Naina and Preeti's holidays come to an end and they go back to Mumbai. Preeti tells Kamya and Hema about Naina's wedding.

"Naina sacchi teri shadi fix ho gayi hai?" Kamya asks excitedly.

"Haan Kamya, yeh sach hai." Naina tells her.

"Hamare jijaji ka naam kya hai, aur woh kaise hai, kya karte hai, sab kuch bata na. Unki photo dikha na." Hema asks them.

"Arre shant, itne sawal kaun poochta hai hum sab batate hai." Preeti says

"Jijaji ka naam Sameer Maheshwari hai. Woh papa ke friend ke bete hai. Unki apni company hai Maheshwari Constructions. Kaise hai yeh humko bhi nahi pata". Preeti says.

"Kya matlab nahi pata. Jijaji se mili ho to pata hoga na kaise hai". Kamya asks.

"Jijaji se mile hi nahi hai. Unke mummy papa dada dadi aaye the, Naina ko pasand kiya aur baat pakki kar di". Preeti tells them.

"Ek minute, Naina tu jijaji se nahi mili hai. Matlab tumne bina dekhe hi haan kar di". Hema asks surprisingly.

"Papa ko pasand aa gaye to maine haan kar di. Unke ghar wale acche hai to woh bhi acche honge na". Naina replies.

"Naina tumne bina dekhe haan kar di. Tum ek baar bhi nahi mili ho". Kamya is shocked to hear this.

"Chhod na Kamya. Chalo class mein chalte hai, professor aane wale honge". Saying this Naina walks ahead. Kamya and Hema look at Preeti. She also gave a main kya karoon look and walked towards her class.

In the meantime, families fixed the date of the wedding also. 12th May was the day when Naina and Sameer were going to tie the knot.

Months pass by in making all the preparations for the wedding. Rama along with Vishakha come to Mumbai for Naina's shopping.

Naina, Preeti, Rama and Vishakha go out shopping. They go for saree and suit shopping. Vishakha and Rama buy sarees for Naina. Rama also buys for Maheshwari ladies without letting Vishakha know. On the other hand, Vishakha also buys a saree for Rama and a suit for Preeti.

Next day they went jewellery shopping as Vishakha wanted to understand the taste of Naina. She also wanted her ring size, hence they bought her a ring too. They stayed in Mumbai for 3-4 days and then came back to Ahmedabad. Maheshwaris go shopping for jewellery for Naina as Vishakha had already understood the kind of jewellery she would like.

Time was passing by and examinations of Naina and Preeti had started. The whole schedule lasted for 15 days. After their examinations got done, Rakesh came to wind up and pick up the girls. It was 1st May by the time they all came back from Mumbai.

On 4th May, the first guest of Agarwal's arrived. She was Naina and Preeti's dadi bua, the only elder of the family. Rama did pahelpavni of bua dadi and invited her. She then explains to them all the rituals to be done during the wedding.

The start of the wedding will be with Ganesh Puja, followed by lagan, then haldi and tel, then mehendi. Since engagement of the to be weds didn't happen earlier, bua dadi suggested to do before the jaimala. Rama said she will consult Vishakha and then make a decision.

Rama calls up Vishakha. "Hello". Vishakha speaks from the other side.

"Namaste bhabhi, main Rama bol rahi hoon. Kaisi hai aap". Rama asks her.

"Main bilkul theek hoon. Aap kaisi hai aur hamari beti kaisi hai?" Vishakha asks her too.

"Hum sab bhi badhiya hai. Woh aapse kuch baat karni thi". Rama says.

"Haan bhabhi, bataiye kya hua". Vishakha asks Rama.

"Woh actually, bachon ki shaadi ki rasmon ke baare mein baat karni thi. Hamari buaji aa gayi hai to woh keh rahi thi ki jaise bachon ki engagement nahi hui hai abhi tak, to jaimala ke pehle kar dete hai. Aap ko agar theek lage to bataiye." Rama tells Vishakha.

"Idea to accha hai, lekin ek baar mujhe ghar par baat karni padegi. Main aapko kal tak confirm karti hoon". Vishakha tells Rama.

"Haan koi baat nahi. Aap bhi ghar par discuss kar lijiye, fir jaisa ho bata dijiyega. Main rakhti hoon ab". Rama tells Vishakha and disconnects the call.

