Prompt: Rainbow 

"Jan look! A rainbow!" Patton clutched his the other's hand and pointed at the sky giggling, innocent and beautiful. In that moment Janus knew he was as gay as the rainbow above them. He had known long before then but Patton's laugh, filled with joy . . . He was far over the edge. 

The skies were clearing, the rainbow fading, and Patton's gorgeous smile faded slowly as he went back to his everyday tasks. It terrified Janus how little he wouldn't do to keep that smile there forever, watch the gap-toothed grin light up that sweet face over and over again. 

The snake and the frog. The snake in question would do anything to make it work.
