Valerie is sitting in the nightclub, ringing her glass with a lemon wedge. She has ordered a gin and tonic with a side of lemon, but she had only had a quarter of the glass.

She covers her glass to use the restroom and then comes back after and goes to grab the glass. She s momentarily distracted by a fight further down the bar and then sips her drink. She gets to halfway down the glass and she passes out attempting to leave the nightclub.

She wakes up in a bed and notices a pool of blood between her legs. A young woman enters and cleans the bed and helps Valerie to get herself cleaned up.

Valerie then dresses and makes her way downstairs to the dining room. She still has no idea where she is, but if Valerie can find the head of the house, she can figure out what happened. She should have fled the house as soon as she woke up, but she had no idea how far it was from her home or if she was even still in New York City or the state of New York. For all she knows, she could be in a different country entirely.

A man enters the room and he has salt and pepper hair and looks old enough to be her grandfather.

??. Good morning miss. I am George Patterson. My son, Arthur must have brought you home. Would you like some breakfast?

Valerie. Hello Mr. Patterson. Breakfast would be great, thank you. Is Arthur around by chance?

George. Yes, I'll let him know you're awake.

Valerie. Thank you.

George tells Arthur that Valerie is awake. He makes breakfast for them and leaves them to talk.

Arthur. Hello. I'm Arthur. I'm sure you have an idea as to what happened.

Valerie. Yes. Who raped me? Where am I? Am I still in the United States, New York City, New York?

Arthur. It was I. And, we are still in the country by not the same city or state. However, we will be going cross country and international if you know what I mean.

Valerie gets up and tries to escape. She gets to the front door, but Arthur is close behind and hits her, causing her to blackout. By the time she wakes up again, she is buckled into the seat of a plane.

Arthur. Oh good, you're awake. There are a few things I need to go over with you. You are to behave and do as I say when I say so. You are not to talk back or speak at all unless spoken to. You can't fight back or resist unless you want to endure the consequences. You will be seen and not heard. You will be polite to everyone, including myself. You will go everywhere I go. Finally, you will endure 20 men within an hour and do as you are told by the men. The men will come in rounds every two hours. If you try to escape, I will find you and I will handle you personally. Got it?

Valerie stay silent, not wanting to be near him, touch him, or even speak to him. When she doesn't answer, Arthur hits her and speaks in vile, quiet tone.

Arthur. Are we clear?

Valerie. Yes.

Arthur sits back and orders a glass of champagne and two bags of peanuts. After a while, the plane touches down and after stopping at the terminal, everyone disembarks and Arthur guides Valerie to the back of the airport and the two of them enter a van with no windows.

Soon, the two of them arrive at a rundown building complex and Valerie is forced into an empty room. Valerie is left alone to get situated to the room and she starts looking for a escaped route. She intends on making an escape in the night and getting back to her home.
