Mark's POV

Staring at the ceiling I sighed getting up as I couldn't get any sleep. No matter how many times I closed my eyes tiredness wouldn't overcome me. Maybe it was because my mind is clouded up with thoughts about what happened yesterday. It really put a wide smile on my face every time he would pop up.

Yesterday Jinyoung and I had spent the rest of the evening together walking around the village just getting to know each other. I also met his second in command/best friend, Jackson, who had taken care of my belongs and instantly made me feel comfortable around him. He then left us alone making his easy back to the castle.

As Jinyoung and I walked around some more we ate fish cakes and laughed at each other's jokes no matter how lame they were. It was really great. He then took me back home and cooked us meat saying it was his treat as he kept me away for so long. We had dinner together and I wished that day would never end but he eventually had to leave.

"I had fun today Tuan. Let's do it again soon."

I felt like my chest was going to explode at all the butterflies flying around my stomach. The thought of him is making me go crazy and I barely know him.

"I'm really falling for a knight in shining armor aren't I?" I asked myself with a chuckle. That doesn't sound too bad.

Wanting to go clear my head I quietly exited the front door to our store/home and went into the forest to look for the lake near by. Hearing the stream of water I quicken my steps sighing in relief once I got there. Taking in the nice scent I smiled to myself walking over to the open field of dandelions dancing in the wind. I sat down admiring the stars reminding me of Jinyoung's eyes and how they sparkled even in the sunlight. Laying down on the grass I closed my eyes and the first thing that popped up was his beautiful breathtaking smile. This would be perfect if he were here. Of course he'd be somewhere busy I'm sure.

"Mark?" I heard Jinyoung's voice. Here I am thinking about him so much I think he's actually here.

"Markkkkkk hellooooo" I heard his voice again and this time I actually felt his hand shake me awake. I opened my eyes and quickly got up putting a hand over my chest to stop my beating heart.

"You scared me!" I yelled at the raven haired boy who was glowing under the moonlight.

"How come?"

"I thought your voice was just in my head" I shyly admitted moving my gaze to the tall green trees surrounding us.

"So you were thinking about me then?" he chuckled taking a seat next to me. I swallowed my breath feeling like I've just been caught doing a crime.

"Don't worry I think about you too" Jinyoung smiled looking up  at the clouds. I turned to look at him and swore that I was staring at an angel.

"Aren't you suppose to be somewhere" I asked changing the subject.

"Not really actually. There's no threats being made so I'm free to walk around until there is one" he replied.

"What if I was a threat to the king? Would you still be here with me?" I asked in a joking manor.

"Yes because a boy who hid behind his father when we first met could be a major threat to the king" Jinyoung chuckled.

"Hey that could've all just been an act!" I fired back even though we both knew it wasn't.

"Either way to answer your question, I would say yes because at least I felt something real even though our relationship could have been fake to you."

I wanted to make a comment about his use of 'relationship' but let it slide as the atmosphere around us was nice and calming. He leaned his head on my shoulder and together we sat there enjoying each others comfort.

Now it was perfect.