In the evening, when everyone is back from work, Vishakha tells them all about Rama's call. Everyone agrees to this decision, since they didn't see any problem in this. Next day, Vishakha calls up Rama and confirms about the engagement.

Vishakha calls Sameer to her room. "Beta ab teri shaadi ki date nazdeek aa rahi hai to office jana ab band karo. Thoda apne par concentrate karo, aur apni shakal theek karo. Ekdum thake hue lag rahe ho. Aise ja kar baithoge kya mandap par".

"Maa, aisa bhi kya hai. Kaun sa woh log mujhse shaadi karne se mana kar denge agar main aise gaya mandap par". Sameer says irritatedly.

"Beta tumhari maa theek keh rahi hai. Thoda facial, manicure pedicure karao aur ab relax karo. Main aur Pandit sab sambhal lenge office mein. Fir 9th se to functions hai to Pandit aur main bhi office bas kuch der ke liye hi jayenge". Vivek supports Vishakha and tells Sameer.

"Acha theek hai, jaise aap log kahe. Lekin main zyada kuch nahi karoonga theek hai. Aur kal Saturday hai, to main Monday se jana band kar doonga. Ab khush aap dono." Sameer says.

"Haan khush. Main Sunday ke liye parlour wali ko bol deti hoon kisi ko bhej degi tere liye. Aur ab thoda excitement bhi dikha do, tumhari hi shaadi hai kisi aur ki nahi". Vishakha tells Sameer.

"Theek hai theek hai. Ab main jaoon. Thoda kaam khatam karna hai". Sameer asks them and leaves. "Kya musibat hai, shaadi nahi hui jaise koi bawal ho gaya hai". Sameer murmurs and moves towards his room.

In the night, Rama comes to the girls room. She tells Naina that she has taken a parlour appointment for her for pre-bridal. "Maa, yeh sab zaroori hai kya. Aapko pata hai na mujhe parlour jana bilkul acha nahi lagta". Naina tells Rama.

"Beta shaadi se pehle har ladki ko jana padta hai parlour. Abhi pre-bridal hai fir shaadi ke din make-up bhi hoga. Preeti tum bhi ja kar apna kuch karwa lena jisse Naina ko akela feel na ho". Rama tells them.

"Ok maa, hum chale jayenge kal". Preeti assures Rama.

Naina and Preeti finish their work at the parlour. On the other hand, Sameer is also done with his parlour. The bride and the groom are now sort of ready for their wedding.

The Ganesh Puja was on 9th May at Agarwal house and Maheshwari house. Naina's maternal relatives and one of her cousin bua and her family have only come for the wedding. Panditji arrives at the house and starts making preparations for the puja. After sometime he tells Rakesh to call Naina.

Naina comes out wearing a pink suit and sits on the stool for the puja. Pandit ji then starts the puja. Once the puja is done, panditji asks Rakesh to take lagan patri to Maheshwari Bungalow. Rakesh along with his brother-in-laws goes to their house.

He reaches there and sees that Ganesh Puja was going in their house too. Rohan asks them to sit down. He tells Ramdhari to serve them water and some cold drinks and sweets. Once the puja gets over, Rakesh goes and gives the lagan patri to panditji. He writes the lagan and gives it back to them.

Vivek then offers lunch to Rakesh and her uncles. He declines the offer as he says he has others waiting for him for lunch. He wishes everyone and bids a bye to them and leaves.

Next day was the haldi and tel ceremony. Since haldi had to come from Sameer's side so Naina was allowed to sleep till late today. But Preeti had been woken up at the usual time and was grumbling.

"Maa, yeh to galat baat hai. Naina ko sone diya ja raha hai aur mujhe utha diya jaldi". Preeti complains to Vishakha.

"Beta, uski shaadi hai. Woh jitna rest karegi abhi, uske liye utna accha hai. Aur fir shadi ke baad rest bhi nahi milega theek se usko. To abhi karne do". Rama explains to Preeti.

"Theek hai, mera bhi time ayega tab loongi saare badle usse". Preeti says. Rama smiles and goes out of the room.

In Maheshwari house, the haldi and tel rasam for Sameer is going to start. Munna, Pandit and Rohan are in Pandit's room making plans for Sameer's haldi. "Bhai main soch raha hoon uski haldi mein kya karein aisa ki thodi different ho". Pandit discusses with Rohan and Munna.

"Ponga kyun na hum usko last mein lagaye haldi and then usko poora nehla de. Kya kehte ho tum dono". Munna tells them.

