul theek the wo ab chale gaye mujhe chod kar".

"Ek minute ek minute shaant ho jaaye aap sab ye hospital hai aur patients ko bhi pareshani hogi".

"Are aese kese chup rahe mere baba ko maar diya is doctorni ne aur aap rahe hai hum chup rahe".

"Kya ho raha hai yaha?" They hear a voice and saw Anandi standing there.

"Sarpanch sa dekhiye inhone mere pati ki jaan le li hai".

"Dekhiye mein aapka dard samjh sakti hu lekin ye mamla hum log pachayat jakar suljhaye to acha hoga".

They all agreed with her and went with her. All the time shiv didn't leave her hand not even for a second.

"Kaki ab theek se bataiye hua kya hai?"Anandi asked.

"Hona ke hai sarpanch sa is ladki ne jaan le li mahre pati ki, isko phasi ki saza honi chahiye" she said angrily while glaring Shehnaaz, who hide herself almost behind Shiv.

"Dekhiye aap jab tak puri baat nahi Bataiyengi hum kisi nateje par nahi pohoch sakte"

"Sarpanch sa hamare baba bilkul theek the lekin is dactorni ke pass unka ilaj chal raha tha aur achanak aaj wo khatam ho gaye ye saara kara dhara iska hi hai itne din humko pagal banati rahi aur paise lutti rahi humse ye".

"Shehnaaz kya ye sach hai?" Anandi asked.

"Darna mat mein hu" he whispered in her ear. She nodded.

"Anandi ji aesa nahi hai jesa ye log keh rahe hai haan inke baba ka ilaj mein kar rahi thi lekin meine koi paise nahi lute hai jesa procedure hota hai meine wahi follow kiya tha galti mr. singh ki thi meine unko mana kara tha smoking aur drinking ke liye lekin meine mana karne ke bawajood unhone wo sab kara aur aaj achanak unki maut ho gai mein jo kar sakti thi meine kiya" she said with confidence.

"Ae ladki thare pass vishwas karke bheja tha meine apne pati ko aur tune kya kiya unki hi jaan le li, sarpanch sa isko saza honi chahiye mahre ko mahre pati ke liye insaaf chahiye".

"Aur nahi to kya are bhagwan ka darja diya tha ise aur isne kya kiya mere baba ko kha gai".

"Dekhiye aap log shaant ho jaaiye is sab me shehnaaz ki to koi galti nahi hai na usse jo ho sakta tha usne wo kiya" shiv said.

"Kaki meine sach me jaan bujh kar kuch nahi kiya infact meine kaka ko specially bola tha ki wo sharab chod de lekin unhone nahi suni".

"Mahre ko na pata sarpanch sa mahre ko insaaf chahiye aur agar aap na de sakti to mein khud de dungi kiu gaw waalo" she said angrily and villagers agreed with her.

"Anandi mein proof bhi de sakti hu mr. Singh ki saari reports hai mere pass"

"Are iska to muh kaala karna chahiye" one of the villager said.

"Kya keh rahe hai aap log shaant ho jaaiye" anandi said.

"Nahi iska to muh kaala hoga" one lady come out from the crowd with black ink bottle in her hand. She throw the ink towards Shehnaaz but Shiv immediately stood in front of her. His whole body was coverd with black ink. Everyone gasped in shock.

He took a deep breathe and look at them angrily.

"Dimag khrab hai kya aap logo ka wo ladki bol rahi hai usne kuch nahi kiya aur aap log zabardasti uspar ilzam lagane par tule hai samjh kya rakha hai aap logo ne khudh ko, mana ye doctor hai iska kaam hai logo ki jaan bachana lekin ye bhagwan to nahi hai na logo ki jaan jis had tak bacha sakti hai bachati hai ab jaan lena na lena wo to bhagwan ke haath me hai na to jaakar ladiye bhagwan se lekin ab agar ispar ek ugli bhi uthi na to mujhse bura koi nahi hoga ye wada hai Shivraj Shekhar ka" he yelled angrily. This is the first time Everyone saw him like this. He was always a soft spoken person but now he look like he will surely destroyed the world if anyone say a word to his girl. His eyes show the fire, the fire to destroyed everyone who rise a finger on her.

He hold her hand and went from there with her, leaving everyone shocked. Shehnaaz didn't said a word because she know his anger was the worst. Anandi was shocked to see him like this, she first time witness angry Shiv.

He reached her house and went inside with her. She sat on sofa while he clean himself. He went toward her and saw her lost in her thoughts.

"Shehnaaz" he said softly while sitting beside her.

