Shehnaaz open her eyes slowly. She blink her eyes to adjust with light. She look at her surrounding and understand she is in hospital. She groan in pain.

"Are uth gai aap kesa feel ho raha hai?" Nurse asked her.

She sat with difficulties "I'm fine now mein yaha kese aai?"

"Aapko kuch log lekar aaye the, aap wait kijiye mein doctor ko bulati hu" she said and left.

She rest her head on the wall feeling pain in her head. Her head and right hand is injured. The doctor come and check her.

"How are you feeling now?"

"I'm fine"

"Hmm but you need complete bed rest atleast for two weeks right hand me fracture hua hai aur head par bhi kaafi gheri chot nahi hai, right leg me sprain hai but don't worry you will be fine soon"

"Thank you doctor" she smile weakly

A police inspector enter in her room.

"Are you fine now?"

"Yes"

"Hume aapka statement chahiye jis car se aapka accident hua tha wahi aapko yaha lekar aaye hai unka kehna hai aap unki gadi ke aai thi? Ye sach hai?"

"Yes inspector actually kuch ladke mujhe pareshan kar rahe the jab mein office se nikli to usme bachne ke liye mein road cross kar rahi thi bhagte hue aur achanak wo car se takra gai".

"Oh okay aapko complaint karni hai?"

"No"

He nodded and left.

"Mam aapka phone to tut gaya tha aap chahe to hospital se ghar par call karke kisi ko bula sakti hai" nurse said to her.

She look at her blankly, she said home but she doesn't even have a home or she have. She thought to call her akash ji but she know her aunt wouldn't let him come. She thought to call aman for help but she didn't want to disturb him as he went early with anjali to celebrate their anniversary. She only have one option that is her husband and in-laws but she know they didn't care about her also.

"Mam?"

She come out from her thought when nurse call her.

"Aapko call karna hai ghar par?"

"I don't have anyone I'm alone" she whispered looking down. A tear escape her eye.

"Are you fine?"

She wipe her tear and nodded "aap mujhe discharge paper de dijiye mein manage kar lungi"

"Oh okay ahmm itni raat akela travel karna safe nahi hai subha tak ruk jaiye"

She look at the nurse with confusing expressions.

"Mam mein bhi ek ladki hu aapke ghar na call karne ki koi wajha hogi aur aapne bataya ki kuch ladke aapko pareshan kar rahe the aur abhi aapko chot bhi lagi hai aap subha chali jaiyega"

"Sorry i understand your concern but mein nahi ruk sakti pls understand".

She nodded and ready her discharge paper. She complete whole formalities than she left.

"I have no one in my life aaj mar bhi jaati to arthi to agni dena wala bhi koi nahi hota shyd karte bhi to sab majburi me mumma papa aaj bula lete na apne pass kitna wait karti hu us din ka jab mein aapke pass aaungi mera koi nahi hai mumma papa yaha pls bula lo na mujhe apne pass apni har dua me apni maut maangi hai, kab puri hogi meri wo dua".

"Meine office me check karwaya guard ne bola ki wo nahi hai waha 9 baje hi nikal gai thi". Sidharth said to his family members.

"To kaha reh gai papa ji mera dil bohot ghabra raha hai 12 baj rahe hai aur bacchi ka ata pata nahi hai" ritaa maa said while crying.

"Rita ro mat hum dekhte hai rukte hai thodi der kya pata wo aa jaaye kisi Friend ke saath ho ya ghar gai ho kisi ne pucha akash ji se?" Ashok ji said and asked to his family.

"Mein karta hu" varun said and call akash ji.

"Sab galti is nalayak ki hai jab tu saath kaam karne laga hai to usko saath lekar aana tha na" dadu burst on Sidharth.

"Dadu mere dhyan me nahi raha warna mein usko akela nahi chodta" he said with tears in his eyes as he already feel guilty that he leave her alone.

"Meine akash ji ke ghar call kara magar sarla ji ne kaha wo nahi hai waha".

"Hey bhagwan kaha chali gai wo suniye mujhe dar lag raha hai aap kuch kijiye na" vidya said to varun.

"Bass bohot ho gaya mein jaata hu dhudhne" Sidharth said.

"Bhai hum bhi chalte hai" neil and rudra said.

"Ek kaam karo Sidharth tu aur mein office ke raaste par dekhte hai tum dono aas pass check karo" vidyut said

"Are kiu tension le rahe ho aap log mujhe to lagta hai ye shehnaaz bhi shreya jese bhag gai hai aur uske ghar wale ye baat chupa rahe hai" sanjana said

"Sanjana kuch achi baat nahi kar sakti to muh band rakho" dadu said.

Sidharth and his brothers went towards gate when shehnaaz enter inside with difficulties. She was look at them in confusion.

Suddenly Sidharth hug her tightly like he got his life back.

She hissed in pain as he put pressure on her Right hand. He broke the hug and notice the arm sling bandage on her right hand.

He scan her from head to toe and notice the bandages on her head and on right leg.

"Shehnaaz beta tu theek hai na?" Rita maa asked.