"Idea to accha hai lekin bhai kahin gussa ho gaye to". Rohan expresses his concern.

"Arre kuch nahi hoga. Hoga gussa to baad mein mana lenge lekin haldi se nehlaya zaroor jayega". Pandit rubbing his hands says excitedly.

Vishakha comes to Sameer's room. "Yeh kya Sameer tum abhi tak ready nahi hue. Beta teri utari hui haldi jayegi Naina ke liye. Jitna late karenge hum, utna late uski haldi shuru hogi. Jaldi se taiyar ho kar neeche aaja".

"Bas maa, main 10 minutes mein aa raha hoon ready ho kar. Aap tab tak sab kuch ready kar lo". Sameer tells Vishakha. Vishakha then goes down and starts making preparations for the ceremony.

Munna, Pandit and Rohan enter Sameer's room. "Bhai, tum ready ho gaye. Chalo neeche chalte hai haldi ki rasam ke liye". Munna says and winks at Rohan and Pandit.

Sameer finds it fishy looking at their faces. "Main abhi se bata raha hoon, koi haldi mein kuch nahi karega".

"Bhai hum kuch nahi karenge. Bas tumko dekhne aaye the ready hue ki nahi aur fir saath mein neeche chalne ke liye aaye hai". Pandit replies to him. Sameer is still not satisfied with his answer but lets it go for now.

Sameer along with 3 boys comes down. Vishakha takes Sameer to the place where haldi was to be done. First Vishakha and Abha do the puja of their kuldevi and do haldi and tel of the kuldevi. Then all the other ladies and girls do the puja. After that all the sisters, bua and bhabhis come and do haldi and tel of Sameer. Once they are done with it, then comes the turn of friends. Sameer looks at Munna and Pandit and he guesses they are going to mess it up completely. He warns them again but this time his warning is ignored. Rohan along with Munna and Pandit smear all the haldi on his body and then run away so that he isn't able to catch them. All the family members laughed looking at all of them.

Vishakha asks Sameer to go and take a bath and also put some haldi in the bowl to be sent to Naina's house. Sameer goes to his room and goes to the washroom to take a bath. As instructed by Vishakha, he puts some haldi from his face and hands in the bowl. After he is done with his bath, he comes down and hands over the bowl to Vishakha. Vishakha asks Munna, Pandit and Rohan to take the bowl to Naina's house as per the custom.

The three boys leave for Naina's house and reach there within 15 minutes. They go inside the house, and the first person they meet is Preeti. Pandit again gets mesmerised seeing Preeti. Rohan and Munna say hi to Preeti and nudge Pandit to come out of his la-la land. Preeti makes a face at Pandit and invites them inside the house. Rohan then introduces Munna to everyone as no one had met him till now. Three of them then walk upto Naina and greet her. Munna also introduced himself to Naina.

"Preeti, in log ko kuch thanda pilao and kuch khane ko bhi lao". Naina asks Preeti.

"Aap log khade kyun hai, baithiye na. Mummy, Rohan, Pandit and Munna bhaiya aaye hai". Naina calls out for her mom.

Rama comes and greets the boys and asks them to sit. Rohan then gives the haldi bowl to Rama. Preeti also comes with cold drinks and snacks and serves them. Pandit looks at her and smiles. She also smiles back at him. All this is being observed by two pairs of eyes. But no one says anything. Rohan then asks Rama "auntyji kya hum bhi Naina bhabhi ko haldi laga sakte hai?"

Rama looks at buaji as no one has ever asked anything like this. Buaji nods her head and gives permission. Rama says, "haan beta tum log laga sakte ho apni bhabhi ko haldi lekin jab hum sab laga le uske baad".

"Haan sure aunty. And thank you so much humko permission dene ke liye". Rohan replies.

Then Naina's haldi function also starts. Rama and Naina's mami do kuldevi puja and put haldi and tel. Then all the sisters, friends and mausis and bua come and put haldi on Naina. Once they are done, Rohan, Pandit and Munna come and put a little bit of haldi on Naina. They request Preeti to click a picture of them with their camera. After the picture, boys bid bye to Naina and others and left for their house. Rama then asks Preeti to take Naina to the washroom for the bath.

Boys after reaching the house, go to Sameer's room and tell him about the haldi ceremony at Naina's house. They also try showing him the pictures they clicked with Naina and everyone else at her place. He refuses to see the pictures and tells them he wants to rest. Munna is a little surprised to see Sameer's behaviour but doesn't say anything. Boys come out of his room and move towards Pandit's room.