"Meine sach me kuch nahi kiya Shiv, mummy kasam mein proof bhi de sakti hu".

"Shhh" he placed his finger on her lips "jaanta hu mein sab jaanta hu tumne kuch nahi kiya kiuki meri Shehnaaz kabhi kisi ki jaan nahi le sakti, daro mat mein hu tumhare saath chahe puri duniya tumhare khilaf ho jaaye mein hamesha hu tumhe protect karne ke liye".

She throw herself in his arm and cry. She was hell scared when they put allegations on her. But now she know he will protect her from everyone no matter what happened. He cocoon her in his arm and hide her from this cruel world. She sleep in her home means his arms while hearing his heartbeat it give her comfort. He pick up her in his arms and make her lay on his bed. He drop a kiss on her forehead. He went toward kitchen to make something, he know she didn't had something from morning. But before that he call Anandi.

"Hello".

"Ji boliye".

"Anandi sab theek hai na waha".

"Aap fikar mat kariye mein sab sambhal liya hai, lekin aapko Shehnaaz ko aese nahi laana chahiye tha sab kya soch rahe honge".

He closed his eyes in anger but controlled himself and said "mujhe fark nahi padhta kisise koi kya sochta hai mujhe bass jo sahi laga meine wahi kiya".

"Hmm lekin ye galat kara tha aapne isse baat aur bigad sakti thi".

"Meine kaha na anandi mujhe jo sahi laga meine kiya aur us waqt meri priority sirf aur sirf shehnaaz aur unki safety thi dekha nahi aapne kese sab kar rahe the".

"Theek hai mein rakhti hu mujhe kaam hai" she cut the call.

"Doctor ke naam par kalank hai ye"

"Are iska muh kala karna chahiye".

Shehnaaz woke up in jerk. She saw the scariest dream of her life. She check th time it's now evening.She look here and there and got scared when she didn't find shiv beside her. She went toward the living room he was also not there, she went toward the kitchen and saw him, she hug him tightly.

"Shehnaaz kya hua" he asked politely.

"Mein dar gai thi mujhe laga aap chod kar chale gaye".

"Kabhi nahi mein yahi hu dekho tumhare pass" he said. Suddenly she realised she did wrong it's a sin he was married. She broke the hug and take two steps back. He got confused with her behavior.

"Aa.... aap kitchen me kya kar rahe hai?"

"Khana bana raha tha" he said casually.

"Kiu mera matlab mujhe utha dete".

"Tum aaram se so rahi thi aese kese utha deta aur aaj ka din bhi kaafi bhari raha isliye sone diya".

Her eyes filled up but she controlled herself.

"Chalo dinner kar lete hai i know subha se kuch nahi khaya hai tumne".

They did their in silence.Shehnaaz was lost in herself. After dinner he went to garden for attending a call and she went on the terrace, she know she need some fresh air.

"Shehnaaz" shiv said.

She turn "aap gaye nahi?"

"Nahi lekin tum yaha kya kar rahi ho?"

"Wo bass khuli hawa chahiye thi ghutan ho rahi thi, aap... aapko jaana chahiye sab wait kar rahe honge, anandi wait kar rahi hongi" she whispered the last line.

"Kiu tumhe acha nahi lag raha mein yaha hu to".

"N... nahi aesi baat nahi hai".

"To kesi baat hai shehnaaz" he went near her and cupped her face. "Kuch chupa rahi hai aap mujhse?".

She look at him like an innocent child and lost in his dark brown orbs. The cold breeze touch them and make the moment more beautiful.

"Boliye shehnaaz".

She realised she again lost herself infront of him which is totally wrong. She pulled herself back.

"Ye... ye galat hai" she start taking back steps.

He look at her in confusion "kya galat hai".

"Aa... aapka yaha itne der tak rehna".

"Kiu?" He take a step toward her.

"Ye... ye aap... aapka pass aana bhi galat hai".

"Kiu Shehnaaz dost hai hum infact bestfriends hai na"

"Yahi to problem hai hum bestfriends hai" she yelled at him.

"Shehnaaz" he whispered.

"Chal... chale jaaiye shiv please" she was fighting with her inner self. Her heart told her to told him about her feelings but her mind warn her.

"Shehnaaz kya hua hai".

"Shiv aap jaiye please a.. anandi wait kar rahi hongi aapka aap jaiye" she yelled at him while tears was flowing from her eyes.

"Nahi jaunga jab tak tum nhi batati kya hua hai" he yelled back.

"Pyaar ho gaya hai aapse" she fall on her knees. He got freezed on his place.
