It happened again. Once more, the second ranked pro hero got jumped on his way home from work,  for the same reason as last time.

Liking men.

Things were just about the same. The group that kicked his ass were calling him rude and vulgar names, and spitting insults at him like no tomorrow. They abused and assaulted him worse than he had been last time.

Because this time, Shouto hadn't fought back. He was tired, he'd had a long day, and he knew he could take the beating. He wasn't about to use his Quirk on civilians, no matter how shitty they were.

Thankfully Katsuki wasn't home by the time Shouto had practically crawled back. His lover was supposed to be gone for four days on a PR trip, and he'd left that morning.

"Why are people so awful?" Shouto said quietly, wincing in pain as he made his way to the bathroom to clean and take care of his wounds. By the time Katsuki came back, Shouto planned to have a proper cover story to explain all of his injuries, but for now.. he just wanted to clean up, and lay down.

Unknown to the dual-haired boy, Katsuki's trip got cancelled because of bad weather that planes couldn't make it through, and the blonde was on his way back home...
