"Hey, what time is it?"

"It's the time to think."

"Oh no, not that again! I'm tired of having those thoughts occupy my tiny little brain. For once, I wish for it to be empty."

"But an empty mind is a devil's workshop. Are you sure you want me to stay there any longer?"

"What good do those thoughts do me anyway? Atleast your little tricks make people notice me."

"Am I just a tool to earn you a moment of spotlight then?"

"Oh no no. You do much more than just that. You drive me insane many a times and lead me to those moments of madness that ruin me piece by piece. But then, so do those thoughts!"

"Oh great. Now you're comparing this mighty devil to idiotic thoughts of yours. Just great!"

"Strangely, yes. Sometimes, I just can't differentiate between the two of you. You see, when the thoughts come, they never come alone. Before I even know it, this tiny little brain of mine gets crowded with thoughts. Those are the times when I know they're overflowing the limits of my imagination and yet, I do absolutely nothing to stop them.

"Instead, I think, and think, and keep thinking. I overthink. And what happens next is much worse than what you can accomplish dear devil."

"Oh..."

"Yes, as odd as it may sound, I love you more than my own thoughts. Please don't leave me devil. Please stop those thoughts from entering my brain. Please."

"Sure!"

A moment later...

"So then, what time is it?"

"It's the time to think how to stop those thoughts!"
