Tails recoils, sensing something is off. Sonic shakes himself off, then stands, stumbling like he isn't used to holding his body weight. "Oop. Guess I'm not all too used to legs, yet." He chuckles, managing to steady himself a few seconds later. "Sonic, what's–" Sonic cuts Tails off before he can finish his question. "I can hear him, y'know. He's not so prone to being quiet, is he?" The hedgehog steps forward, back hunched and arms swaying limply at his sides, looking up to grin at Tails in an eerie manner, causing the young fox to step back hesitantly. "And you wanna know what he's saying?" He asks, barely contained glee evident in his voice. 

"Run."

Different version of a small piece of dialogue and scene cuz didn't wanna copy paste for some reason.

Anyway, this is a new thing I'm making. Well, I have 5 chapters out already(one with over 6000 words so good luck💀), so sorta just writing at this point, but I wanna warn y'all right now: this is not your average story I write. No idea what you get from my stories or what you think of them, but this one is 100% dark and morbid and imma kill several characters, and traumatize the rest. Trigger warnings here and in the book's description for blood,  gore,(I'm pretty sure, anyway) and character death, if I missed anything this will be updated to include them, and if those warnings do  not change your mind, go ahead and read it, I guess. I'm not ashamed of this book, exactly, just cautious to put it out there due to the content it holds and how different a tone it is from my other stuff. If it's not your cup of tea, then feel absolutely no pressure to read it. I made it its own separate book (out of an old chat book nobody used) so you can easily avoid it. And in any case, it's really not the best book, but it's got a few cool ideas, or so I think, underneath all the bloodshed and corny, mostly half-baked dialogue. The book is called The Starfallen, and I recommend reading the description before reading the actual story.
