Things To Do When You're Sad

1. Exercise! Push away sad feelings and put yourself in a different mindset.

2. Create something! Write down your emotions in a form story/one shot! Draw out your feelings! Write a poem!

3. Take a nap!

4. Stress clean!

5. Have some water or tea!

6. Call someone who'll cheer you up!

7. Dance/sing out the emotions! It'll frustrate you to dance/sing in an uneasy mood, so you'd get out the feeling.

8. Hug a pillow/blanket! Cuddle with something comfortable and calm your nerves!

9. Cry. Let out your emotions until you're stable enough. (It's okay to cry.)

10. Take a breather. Breathe in for 3 seconds, then out, repeat that cycle. Go by 3's if you want to go higher.
