"Hardly," Arthur- Artemis- whatever his name was- said. "And I believe that artifact is mine- whatever type of creature you are. Not quite human... perhaps a different development of the apes?"

"Art- boy, I don't care who you are, you're coming with me."

"And I believe that's where you're wrong. Butler!"

A giant human in a suit appeared, but James wasn't scared in the least. The water was his domain. These Mud People didn't stand a chance.

He took off, speeding through the water. The combined strength of his underwater propellers and his epic swimming skills would never be bested by whatever technology the scrawny boy was using.

He swam farther and farther from shore, grabbing onto a dolphins fin as he passed it and using it to launch himself even farther.

And then the giant human's hands were around him.
