Waking up hours later, Tiberius found himself in some sort of cage. The barred walls stretched up about ten feet into the air. In a similar cage adjacent to his own, he could see Ozone beginning to wake up from his slumber. The pair had no way of knowing where they were. The closest window was too high up for them to look through. It appeared that they were in some sort of warehouse though.

Just then, Tiberius heard his cage door open. Turning around, he immediately took a heavy blow to the right eye from a large paw. Screeching in pain, he backed away as a female Jack Russell terrier and the Doberman who had attacked Gidget stepped inside. Gripping the bars on his cage, Ozone hissed, "Leave him alone you filthy dogs!"

"Show Dolly some respect!" the Doberman snarled, lunging at the cage wall. Ozone scurried towards the opposite side of his cage. Meanwhile, the female terrier known as Dolly approached Tiberius. Grabbing his beak, she turned his head a little roughly as she examined him. Walking around him, she murmured, "Why does that fuzzball hangout with someone like you? You look like you're falling apart." Behind him now, she slammed her paw down on his tail. Yelping, Tiberius moved away from Dolly, only to bump into the Doberman.

"Not so brave now, huh pal?!" the Doberman snarled, grabbing Tiberius and flinging him against the wall. He was about to grab him again but Dolly piped up, "Luther, we need him alive! If you kill him, we'll never get her."

"What do you want from Gidget?" Tiberius asked, spitting out some blood. Getting to his feet, he snarled threateningly. Dolly held out her paw, beckoning for something. A moment later, a corgi trotted over and pushed a lead pipe through the bars. Taking it, she looked over at the old hawk before lunging forward without warning. Acting with deadly speed, she whacked him in the left leg hard, breaking the bone. Screeching, Tiberius fell to the ground. Giving the lead pipe back to the corgi, Dolly and Luther exited the cage. "Guess you'll have to find out," the terrier called over her shoulder, answering Tiberius's question.

Just then, an alarm went off. Everyone turned their heads to discover that the corgi had accidently pressed a button. Ozone's cage door swung open, allowing him to escape. The hairless cat raced out like a lightning bolt. He was gone before anyone could grab him. Swatting the corgi on the back of the head, Dolly barked angrily, "You idiot! Now he's gonna warn that stupid little-"

"We're not allowed to curse," the corgi interrupted. Tiberius watched as Luther stepped forward and stabbed a knife into the little dog's back. The corgi was dead in seconds. Pointing at the old hawk, the Doberman growled, "Don't step out of line!"
