Well Nekofangirl33 I don't know if I got this in in time but if I didn't oh well, but this is for your challenge hope u like!

I sat down on the cold concrete, pulled out my drawing book and begun sketching  some random characters. All my friends were either away or busy that day, although honestly I didn't mind, I liked having some time by myself, let me think properly, gave me some time to relax. Although, I do wish I could just have someone beside me, just for the comfort, and to have someone to laugh with about the stupidest things, but you don't always get what you want.

"Hey." I heard someone say from above me, I look up to see a girl leaning slightly over top of me, she begun to sit down beside me.

"Um, hi." I say, slightly awkward in these kind of situations, but she still smiled.

"I'm Briar." She said, her smile seeming to get even larger if that was possible.

"Sonya," I reply back, not knowing what else to say.

"What are you doing?" She asked.

I pulled my sketch book closer to myself, allowing her to not see the image yet not making it obvious I was denying her the view. "Just drawing."

"Cool! Can I see?" She smiled at me, looking and waiting for the book to be brought into view, yet not forcing me to show either.

I slowly and silently tilt the book to allow her to see the sketch.

"This is so cool!" She smiled at me, I was still silent not quite knowing what do to.

I never knew that this would be the start of a great friendship, one that even though we no longer see each other on a daily bases due to her moving schools, we still talk frequently, never getting sick of each others company. I would say that she is a true friend.
