Two days into the five days Ground Zero and Shouto were tasked to watch a specific area of the city, and Shouto was already tired of it. He didn't know why, and he didn't have a problem with Katsuki- not anymore, anyway- but he was suddenly tired, and slightly more irritable.

Shouto stumbled up to the vanity, and sleepily got his toothbrush and toothpaste.

"Morning, bastard." Katsuki greeted gruffly, only glancing to Shouto briefly, before resuming his towel-drying of his neck and hair.

He only received a tired grunt in response, and a brief, barely-there wave of his hand.

Katsuki snorted quietly. "Wow. Not a morning person?.. would'a thought you were."

"M'am, ushoolee." Shouto mumbled around his toothbrush, and the foaming toothpaste in his mouth, as he brought his free hand up to rub his eye.

Katsuki looked at the other through the mirror, his brow furrowing. "... What?"

Shouto stayed silent, then spit out his toothpaste. "Usually am." He said, looking back at the other through the mirror. He looked a little more awake. "M'just not feeling it today."

Katsuki rolled his eyes, pushing away from the vanity. "Go shower. It'll wake you up."

Shouto just made a soft noise of acknowledgement, before continuing to brush his teeth. A nice cold shower would probably help.

Thirty minutes later, Shouto had taken a cold shower and gotten dressed. Dressed being a relative term, seeing as he was just wearing a white T-shirt and grey joggers. He went into the small kitchenette area of the apartment they'd been given, and poured himself a cup of coffee that Katsuki had so graciously made.

"More awake now?" Katsuki asked, his tone amused.

"Mm." Was Shouto's response, as he carefully pushed himself up and sat on counter. He sighed softly in content, before taking a sip of his coffee.
