In Mumbai a boy is doing his exercise in gym showing his perfect muscles, girls drool over him but he didn't care. He is one woman man. He is waiting for his perfect life partner.

"Sidharth dekh priya tujhe dekh rahi hai" his friend daksh tell him.

Sidharth Shukla. A 28 years old boy. He lives in mumbai because of his job. He is a perfect example of a fair and handsome man. He is an architectural engineer.

"To dekhne de mein kya karu?" He replied

"Abe tujhe ladkiyo me interest hai bhi ki nahi har kisiko ignore karta hai" daksh said angrily.

"Haan nahi hai because I'm waiting for my Perfect one mujhe ye in ladkiyo me interest nahi hai jo chalte phirte kisiko bhi apna crush bana leti hai kal ko mujhse acha koi dikh gaya to uske pass jayengi I'm waiting for my permanent one" he wink.

"Are wo to mil jayegi but girlfriend to bana hi sakta hai na tu"

"I'm not interested bro" he take his bag and went toward exit.

"Tu bhi na alag hi insaan hai itna gora chitta ladka hai ladkiyo bhaw deti hai phir bhi Ignore karta hai kal ko mil gai na dark skin tone wali biwi phir pachtayega tu"

"Kiu dark skin tone wali ladkiya kya khubsurat nahi hoti ya wo insaan nahi hoti?" He said angrily.

"Nahi bhai mera wo matlab nhi tha it's just an example warna tujh jese ladke ko dark skin wali mile impossible teri liye to koi hoor pari likhi hogi"

"Ho gaya to chal ab warna boss sara hoor nikal denge".

They bid bye eachother and move towards their apartments.

Sidharth went to get freshen up then he prepare his breakfast and lunch.

He live in mumbai from more than 5 years. He learn household chores.

He is doing his work when he received a call from his mother.

"Hello mom"

"Hello beta kesa hai?" His mom asked.

"Mein badhiya aap batao functions kese jaa rahe hai sab?"

"Bohot badhiya but tu bhi hota to acha hota" she said sadly.

"Aww meri pyari mom aaunga na mein diwali par don't worry"

"Acha sun tere liye na ek ladki dekhi hai function me hi mili thi wo mujhe badi pyaari bacchi hai kal uske parents se baat karu tujhe problem na ho to?".

"Mom mujhe kya problem hogi I'm ready for getting married aap ko ladki pasand hai to achi hi hogi"

"Haan but phir bhi tere muh se sun liya na acha laga dil ko tassali mil gai, chal mein phone rakhti hu maine bataya tha na meri bachpan ki Friend ka address mila hai aaj ussi se milne ja rahi hu tu khana time par kha lena okay"

"Ok mom don't worry aap apna khayal rakho chalo mein phone rakhta hu kaam hai bye" he cut the call.

"Chalo finally mom ko koi to ladki pasand aai" he chuckle and got busy with his work.

Shehnaaz mother open the door and shocked to see Rita maa there.

"Are rita tu?" She said in excitement.

"Haan kesa laga surprise" she smile widely.

Shehnaaz mother Mrs pammi urf parminder gill and Sidharth mother Mrs rita shukla both were bestfriends from school to college but got busy in their life after marriage. They also loss contact they meet after a long time.

"Aa na ander" she welcomed them "suniye dekhiye kon aaya hai"she said to her husband.

"Are rita bhabhi what a pleasant surprise are ashok bhi hai aaiye na"

They all know eachother because they meet sometimes after their marriage.

"Kitne time baad milna hua na" ashok ji said.

"Haan Hume to laga tha pata nahi ab milna hoga bhi ya nahi" santosh ji replied.

They all settle themselves on sofa and start talking with eachother like their is no tommorrow.

Shehnaaz enter in her home all tired when she hear some unfamiliar voices from her home. She step inside and saw a couple sitting on sofa they face their back to her. Her mother saw her.

"Are lijiye shehnaaz bhi aa gai"

The couple turn and shehnaaz and rita ji get shocked to see eachother.

"Rita ye hai meri beti shehnaaz aur shehnaaz ye meri bestfriend hai rita".

Shehnaaz greet them.

"Acha to tum ho pammi ki beti shehnaaz kal pata hota to mein to kal hi mil leti pammi se"

"Matlab" ashok ji asked.

"Are matlab maine aapko bataya tha na ki mein ek ladki se mili the wo yahi thi".

"Acha to tu hi thi Rita jiske kal se ye gun gaan gaa rahi aunty ji aesi thi waisi thi" her mother giggle.

"Chal beta tu ja pehle fresh ho ja phir ache se milte hai"rita maa said.

Shehnaaz nodded and went toward her room. After some time she join them on dining table.

