Vinoth's POV

Shannaya called me and told me that she's going to come to Delhi but why suddenly anything happened. I'm so much confused. I can ask help from Meesha. I take my phone suddenly someone called me an unknown number. I picked the call

Vino: Hello

Unknown: Hello handsome. You're a chai(tea) ☕ and I'm your sugar. We can blend well and Would you like to try?

Vino: I can't recognise the voice. Who the fucking hell are you? Shut up and I end the call.

I called Meesha and asked her to meet me in a coffee shop. I knew her from her childhood she's a nice person. I like to talk to her but she's
not so comfortable around me and I don't know why she's behaving weird around me.

I went to the coffee shop near my Forensic Department. For my surprise she's waiting for me. My ex was always late and I remember her because it's our favourite spot when we were in love but now It's a different story.

I went straight towards her and hugged her. Her hands are shivering. I'm worried and asked "Are you alright Meesha?"

She nodded her head and said "I'm good. I'm just worried about Shannaya" It's like she's hiding some kind of emotions from me.

"What's that Meesha? What the hell is going on in Shannaya's life? I yelled. She started to panic and I calm myself and said "Sorry Meesha I'm just overreacted"

She give me a glass of water and mumbled "It's completely fine. I continuously asked about Shans to Siddartha. You know him right. I nodded my head. She continues "He told me that Shannaya is in trouble and She's not happy with this marriage and she still loves Rohan. I came there that day to ask Shannaya what's really going on? I can't beleive Sid also"

I shrugged my shoulder and asked her "Why Meesha? Sid is one of Shannaya's closest friend right"

She set her lips in thin line and said "Yeah but"
I shake my head and whisper "Please don't hide anything from me Meesha" She blink her eyes and mutter "Actually Sid loves Shannaya his love is one side and no-one knows that except me. I even hide it from Shannaya because Sid don't want her to break his friendship"

I'm shocked to hear this because I know how much Shannaya trust Siddarth and I tell her genuinely that "I don't know how to react for this. If you have feelings for anyone even she or he is your friend or any person just tell them. Anything can happen just keep the hope high. Let's clear all the doubts once Shannaya comes here. She said that she'll meet Rohan's parents and come here tomorrow morning. Do you wanna join us in our house tomorrow"

She nodded her head and said "Okay I'll join you tomorrow and Can you meet me tonight for dinner" My eyes popped out in shock and I can't understand the real meaning behind it. Shannaya told me many times that Meesha likes me so much and I never thought it in a wrong way. I look towards her and said "Sorry Meesha I'm busy with my work" Her lighten up face now become miserable and I can't give any hope to her when I don't even forget my ex.

"It's okay. Don't mistake me today is my birthday and I don't have anyone to celebrate so just asked you" I forward my hand to wish her.

I wanna clear the misunderstanding "Listen Meesha I don't know much about you. You're really a good friend of Shannaya. I just came here for my sister. Happy Birthday Meesha. You'll have a great life. I got to go now. Take care"
