I'm bringing up this topic because there's a lot of toxic things going on with multiple fandoms, to where whatever you think, it's gonna affect someone else who will say something very hurtful in return of your own opinion.

Personally, I do think that people should respect other's opinions. And no, I don't support toxic ones either. But there's the certain things that they say that do make others feel like what they said is wrong. And no one should feel like that.

Toxic opinions

Toxic opinions are mainly all the opinions that make you feel like sh*t. And makes you say "oh sure, I like (something you don't)" just because everyone else does. It's okay to be different. And it's okay to have a separate opinion. It's alright to be honest, and it's alright to disagree.

It's just not okay to attack someone else for not having the same thoughts that you have.

No matter who it is, it's not okay. Everyone's opinions are unique. And everyone's likes and dislikes are gonna be guided to different things. For any odd reason our opinions make people decide whether we're a good person or bad, it doesn't have to seem like that. Personality is where our opinions come from, but some people say things that don't necessarily come from their actual thoughts.

Handling with an opinion should be done maturely. And many humans don't respect unpopular opinions (like yours) the way they should. Yes, your opinion is valid. But your opinion shouldn't cause hate. It shouldn't cause others to dislike any other part of anything else, just because you're different. No, that wasn't me saying that you're wrong for what you think. It's me calling out many other people who are toxic towards you and your friends.

Here are some things I say when I don't agree with an opinion, but do remember to respect it.

"I disagree, but respect your opinion."

"I respect your opinion."

"Cool. I don't think the same, but I respect."

Just remember to respect everyone's opinions, alright? And treat everyone how you want to be treated. Love yourself, because you are valid. Stay safe, Royal Rebellion❤
