TodorokiSho: I got to see my Mother today. ❤️

I brought her flowers, and we talked. She's getting better and better everyday, and I'm so proud of her.

It was a cool Friday afternoon, and Shouto had gone to visit his Mother at the clinic that his Father had put her in several years ago. He had long since forgiven her for what she'd done to him, and he frequently visited her.

This time he'd brought a bouquet of orange lilies with him, knowing that the flowers he'd brought last time had probably wilted. He checked in at the front desk, then went to his Mother's room. The door was open, and she was sat at her little table by the window, reading.

He was right to bring flowers- his previous ones had indeed wilted a fair amount.

Shouto knocked on the doorframe with his free hand, smiling slightly. "Hey, Mom."

Rei looked up in his direction, then smiled warmly. "Shouto." She closed her book and set it down, then stood and walked over. Shouto met her halfway, smiling still. "I didn't know you were coming today." They shared a light hug, careful as to not squish the flowers.

"It was a half day at school." Shouto explained as they parted. "So I thought I would come visit you. And bring you more flowers." He held the lilies out to her and she smiled, taking them. "I also have something I want to ask you."

"Oh?" She asked, going about replacing the wilted flowers with the fresh ones.

"It's about a boy.."

Rei flashed a small smile at her son, nodding once to urge him to continue.

"I love him.. And.. And I want you to meet him." Shouto suddenly got the slightest bit nervous. "Would you be alright with that?"

"Would I want to meet the boy my son is in love with?" The snow white haired woman smiled happily. "Of course."

Shouto sighed softly in relief, smiling the smallest bit. "I'm glad."

"Would you like to tell me about this boy?"

Shouto's face lit up and he nodded. He'd be here all night.
