"What is that?" A little neko named Atem asked, His ears black to his tri colored hair of gold, black and crimson.

"A Christmas tree." Yugi calmly replied to the little one as he took a step back to admire his work. Yugi a hybrid of vampire and neko, he looks more like a neko but with a more menacing appearance. He is pale unlike the little neko who was tan, his ears were a amethyst to his tri color hair of gold, black and amethyst.

"What is that?" Atem asked again pointing to something completely different.

"Holly." Yugi spun his head to face Yami at neck breaking speeds. Yugi clawed some skin as he pinched a hand. "Not in front of Ate." He growled at the vampire. Yami just grinned and shrugged his shoulders. Yami an exact image of Atem, but pale and no ears.

Yugi picked up the little neko setting him on his hips. Yami handed Atem the star, the little neko looked at the star confused what to do with it. "Place it on top of the tree." Yugi told him as he lifted him, Atem listened and placed it on the tree.

Atem then ran off to play as Yugi went to make a Christmas dinner. "Would you like me to help you?" A wooden spoon met Yami's face. "Yes, your hands not roaming around-" Yugi made a high pitched noise as Yami stroke his tail making the neko-vampire melt into Yami's hands. "It is a season for miracles." A smug smile was on Yami's face. Yugi watched a little helpless as Yami's hand still held his tail. A weird noise as made between a knowable animal and a weird sound of a toy scared the vampire. Taking this chance Yugi slapped him again with the spoon in the face then back of the knee, not to kill the little neko.

Yami crouched on the floor holding his face in pain as he trembled slightly. Not quite getting what was going on Atem jumped on Yami's back. "Horsey ride, Horsey ride!" Yami grumbled darkly. "Why don't you both open the presents?" Yugi smiled sweetly, Yami looked up and saw a threat. Sighing he gave in and gave a horsey ride to the tree.

Yami placed a gift in front of the neko. He tilted his head a question mark appeared on top of his head. "Like this." Yami let a growl out as he tore the paper. In no time the little kitten had torn everything paper "Should have just gotten him wrapping paper." Yami's remark earned a smack on the head. The vampire rubbed his head then pulled Yugi over in an embrace snuggling him as they watched a little neko enjoy his first Christmas.