Munna then asks Rohan and Pandit. "Yaar ek baat batao. Main jab se aaya hoon, maine notice kiya hai ki Sameer shaadi ki rasmon mein kuch khaas interest nahi dikha raha hai. Kya yeh shaadi uski marzi se nahi ho rahi hai kya?"

"Aisa kuch nahi hai Munna bhaiya. Bhai ki marzi se hi shaadi ho rahi hai. Unhone haan kaha, tabhi papa mummy ne aage baat kari hai. Aap to jaante ho na bhai ko, unko kahan in sab mein interest hota hai". Rohan replies to him.

"Haan yaar keh to tum sahi rahe ho. Shayad main hi kuch zyada soch raha hoon. Waise Naina bhabhi hai badi pyaari". Munna also says.

"Aur Ponga, tum kya Preeti ko baar baar ghoor rahe the. Baat kya hai humko bhi batao". Munna suddenly remembers and asks Pandit.

"Haan bhai, notice to maine bhi kiya tha aapko Preeti ko dekhte hue. Kahin woh meri dost se bhabhi to nahi ban-ne wali. Batao batao". Rohan also asks him

Pandit looks down shyly. He doesn't know himself what are these feelings that he feels whenever he sees Preeti. He then tells both of them "Yaar pyaar hai ki nahi yeh nahi pata but I like her. Usko jab se market mein dekha hai na, mann karta hai usko dekhta hi rahoon. Although maine usse zyada baat to nahi kari hai, lekin kuch to feel hota hai mujhe". Munna and Rohan look at each other and then decide not to probe him further.

Next day was Naina's mehendi. Since mehendi was supposed to start after lunch, everyone was a bit relaxed. They finished the breakfast quickly and then got ready. Rama went to Naina's room and gave her a dark green suit with golden work. She also gave her jewellery to wear with the suit. Preeti gets Naina ready after lunch. Around 3 pm, the mehendi function starts at her place.

At Maheshwari bungalow, Mehendi had already started. Vishakha was telling Sameer that even he needs to apply Mehendi on his hand as it's a ritual. Sameer kept refusing, but when dadu and Jagdish and Vivek said that they had also applied so he gave up. He said that the only condition is that he will put the mehendi only for shagun. Dadi agrees to this and tells the mehendi girls to put just a little bit on his hand. Vishakha asks the mehendi girl to give her the cone, as she wanted to put the mehendi on her own on his hand. She makes a flower on his right hand and writes Naina's name on his left hand. Though Sameer didn't want to put mehndi, he smiled a bit seeing Naina's name on his hand. This was the first time he felt something seeing the name.

On the other side, the girl who was applying mehendi to Naina, asks her the boy's name. Naina tells her the name. She then asks how she wants the name to appear on her hand. Preeti replies to put it in one line but scattered a bit so that Sameer isn't able to find the name easily. Both Preeti and that girl giggle looking at Naina's expressions. Preeti then asks Naina if she wants something to eat or drink. She only asks for some water and Preeti makes her drink the water. When it was Preeti's turn to apply the mehendi, she ran away from there as she hated the smell of it. Rakesh told her it is her sister's wedding and she should do it for her. She gave up after being scolded by Rama and bua dadi and applied just a little bit on her hand.

Next day was a big day in both houses. It was the day when Naina and Sameer would be united forever. Yes it was their wedding day. Naina was having jitters since the morning and kept annoying Preeti. Sameer, on the other hand, was least bothered with his surroundings. He stayed in room all day long and had his meals in his room. At 4 pm, Vishakha along with dadi and dadu come to his room.

"Beta aaj teri shaadi hai aur tum aise muh latka kar kyun baithe ho. Aaj tum neeche bhi nahi aaye kisi bhi meal ke liye. Kuch baat hai to humko batao, hum solve karenge na problem". Dadi asks Sameer.

"Koi problem nahi hai dadi. Aaj bas thoda ajeeb lag raha hai. Isliye akela rehna chahta tha thodi der". Sameer replies to dadi.

