then what does that mean for us; the survivors?

Do we let society shut us up from using the
"r" word - never r*** - no, no;
sexual misconduct here and there, or maybe some
innapropiate touching, a-ha?

Do we allow them to let us become
victims for our fifteen-minutes-of-fame
and then be shoved into the corner of "oh, you're so weak-ness"?

Because if we stand up for ourselves,
then we asked for it,
probably begged for it with our agonised cries
and constant stream of "no no no no, please no?!"

And if we didn't ask for it then
we're bullshitting them and
making up stories for our own amusement
to ruin a person's life -
a person who we can't even look in the eyes
for fear of seeing that malicious glint of control
again.

We might as well cut/slice/chop
the word
"no"
out of the dictionary,
because it's pretty invalid nowadays.
