These are all pointless, everyone else has such a worse life than me. In fact, I have a wonderful life, a wonderful family and an amazing best friend.

I may be lonely most of the time but who isn't...

I may be sad sometimes but who isn't...

I may overthink things but who doesn't...

There are people who think my life is crazy but it's only normal... everything is fine and I'll be productive and look after myself soon.

I may not always care about my health but life goes on as it does for everyone else.

I'm not special and everything I do is terrible. I never help but isn't that what everyone's feeling.
