Goddess Of Healing: In His Blood
Olace's Daughters terrorised the people upon earth for many years, singing they're death like song to anyone vulnerable enough to listen. They were both seductive and beautiful causing they're prey to fall deeply in love before ending what life the men had.
They did not kill them but instead devoured they're flesh, tearing the skin from the human's body and cleansing the bones of blood. But soon humans began fighting back, actively hunting and ending the lives of two of the winged killers.
Upon the death of her sisters via the angry mortals, Ocea is left as a lone creature. She travels among the sky aimlessly searching for one's like her and when her search is uneventful she travels back to earth.
Her arrival is not what was expected for as her touch reaches the dirt she is captured and held captive by the Opulow Tribe. Within this tribe is Meequ, a young and very brave warrior trained by the God of Courage Piu. Though his tough exterior and her vicious actions he shows Ocea kindess, offering food and water to his capture. His tribe treat her like many believe she deserved, taunting and cursing the dangerous beauty. Meequ watches for affar and unable to handle his people's actions he sets her free.
She returns to the sky but often visits Meequ within the night, softly singing to him, not as a siren but as a ways of thanks. Her song does not wrap him within her grasp but instead comforts him in times of trouble. Soon her company arrives each night, a friendship soon turned lust now within the air. The pair share many romantic nights with one another, and though they are free to do as they please Grayth watches carefully.
Through time Ocea births a son, many of her traits passing down to him as he grows with age. His eyes are alluring like his mother's but his body cannot fly and though his mother is a creature of Darkness he remains a demi god, thanks to the blood of his grandmother. She names him Quar.
Upon his nineteenth birthday he is told the story of Olace and what had become of her lover and they're children. He listens with great calm to his mother, watching her struggle to recall the day her wings were shed and her mothers broken. He does not grow angry but instead plots a plan that may change what the people upon earth know of forever.
With his mother's permission he calls upon The Great God Grayth, summoning him to his village immediately. Out of curiosity Grayth grants his wish. The king of God's studies the warrior boy, smiling his intimidating smile as he walks. Quar does not hold back, insisting immediately that the god releases the curse upon his mother. Grayth laughs referring to him as a foolish mortal boy for asking such things. Quar does not take kindly to the insult and declares a bargain that Grayth cannot refuse.
"If you continue to laugh at my words then perhaps my actions shall speak more clearly...fight with me Grayth...battle with me and if you are victories then you are free to take the life of whom you please as well as my own...if not, my mother is to be released from her curse at once" Grayth thinking great of himself agrees, the god believing that he can not be harmed by a mere boy...for how wrong can a great god be.
The day of the battle arrives and Grayth brings along his greatest allies...not to fight but to boost his victory ego. He does not hesitate to draw a golden sword, his powers strong but his eagerness to win as fairly as can be done stronger. Quar however retrieves nothing, his bare hands being coated only in thick layers of dust before taking stance before the god.
The battle commenced and for a total of thirty days, Quar's strength and courage matched perfectly to Grayth's. The God's sword slashes the boy many times, his blood dripping from the blade as it moves swiftly through the air, but upon the thirty first day Grayth grows clumsy allowing Quar to gain the upper hand and with quick movements and his clever mind he soon has the god upon the ground. He towers over the once smug ruler, holding the point of own trustworthy sword to his throat. Grayth has no choice but to surrender knowing the boy of his wives descent has great powers laying beneath his fingertips.
He keeps his promise to Quar and within a few short days he is no longer looking upon a creature of the devil but the beautiful, graceful Ocea, daughter of the Healer of all, Olace.
Grayth retreats to his kingdom, weak and tired from his long battle. He rests unsure of what he may do about the boy who defeated and made a fool out of the great God...but all he knows is that he shall make him suffer.
