Why don't you love me anymore?

Summary: Usagi writes a letter to Mamoru after trying over and over again to understand why he doesn't want to be with her anymore.

'Dear Mamo-chan,

I still can't believe you don't want to be together with me. Because I still love you and want to be with you as long as I live. And we were destined to be together, weren't we? From long ago, when you were prince Endymion and I was princess Serenity. Right?

If it's not because you want me to concentrate on studying and you don't have a new girlfriend you love more than you love me either, then why is it? Could you please at least tell me why you say you don't love me anymore? I've really tried to understand why, but I still don't.

I know I'm not much of a bride now – I'm a bit clumsy and not very smart or elegant and I can't cook very well... - but I could learn. I promise I would do my best to become the best bride in the world. So...please talk to me?

Alone in the past

Summary: Chibiusa feels lonely in the 20th century and wants to go back home.

Chibiusa sat on her bed in the Tsukinos' house, with her face buried in Luna-P. "Mama...Papa...I want to go back home...." But she hadn't found the Silver crystal yet. And without it, she couldn't save mama.

There were good things in the 20th century, too. Usagi was the only one who was mean to her, the rest of the family treating her very much like the cousin she had made them believe she was. But she was still feeling so lonely and helpless. After all, she was only a child and had never before been away from home.

"Chibiusa-chan? Is something wrong? Are you crying?" Ikuko appeared on the top of the stairs leading to Chibiusa's room.

"Ikuko-mama...I...*sniff* I want to see my mama!" Chibiusa couldn't stop the tears no matter how much she tried.

Ikuko walked over and sat on the bed. "You are very brave to have come all the way to Tokyo on your own, Chibiusa-chan. I'm sure your mama is proud of you too." She gently pulled the little girl to her arms. "I know I'm not her, but I still love you very much. So I'll stay here as long as you want me to."

Chibiusa nodded silently, hugging Ikuko-mama tight. It didn't take long until she fell asleep, dreaming of the home she missed so much.

Everyday things

Summary: After becoming normal humans, the four sisters try to adapt to the life in 20th century Tokyo.

"Beruche! Beruche, wake up!"

"Mmm..." Beruche slowly rolled over and opened her eyes, still half-asleep. "Just five more minutes, big sister Petz..."

"No," Petz stated firmly, crossing her arms. "We can't let the customers wait."

Oh, right...They had their make-up shop to run. She was still too used to being able to sleep as long as she wanted like she had been able to do on Nemesis. Even though other, positive things clearly outweighed the negative here on Earth. The biggest of them was the four sisters actually feeling like a family here, without all the backstabbing-

Beruche's thoughts were cut short at a sudden scream from somewhere else in their apartment. "Was that Cooan?" she asked Petz as the two hurried out of the room to see what was happening.

"I think so."

They found Cooan, wrapped in a towel and shivering, at the bathroom door. "Wh-who used up all the hot water?!" she demanded to know, "The shower's icy cold!"

"That's what you get for oversleeping," Karaberas, who had also been drawn in by the commotion, commented.

"You're terrible, big sister!" Cooan wailed. Beruche shivered at the thought that she's also have to take a shower without any hot water. With magic it would have been an easy task to get more, but as normal humans they didn't have magic anymore.

"Come on, I didn't do it on purpose," Karaberas defended herself.

Petz sighed. They had lots of things – simple things, everyday things – to get used to here on Earth. But they would manage somehow, as long as they were together. "Hurry up and get ready, you two," she told her youngest sisters. "Karaberas, come help me with breakfast."

"Yes, big sister Petz," all three said simultaneously.

Petz couldn't help but smile.
