Story 6, Part 2
James flew over Miami, looking down at the beaches below and plotting his ice-cream escapade- sorry, mission.
"Okay," Foaly said into his ear, "Dive down now. And make it quick. No stopping for snacks this time."
He sighed. Maybe next time. "Diving," he said, the propellers on his aqua-suit activating. He sped through the ocean, the suit automatically adjusting pressure and making his ears pop. "It amazes me how you're a technical genius and yet cannot invent a way to pressurize without making your ears pop."
"There's a thin line between 'maybe possible with Foaly's help' and 'impossible by the laws of physics', Major."
"I thought time travel was impossible by the laws of physics?"
"Only if you trust that Mud Man Einstien and his theory of relativity. Which you shouldn't."
"Noted." He spied an underwater cavern and zoomed in on it. "Is this the one?"
"Yup."
"Great. Nothing can go wrong now."
Which of course is when things started to go wrong.
