Vivian's POV

.... Its dark. I dont know where i am... Its cold- wait is that a light? Its getting brighter now, I cant see anything and I hear people talking, two men by the sound of it.

"Hey Double Dee, she's waking up!" one of them called out for the oth- wait double dee? Thats... unique.

"Haven't ive already told you to always call me that?" the other man said. Im guessing he was lying because he sounded very sarcastic on that 'always'. My vision starts to focus and adjust to the dimmly lit room to see two guys standing over me. One was in a outfit primarily of black and yellow with a dark purple shirt under that black mini cape of his. Half of his face was covered in scales that went down his neck, and he had a nice black fedora he was wearing. he had bright yellow gloves that i first thought were dish washing gloves until i inspected them more and they certainly weren't kitchen gloves but those fancy gloves for those prim and proper people. The other guy looked like dark royalty. He had a mustash and under that was a excited, slightly twisted smile and he had somewhat crazed eyes. his hair was messy but well kept at the same time and had a grey streak going through it. His outfit was black and grey, matched what a duke would look like to me. Honestly if you dont focus too much on the eye on his shoulder, the outfit is very nice.

"Hello, Paranoia, I am Deceit and this dumbass beside me is Remus or the duke," Deceit said, gesturing to remus before holding out his hand to help me off the ground. I take his hand and get up stumbing a bit with these boots and try gaining my balance with my currently weak, noodle legs. Before i know it, Remus grabs my hand and shakes it aggressivly. I lose my balance and fall towards remus, who still has a grip on my hand, uses that to his advantage and spins me, with me letting go and grabbing onto his shirt to regain balance again.

"Well would you look at that! Sugar ass is already falling for me!~" he comments to Deceit and with that i let go of his shirt and back up, shooting him a look of cringe and a clear blush on my face from his words and now able to stand properly.

"I-I would l-like it if you d-dont call me that," i managed to stutter out, "A-and my name is V-Vivian."

"Whatever Surgar ass~" remus said to me, receiving a smack on the head from Deceit.

"I apologize for his behavior, he's the intrusive thoughts here," deceit told me with slight annoyance. "Anyways, welcome to the dark side of the mind scape. I'll explain everything on our little tour around our areas."

Time skip brought to you by Remus being a kinky bastard

As we ended the tour at Remus' palace, Deceit gestured to the dark, ominous building and looked down at me.

"And you'll be staying with remus until we can get a place settled for you. Remus will show you around his place, I need to attend to some unfinished buissness," and with that, Deceit sunk out and Remus was just beaming with a twisted smile. We both walked up to the entrance of the palace and Remus shoved the front doors open, I quietly follow behind him as he gives me breif rundowns of where everything is. He opens a door to a guest bedroom which follows in the color scheme of his outfit and we both walk in.

"Welcome to your temporary room! And if you want, permanent, but it'll cost you~" he said to me and i shruged off the last part already getting used to his comments. Except for the one with the baby bird, he randomly blurted that out during the tour. I thanked him for the rundown of the place and shut the door behind him as he left. Damn am i in a world of dark wonder. I have a feeling I'll enjoy being here with the others.