"Ye sab kese hua baccha?" Vidya asked.

"Are usko andar to le aao Shehnaaz jaldi andar aa rudra heater la dekh bheeg gai wo" dadu said to rudra. He run to his room to take heater. Rita maa and vidya make her sit on sofa. Avni cover shehnaaz head with towel so she didn't catch cold. Nargis make her drink boil water.

They all asked what happened to her but she was lost in them. This is the first time in her whole life when someone care for her.

"Shehnaaz" rita maa caressed her head.

"Ji?"

"Beta kesi lagi?"

"Mein theek hu" she lick her dry lips in nervousness.

"Dar mat beta hume maaf kar de tere saath aese bartav kiya puri baat abhi nahi kal subha bataunga abhi tu aaram kar sirf" dadu said.

She nodded and look down. She don't understand why they suddenly start showing concern for her.

"Beta kya hua tha?"

"Kuch nahi chota sa accident hua tha" she whispered.

"Kya" they shout getting shocked and asked her numerous question but her eyes are stucked on one person who was standing far away from her but she can feel his gaze on her.

"Kese?" Ashok ji asked.

She told them everything. Ritaa maa hug her tightly.

"Mera strong baccha" she kissed her forehead. A tear escape her eyes feeling motherly vibes. She also hug her from one hand.

Vidya also hug her and make her eat dinner. First she denied but they forcefully make her eat.

She look at them who care her like she was their family member since long time. They all are same who ignore her since her first day but now they show concerns toward her. Many negative thoughts are running in her mind but for now she ignore them and enjoying the attention because she know this is temporary.

After make her eat dinner they said her to take rest. She nodded and stood up but feel pain but she didn't show to them because in past she bear all the pain alone on one was there for her. Suddenly she feel herself in air. She open her eyes and look at Sidharth who was looking at her with a little smile.

"Hold me" he whispered. She wrap her left hand around his neck lost in his deep ocean eyes.

They all wish them good night than he went to their room taking her in his arms. He slowly make her laid on bed. He treat her like she is made of crystal.

He give her cloths.

"Ahmm yaha room me change kar lo"

"Wo... mu... mujhse hoga nahi" she look down.

"Mein mom ko bulata hu"

"Nahi wo raat bohot ho gai mein theek hu aese"

"Fever ho jayega baba"

"Nahi mein theek hu"

"Nahi change karo bandage bhi change karna hoga gila ho gaya pura wo".

She bite her lower lip in tension what to do.

"Avni ko bula du?"

She nodded half heartily. He notice her expressions.

"Comfortable nahi ho?"

She look at him and nodded as no.

"Ahmm mein light close kar deta hu aur yahi rehta hu tum change kr lo"

"Nahi".

"Shehnaaz pls" he said with pleased eyes.

"Okay". She start changing her dress with difficulties as her pain increased. "Ahhh" she yelled in pain and some tears escape her eyes.

"Are you fine?" He asked without turning towards her.

"Ha.... haa"

"Shehnaaz you need help Right?"

"Haan ye right sleeve nahi pehni ja rahi"

"Mei.... mein help karu?"

"Nahi" she immediately said.

"Eyes closed rakhunga promise"

She groan in pain and said yes. As lights was off he didn't see anything she guide him he closed his eyes. She can see this as some lights was coming in room from outside. He hesitant to touch her but still help her. He slowly make her wear her t shirt.

"Ho gaya thank you" she look down as her cheeks turn red she don't know why.

He open his eyes and lights than he went outside the room. She look at him in confusion when he come back with a glass of turmeric milk.

"Ye pi lo acha feel hoga maa ka nuskha hai kaam aayega".

"Nahi mujhe dudh acha nahi lagta" she made a puppy face.

"Chup chaap piyo warna mom ko bulata hu"

She glare him and try to drink with her left hand but it's difficult for her so he make her drink it.

He change his bandages but he himself hissed in pain.

"I'm sorry sab meri wajhe se ho gaya" a tear escape his eye.

She clean it "aapki wajhe se kuch nahi hua" she whispered.

"I'm really sorry shehnaaz bohot galat kiya hai tumhare saath but"

"Shhh pls abhi is baare me baat mat kariye baad me kare?"

She yawned as she feel sleepy because of medicine effects. He make her laid on bed first she denied but he shut her mouth.

"Ab yaha chup chaap so aur kuch bhi chahiye ho to mujhe bolna" he said and drop a kiss on her head.

"But"

"No if no but chup chaap so jaao"

"But suniye to".

"Kya?"

She control her laugh "aap uspar fit nahi honge".

He look at the poor couch which is actually small infront of him.

"Ahmm mein so jaunga".

"Wo ye bed bada hai aap so sakte hai wese bhi aapka bed hai mein to sirf kuch din ki mehman hu" she said with fade smile.

He don't know why but his heart ache when she said this. He know this is true but he is not expecting it. Without saying anything he lay down on his side. She sleep because of the medicine effect but he was awake all night. The gulit of leaving alone was haunting him all the night.
