I laugh at the way they say they love all shapes and sizes,

Exhibit their appreciation of all things so publicly; yes. 

But their definition of 'all' is just full of compromises.

Once you have something other than a smile on your face it must be immediately wiped off,

It's dirty, it's ugly, they're disgusted, they're uncomfortable;

They are suddenly allergic to any emotion that isn't happy, might even let out an awkward cough.

But isn't my frown beautiful? The way my smile is all topsy-turvy?

The way the end of my lips drips to the ground, showing how much strength I have because it hasn't even touched the ground? 

Aren't I on top of the world if the only thing stooped down so low are my feet?

I love it when I play Lady Gaga with my poker face and you can't tell how I feel,

Doesn't it feel good to step back and not have an opinion of someone but let them reveal and show themselves to you? Or can't you deal? 

Isn't it funny how the term 'upset' has a word to do with rising, being above and floating?

I guess you were right. Even your opinion and definitions of your love for 'all' things comes in different shapes and sizes.
