Leaving A Toxic Person

Listen. I know it's hard and you might feel bad about it.

But when they are off of your worries and more, how will you feel?

Even if they keep messaging you and won't stop, you have to make your own decision for your mental health and future.

A toxic person is one whom really shouldn't be making you feel worried nor upset over what they say or do, because they have a different opinion than yours.

My toxic person hated every single one of my friends because they were my friends. My 2nd toxic person was someone who did so many things to upset someone! I say this now, leave the person. Give them a long paragraph if you have to, or just tell them how you feel!

Step #1 : Mental Health Break
For your own mental health and safety, take one week from them and see how you feel. Keep track of your emotions, including positive and negative thoughts.

Step #2 : Talk With Those Of Trusted
Talk to someone about them, try your best to get them to understand how they make you feel and what they do to make you feel that way. If you can't get someone to understand, remember that I'm always here, okay?

Step #3 : Build Up Self Confidence
Do try to get yourself in a healthy mindset and calm one, just to be comfortable when telling them you're ready to leave from their life. Get someone to help your confidence to talk to them.

Step #4 : Leave.
Finally, tell them how you feel. Tell them why you feel like leaving is a good choice, and why it makes you feel better about it. Anything that will let you feel comfortable and calm about it. Don't let them take over your thoughts.
