For my dearest friend @Tazrainbow who I struggled to explain why seeing, or taking to my ex hurts me.

This may just be me overreacting, but this is how I feel when I see my ex again, usually a little after we broke up.

When you see your ex, time actually slows down.
Everything blurs around you and all your attention is casted to them.
Blood rushes to your head as your face flushes, and you think you may pass out.
And then you awake as they move on, and you're left with a painful stab in your heart, with tears pricking at your eyes.

It's one of the worst feelings I have ever felt.
It's like receiving worst news I could possibly get.

But you have to go about your day like normal.
You can't turn to the person next to you and say you want to die just because of your ex, they'd laugh!
So you have to ignore it, get over it as soon as possible, avoid your ex so you'd never have to feel this awful feeling ever again, until they just become a stranger.
