Sooooo, I was bored! Here's something I wrote about an eagle! XD

The golden sun began to rise behind the jagged mountain. The sky lit up in beautiful shades of orange and yellow.

The world began to awaken as the sky changed from orange to blue. A cool breeze swept by, causing a rustle of leaves and the gentle sway of the long, green grass. All was quiet and still in the early hours of the spring morning.

I perched myself on my nest of twigs and bits of grass. I watched the valley below the mountain, feeling like the king of the world. I spread my enormous, black wings and took off, soaring through the sky.

I was soaring through the air, dancing with the clouds. I could feel the wind beneath my feathered wings as I searched the land below for prey. I let out a loud cry, signaling the beginning of a new day.

I whisked through the clouds towards the nearby river. I flapped my wings, looking down at the brown, murky water. After a second I dropped my strong wings, plummeting to the water like a lightning bolt.

Only inches away from diving into the water, I lifted my wings. My sharp talons reached into the water, grabbing a wriggling, silver fish. I flapped my strong wings and carried my delicious meal to my nest above the mountain.

I threw my scrumptious meal into my nest, ready to devour it. I sunk my yellow beak into my wonderful breakfast, enjoying every single bite.