"Aur kuch nahi hai yeh Tara, shaadi ke pehle jo sabko feel hota hai wohi ho raha hoga isse. Oye barkhudar, thoda josh dikha aur taiyar ho ja. Aaj ke baad, aise muh latka ke nahi baithna hai. Apne dadu ki aaj naak mat katwana. Sher hai tu mera aur hum ladke wale hai, aise bheegi billi ban kar nahi jayenge, seena chauda karke jayenge. Chalo aao neeche hamare saath thoda chai nashta kar lo for ready ho jana". Dadu tries to encourage him and ease him a bit.

Sameer then comes down with them. They all have tea and some snacks before they all head back to their rooms to get ready. "4.30 baje hai, 6 baje ghudchadi hai. Sab time par niche aa jana. Bachon jao Sameer ko taiyar karo". Dadi informs all.

In Agarwal house, two ladies come for bridal makeup. Rama directs her towards Naina's room. She goes inside and asks for Naina. Preeti tells her she is just coming after changing. Naina comes out of the washroom wearing a pink lehenga and blouse. She goes and sits on the chair opposite her dressing table. Preeti tells her what kind of makeup she needs. The girls start with their work.

It's 6 pm and everyone in Maheshwari bungalow starts descending from their rooms. Sameer also comes down along with the boys. Vishakha has misty eyes seeing her son dressed as a groom. She comes ahead and puts a black dot behind his ears. "Haye kitna pyara lag raha hai mera beta. Kisi ki nazar na lage". Vishakha says.

"Vishakha bahu iski nazar utarne ke liye samaan le aa. Aaj itna handsome lag raha hai kahin meri hi nazar na lag jaye". Dadi instructs Vishakha.

Vishakha gets all the stuff and does the needful. Then everyone sits down to get the turban tied on their heads. Once this is done, dadi tells Abha to put kajal in Sameer's eyes. After that all the family members come ahead and do his arti and tilak and give him money. After all the rituals are finished inside, Sameer is taken outside near the horse. Sameer gets on the horse and one of his sisters does his arti again. Now the baraat is ready to move towards their destination.

After the makeup is over, girls make her wear the dupatta and the jewellery. They do the finishing touches and leave from there. Rama and Rakesh along with bua dadi come in their room. Both Rakesh and Rama have tears in their eyes seeing Naina dressed as a bride.

"Maa ab rona shuru mat kar dena warna Naina bhi rone lagegi aur phir uska makeup kharab ho jayega". Preeti tells Rama.

"Yeh khushi ke aansoo hai beta, jo aaj ke din har maa baap ki aankhon mein hote hai. And don't worry hum teri behen ka makeup nahi kharab hone denge". Rakesh pats on Preeti's cheeks and says.

Rama and bua dadi come forward and take her balaiyan. Rama also puts a black dot behind her ear. Then Rakesh and Rama hug her and leave the room to check on last minute details.

The baraat then proceeds towards Naina's house. They reach there in 15 minutes. Just a few minutes before Agarwal house, the boys stop the baraat and dance. They pull along Vivek and Jagdish also to dance. They dance there for 15-20 minutes, and then dadu says to move ahead. They reach there in a few minutes.

Agarwals can hear the baraat coming closer to their house. Rama and Rakesh and other family members come out for the welcoming of the baraat. Preeti and Kamya and Hema stay upstairs with Naina. As soon as they hear the sound of the band playing, Kamya and Hema move towards the balcony to see their jijaji. Preeti also joins them. But Naina doesn't come out. Girls are not able to see Sameer's face due to the sehra. They come back to the room disappointed.

Once the baraat reaches the door, one of Naina's cousin brothers moves forward to get Sameer down from the horse. Sameer then comes ahead and he is made to do the dwar chaar. Rama comes forward to pull his nose but boys pull him back. After some attempts, Rama is successful in pulling his nose. On the other side, milni of men from both sides also happen. Rama does arti of Sameer and brings him inside. The boys take him to the stage. After doing some puja, pandit ji asks Rama to call Naina for the engagement.

Rama goes inside and tells Preeti to get Naina down. Preeti along with Kamya and Hema and few of her cousins, takes Naina down for the wedding rituals. As per the custom in Naina's house and marwadi families, Naina has a long veil covering her face. She is walking towards the stage with the help of the girls and climbs up. Panditji then asks her to sit next to Sameer. Both feel a bit different while sitting next to each other. A feeling which they have never felt before. Since both have their faces covered, neither of them could see each other. Panditji then calls the families for goad (गोद) bharai and ring ceremony.