"Ashok Sidharth kesa hai? Wo nahi aaya?" Her father asked. Shehnaaz assumed that Sidharth must be their son.

"Puch mat yaar usko time hi nahi hota job ke chakkar me mumbai gaya tha aur wahi settled to gaya ab bhi sirf chuttiyo me aata hai"

"Acha waise kaam kya karta hai?"

"Architectural engineer hai".

Shehnaaz impressed hearing about him.

"Waise beta aap kya karti ho?".

"Uncle mein software engineer hu" she replied with a sweet smile.

"Are wah ye to bohot achi baat hai" rita maa said.

After dinner they all sit in the hall. Shehnaaz left for her room sometimes ago for a important call.

"Pammi waise shehnaaz ki shadi ke baare me kya socha hai?"

Her parents look at eachother then at rita maa.

"Socha to hai Rita magar koi ladka nahi mila dhang ka matlab wo shehnaaz ki skin tone ki wajhe se tu samjh rahi hai na aur hum chahate hai use koi aesa ladka mile jo uska dil dekhe na ki color" her mother replied.

Ashok and rita look at eachother and smile.

"Sukh mein kya kehta hu kiu na is dosti ko rishtedaari me badle?".

"Matlab?".

"Matlab bhaisahab hume shehnaaz pasand hai apne sidharth ke liye aur ye aaj ki baat nahi hai mujhe to wo kal function me hi pasand aa gai thi phir socha uske parents se baat karungi aur dekho luckily uske parents aap dono nikle".

"Lekin rita Sidharth ko koi problem to nahi".

Rita maa stop her "are nahi baba wo kaafi open minded hai usko in sab se fark nahi padhta bass tu shehnaaz se puch kar mujhe bata de Sidharth ki tension mat le".

"Bhabhi hume to koi problem nahi hai na hi shehnaaz ko hogi kiuki usne to shadi ke liye haan bol diya tha pehle hi hum hi ladka dundh rahe the aur isse achi baat kya hogi ki bacchi apne ek ghar se dusre ghar me jayegi" her father said happily.

"Theek hai to sidharth na is diwali ghar aa raha baccho to tabhi milwa denge phir baat aage bhadhayenge".

They talk little more than left for their home happily.

Shehnaaz mother enter in her room with a glass of milk and saw her reading a book. She knock on door then enter.

"Mumma aap aao na" she keep her book aside.

"Le tere liye garam dhoodh pure din kaam karke thak jaati hai na meri nanhi si jaan" she caresses her hairs.

Shehnaaz keep her head on her mother's lap.

"Mumma kya sach me mere skin tone ki wajhe se meri shadi me problem aa rahi hai?" Shehnaaz asked being insecure about her color. She overheared half of them.

"Nahi beta aur tune hamari baatein suni?"

"Haan but aadhi jab aap is topic ke baare me aunty ko bata rahe the thoda hi suna phir call aa gaya tha"

"Badmash aese baat sunte hai kisi ki"

"Mumma topic change mat karo batao na"

"Shehnaaz beta tere liye kai rishte aaye the lekin humne hi mana kar diye kiuki hume tere liye koi aesa chahiye jo tera color na dekhe tera dil dekh ke tujhe pasand kare samjhi buddu, aur ek aur rishta aaya hai tere liye"

"Kya kiska?"

"Rita hai na usne tera haath maanga hai uske bete sidharth ke liye agar tujhe koi problem na ho to hum baat aage badhaye phir"

"Un.. unko mere color se problem nahi hai i mean aunty ji achi hai but unka beta wo mujhe pasand karega matlab aunty se mein mil li lekin unke bete se nahi mili na agar usko mein pasand nahi aai to?"

"Are kiu pasand nahi aayegi zarur aayegi aur wo baat karengi sidharth se aur usne mujhe photos aur details send kari hai mein tujhe bhej rahi hu agar pasand aaye to batana" she kissed her forehead and left.

"Sidharth tujhe pata hai wo ladki jiske baare me meine bataya tha na wo meri friend ki beti nikli" rita maa said to sidharth on call.

"Acha wo function wali sahi hai" he chuckle on her excitement.

"Sun mein tujhe photos aur details bhej rahi hu ek baar dekh lena aur jab delhi aaye to mil lena face to face"

"Okay mom mil lunga dekh bhi lunga aur aapne pasand kari hai to ladki achi hi hogi i know" he said making his mother squeal with happiness.

"Chal theek hai mein rakhti hu phone aur bhejti hu tujhe uski details" she said and cut the call. Sidharth laugh on his mother's excitement.

At same time both Sidharth And Shehnaaz got the message from their mother's. They both are excited to saw eachother but when they open their photos their smile fade away.