Dadi comes forward and gives the nariyal, dry fruits and other things to Naina. Preeti comes on the stage with both the rings on a beautiful platter. They give the rings to both of them. Then pandit ji tells Naina to give her hand for the ceremony. Sameer holds her hand to make her wear the ring. He feels a spark holding her hand but thought maybe it's something else. He slides the ring in her finger. Panditji then tells Sameer to forward his hand. Naina also feels something while holding his hand. She quickly slides the ring in his finger and quickly takes her hand back. Everyone claps for them.

It's time now for the jaimala. Preeti asks Kamya to get the garlands. Kamya brings it and gives it to Preeti. Preeti forwards the thaal towards Sameer and Naina and asks them to pick one each. Panditji tells Naina to go first. Rohan, Munna and Pandit come from behind and pick up Sameer. Naina doesn't know how to react. Vivek senses her discomfort and tells the boys to put Sameer down. Boys then put Sameer down and moved back a little. Naina puts the garland on Sameer's neck. Panditji asks Sameer to do the same. Sameer moves ahead and puts the garland on Naina's neck. Everyone showers them with flowers.

Bride and the groom are asked to then sit down. Both Sameer and Naina are feeling a little different with each other's presence, but they overlook it thinking it might be some kind of wedding nervousness. The photo session starts with family and friends from both sides.

When Preeti, Kamya and Hema come on the stage to get their picture clicked, Pandit along with Munna and Rohan also come up. Pandit goes and stands next to Preeti. Preeti looks at him and raises her brow in question. "Kya hai, yahan kyun khade ho. Abhi hum photo click karwane aaye hai na to tum log baad mein aana". Preeti tells Pandit irritatedly.

"Hum to aapke saath hi photo click karwana chahte hai''. Pandit says dreamily. Naina overhears their conversation since they were standing very close to her. Munna fake coughs and brings Pandit out of his dreamland. "Bhai Sameer, apni saaliyon ko bolo ke photo hamare saath bhi khinchwale. Hum log mein aisi kaun si burai hai". Munna says dramatically knowing that Pandit wanted a picture with Preeti.

"Preeti abhi sab ke saath picture le lo, fir baad mein tum teen click karwa lena". Naina tells Preeti and makes a pleading face. Preeti agrees since Naina had requested her. Pandit doesn't move from there and keeps standing next to Preeti and gets their picture clicked. Sameer hears Naina's voice for the first time and gets mesmerised with her sweet voice.

"Oh photographer bhaiya, photo acchi aayi hai na". Pandit asks the photographer.

"Haan bhaiya, bahut acchi aayi hai". Photographer also replies.

"Ab hato yahan se, humko bhi Naina aur jijaji ke saath photo click karwani hai". Preeti tells Pandit.

"Munna Pandit Rohan, tum log bhi ek akele ki picture hamare saath le lena, pehle inko click karwane do". Sameer tells the boys. Naina also feels good listening to his voice.

First girls go for the picture with the couple, then boys also get a picture with the couple. Preeti asks Naina and Sameer if they want something to eat or drink. "Nahi Preeti mujhe kuch nahi chahiye". Naina replies to Preeti. "Jijaji aap kuch lenge". Preeti asks Sameer. "Bas pani chahiye tha". Sammer tells Preeti. Preeti goes and gets water for Sameer.

It's dinner time and Rakesh asks Vivek to come for dinner. Rakesh had arranged a separate table for Maheshwaris to sit down together and have dinner. Vivek calls everyone from the family to join for dinner. Sameer and Naina are made to sit together along with Maheshwaris. Preeti Rakesh and Rama are looking after the Maheshwari family. Naina didn't start eating and Vishakha notices it. She was sitting next to her so asked her slowly. "Naina beta kya hua, tumne abhi tak khana shuru nahi kiya".

"Woh auntyji, actually ghoonghat aur nath ki wajah se thodi problem ho rahi hai isliye kha nahi paa rahi hoon. Agar aapko bura na lage to kya main baad mein kha sakti hoon jab change karne jaoongi". Naina requests Vishakha.

"Ek kaam karo abhi thoda sa khane ki koshish karo jisse koi kuch bole na. Uske baad jab room mein jaogi to theek se kha lena. Maa aur papa thode purane zamane ke hai so ho sakta hai unko accha na lage. Warna mujhe aur Vivek ko koi problem nahi hoti. Tum samajh rahi ho na". Vishkaha explains to her.

"Ji aunty ji main samajh gayi. Main try karti hoon thoda khane ka". Naina replies to her.

"Aur yeh kya auntyji bol rahi hai. Mummy bulao mujhe jaise Sameer aur Rohan bulate hai. Tum ab Rama bhabhi ki beti nahi, meri beti ho samjhi tum". Vishakha tells her sweetly. "Ji auntyji, sorry mummy." Naina also tells her.

Naina then tries to eat whatever she could at the table with everyone keeping in mind what Vishakha told her. Once the dinner was done, Naina and Sameer were taken to different rooms to change their outfits for the pheras. Preeti Kamya and Hema help Naina change her dress. "Naina tumne kuch khaya kyun nahi dinner par". Preeti asks her.

"Mujhse ajeeb lag raha tha aise sabke beech mein akela khana aur tum log ke bina aaj tak kabhi khaya bhi nahi hai na. Maine aunty ko bata diya tha to unhone bola ki thoda kha lo abhi, baaki baad mein kha lena". Naina informs her.

"Tum na poori pagal ho. Kamya, please iske liye kuch khane ko le aa. Isne lunch ke baad kuch nahi khaya hai. Aur behen ab hamare bina khane ki aadat daal lo, kyunki wahan tumhe jijaji aur unki family ke saath khana padega". Preeti tells her.

"Haan theek hai. Ab kya aaj ke din bhi mujhe daantegi. Chal meri help karo change karne mein". Naina shows fake anger to Preeti.

In the boys room, Sameer changes from suit to shervani. "Yaar bhabhi ne to zyada kuch khaya hi nahi. Sameer tumne bhi dhang se nahi khaya. Hum kuch le kar aate hai tumhare liye khane ko". Munna says.

"Haan maine bhi notice kiya tha, lekin mera zyada dhyaan to khane par aur Preeti par tha". Pandit didn't realise he said the last few words aloud only. Everyone looks at him suspiciously. "Aise kya dekh rahe ho sab. Chal Chenu, bhai ke liye khane ke liye laate hai". Saying this Pandit ran out of the room. Other three laughed looking at his condition.

On the way, Preeti was coming from the opposite direction and she bangs into Pandit. "Kya hai, dekh kar nahi chal sakte". Preeti says agitatedly.

"Dil le lo". Pandit says in a dreamy voice. Munna nudged him and he realised what he said. "Munna, aaj Sameer ne dil le liya hamara". Pandit changes the tone and tells him. Preeti gives him iska kuch nahi ho sakta look and walks away. Pandit turned around to see her walking towards Naina's room. Munna pulls him and takes him back to Sameer's room.

After sometime, Sameer is called to the mandap. Rohan, Munna and Pandit take him till there. Preeti, Kamya and Hema roaming around the mandap to grab Sameer shoes when he comes there. But Munna and Pandit are with him till he reaches there. Before the girls could reach the mandap, Rohan swiped off the shoes and hid them at a place where girls couldn't find the shoes. Girls reach there and find the shoes already missing. They wait for some time there but in between Panditji asks Rama to get Naina at the mandap. Rama tells the girls to  bring Naina.

Girls are coming with Naina towards the mandap. They hear some whispering sounds and try to hear where the sound is coming from. Preeti asks Hema to check while she takes Naina to the mandap. Within a few minutes, Hema comes back and tells them that it was boys who were talking about the shoes. But they didn't mention where they had hidden them. Preeti tells them a plan and all 3 walk towards the boys. Preeti tries to get friendly with Pandit and asks him about the shoes. Boys had already guessed that girls might do something like this so they had warned Pandit not to be fooled by Preeti's antiques. Pandit didn't reply to her and walked off from there towards the boys. Kamya and Hema also try with Munna and Rohan but they also get no success. Dejected, the girls come back to Mandap to stay with Naina.

"Ladki aur ladki ab pheron ke liye khade ho jaye". Panditji says. Sameer and Naina stand up for the pheras. First 4 rounds Sameer was in front and last 3 rounds Naina was in front. They finish the pheras and panditji asks them to sit down again. Then he asks Vishakha to get the mangalsutra and sindoor. Since Naina couldn't lift her veil as per customs, so Preeti helped Sameer in making her wear the mangalsutra and filling her parting.

"Vivaah sampan hua. Aaj se aap dono pati patni hai". Panditji announces. Sameer and Naina get up to take blessings of all elders from both sides of the families. Vishakha informs Vivek that she is leaving for home to make arrangements for the welcoming of the bride.
